The perfect family beach holiday accomodation

Spacious: stylish with breathtaking views across the beach to the marina. No need for a car: St Malo lay just outside our garden gate. Corinne and Cathy were so friendly and helpful. Wonderful holiday

Appartement de rêve

La superbe vue sur le port de plaisance depuis toutes les fenêtres, avec une lumière incroyable. L’appartement confortable, bien équipé et magnifiquement meublé et décoré. Le charme de cet immeuble XIXe (?) dominant la plage. Les nombreuses promenades, et les restaurants accueillant tout proche. L’accueil chaleureux. Que demander de plus ?

Marées devant la fenêtre du salon

Appartement aménagé de manière fonctionnelle. Nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Directement sur la plage, proche du port de ferry (excursion à Jersey) et du centre-ville (shopping et galettes intra-muros). Calme en raison de la saison, encore un peu frais et venteux. Baguette fraîche, croissants fins et pain au chocolat de différentes boulangeries pour le petit-déjeuner et également un petit supermarché à proximité. Différentes possibilités pour manger à l'extérieur dans le quartier. Nous avons apprécié cette semaine et remercions Corinne et Cathy pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme.

Tout simplement magnifique

Si vous aimez les plages bretonnes et Saint Malo, alors ne cherchez plus car cet appartement est fait pour vous en mettre plein la vue. Baigné de lumière, cet appartement est au calme et pourtant proche de tout. Excellente literie et parfaitement équipé. Cathy et Corinne sont des anges et mon seul regret est de n’avoir pas réservé un plus long séjour !

Schönes, großes Apartment mit tollem Ausblick

Wir waren im August eine Woche in der sehr netten, sauberen Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl es fast nur geregnet hat, hatten wir eine schöne Zeit. Der Blick auf den kleinen Strand (4m vom Haus entfernt) und den Yachthafen ist toll, man kann wunderbar die Gezeiten beobachten. Die Lage ist auch sonst gut, ganz nah sind öffentliche Parkplätze, eine Einkaufsstraße mit sehr netten Geschäften und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreicht. Wir sind auch zu Fuß ( ca 15 Minuten) in den rummeligen Ortskern von St Malo gelaufen , aber da war es uns eigentlich zu voll. Um die Wohnung rum ist auch was los, aber eben nicht so voll gestopft.

Un beau sejour avec vue

L'appartement est très agréable et chaleureux, la situation est parfaite pour visiter Saint-Malo et les alentours et la vue sur le port est un régal. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la pièce à vivre et les livres mis à leur disposition- sans parler de la plage évidemment.

Magnifique appartement, direct sur petite plage des sablons

Appartement conforme en tous points à l'annonce. Excellent accueil de la part de Cathy que nous remercions. Nous étions 5 adultes et avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cet appartement idyllique. Avec en prime le feu d'artifice du 14 juillet tiré juste en face de l'appartement, somptueux !... Petite remarque ; il n'y a bien qu'une seule salle de bain (très fonctionnelle avec douche a l'italienne) et 1 toilette (avec mini lavabo), j'avais mal lu l'annonce et pensais qu'il y avait 2 salles de bain. Déco moderne. Bref bravo pour cet appartement, nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Christophe

Idealement situé face au port et a la citadelle malouine. Appartement au 2eme etage tres lumineux et bien équipé. Il.meriterait un léger rafraîchissement. Forfait nettoyage élevé ( menage a parfaire comme nettoyage de la toile ciree ou poussiere). Draps et serviettes en sus... ( descriptif incomplet sur appli)

Perfect for a family with older children wanting to explore the region on foot.

This is a good property. It is not fussy and the living room is not exactly cosy, but it is practical for a summer holiday. It has all the basics. It is very well situated for the shops, the Old Town and some lovely beaches. The property would not be suitable for a family with small children or those with difficulty with mobility as the stairs to the flat are steep. My only reservation is that neither bed linen nor towels are provided with the property and you either have to pay extra to hire these or bring your own. There is also an additional price to pay for cleaning (105 euros) in addition to the rental which we only found out about 2 days before we left.

Super Lage, schöne Wohnung

Das schöne alte Steinhaus liegt wirklich direkt am Strand, die Wohnung im 2. OG mit Blick auf den Strand und über den Yacht- und Fährhafen aufs Meer und die Altstadt ("Intra Muras"). Dieser Strand und der ganze Stadtteil St Servant sind nicht so spektakulär wie im Osten der Stadt, aber eben auch nicht so touristisch; die Altstadt und der Osten sind trotzdem fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Strand hat eine nette kleine Gastronomie, wo sich auch die Einheimischen einfinden, und in der näheren Umgebung gibt es alle Läden, die man für die tägliche Versorgung in einer Ferienwohnung braucht und viele Restaurants in allen Preisklassen. Man kommt fußläufig auch westwärts zu anderen Stränden und schönen Waldwanderwegen, aber es gibt ansonsten auch gute Busverbindungen. Innen ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet, einschließlich Waschmaschine, Trockner und voll ausgerüsteter Küche. Kinderfreundlich: eine große Auswahl an spielen, und insgesamt robust. Praktisches Badezimmer, viele Fenster, gute Heizung. Wir waren super zufrieden!

Situation et vue incroyable.

L'appartement de Corinne est très spacieux, et extrêmement lumineux. Toutes les fenêtres donnent directement sur la mer, avec une des plus jolies vues sur Saint Malo. Il est très bien équipé sur le plan électroménager. Nous étions avec deux petits enfants et l'entrée à la mezzanine est bien sécurisée, il n'y a eu aucun problème. Le mobilier n'est pas tout récent mais reste en bon état. Corinne s'est montrée extrêmement disponible lors de nos échanges téléphoniques.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est idéalement situé. Il est parfaitement équipé. Très bon accueil. Seul petit bémol : la mezzanine n'est pas sécurisée et son escalier est vraiment raide (attention avec des enfants ou la nuit). Près de tout et vue imprenable !

Parfait!

Nous avons été très bien accueillies et l'appartement est juste idéalement placé! Tout est très bien équipé pour un séjour agréable. Nous étions au calme tout en ayant facilement accès à tout (commerces, restaurants, bars, ...) à pied. Nous renouvellerons avec plaisir l'expérience.

Séjour très agréable et tranquille, non loin de la ville intra-muros.

Très bel appartement idéalement situé avec une très belle vue sur Saint-Malo. Tout le confort moderne, la wifi, une belle vaisselle, des jeux pour les enfants, rien ne manquait... Tous les commerces, bars et restaurants à proximité. Toute la famille, petits et grands ont apprécié.

Beau séjour

La propriété est belle, agréable, confortable, nous avons passé un beau séjour, manque peut-être de vaisselle saladiers, petites cuillères et sauteuses, etc... il faut dire que nous sommes des cuisiniers. Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon week end dans cet appartement. Très calme, propre, bien équipé et déco sympa. Nous avons garé notre voiture à l'arrivée sur un parking gratuit proche du logement et l'avons reprise dimanche soir. Tout est accessible à pieds : plage, port, commerces, St Malo intra-muros.... Nous avons déjà prévu d'y revenir ! Personne très accueillante à l'arrivée. A recommander sans hésitations.

Appartement très bien situé, trés agréable à vivre,spacieux lumineux,jouissant d'une vue magnifique.

La description de l'annonce est exacte. Propriété propre et bien tenue. Bons conseils distillés par Béatrice qui nous a reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse. A recommander sans hésiter. Que du bonheur durant cette semaine passée dans ce charmant quartier de Saint Servant avec en prime un magnifique marché couvert le mardi et le vendredi. Lieu bien situé entre Saint-Brieuc et le Mont Saint Michel permettant de rayonner agréablement.

tres agreable location
