Very good location, responsive owner, but property needs updating

The apartment is centrally located- quite close to supermarkets etc. The building is quite modern and well maintained. The owner is also very responsive by email and very thoughtful in her dealings , but unfortunately,there are a few issues with the accommodation. The furniture in the apartment in particular the bed, needs attention. It was being partially supported by a pile of books. The bed linens were also worn and badly faded. For two persons, who were supposed to stay for 1 week, only 2 towels were provided. In general, while I will admit that the price of the apartment was lower than most in the city, the reality is that the apartment did not quite meet expectations. The challenge I suspect is because the owner is not local , so it appears as though she has not been updated about the apartment and so the issue perhaps has to do with those who manage her property locally.

"Appartemnt bien situé pr...

"Appartemnt bien situé près de tout facile de se rendre en ville avec le bus, les ustensiles de cuisine comme les casseroles auraient intérêt à être changés, le ménage laissait un peu à désiré à notre arrivée pour le reste tout est bien correct aucun problème à recommander la location de cet appartement et la propriétaire répond rapidement à ses mails."

"La propreté dépend des personnes qui assurent l'entretien. Situé au Huitième étage nous n'avons pas été gêné par le bruit de la rue.Vue dégagée et agréable sur les grattes-ciels de la ville.L'équipement, climatisation, piscine collective équipée d'un sauna mériterait d'être complété d'un accès internet."

"L'appartement est bien situé, près de tout les services. Belle vue sur la ville de Panama. L'appartement n'est pas trop bruyant. Les gens sont super sympatiques et le service des employés de l'immeubles et des responsables a été impeccable. Nous avons apprécié l'endoit."

"Séjour très agréable et ...

"Séjour très agréable et bon service avec le monsieur qui représente les propriétaires. Il serait très apprécié si le propriétaire achetait un four micro-onde. Il y aurait économie sur l'utilisation de la cuisinière et par le fait même de l'air climatisé."
