Urlaub
Wir hätten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist super für einen entspannten Urlaub geeignet. Es ist sauber und geräumig und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Besonders die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unbedingt zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr gut.In Alcamo gibt es alles was man benötigt zudem ist es ein tolles Städtchen . Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ach so, zu empfehlen ist unbedingt ein Auto, welches man im Hof parken kann. Ruth und Wolfgang

Appartement bien situé à proximité d'une grande et belle plage. Terrasse très agréable, bien ombragée avec vue sur mer. À l'intérieur correct mais un peu rudimentaire (1 seule clim à l'entrée pour tout l'appartement, 1 chambre borgne sans fenêtre sur l'extérieur, salle de bain et mobilier vieillots)

Sycylijskie wakacje
Spędziliśmy krótki, rodzinny urlop na Sycylii. Ponieważ chcieliśmy swój czas podzielić pomiędzy aktywne zwiedzanie i leniwe plażowanie, wybrany apartament w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania . Miejsce (Alcamo Marina) jest dogodną bazą wypadową do zwiedzania największych atrakcji północno-zachodniej części wyspy. Bliskość morza pozwala na poranne i wieczorne kąpiele. Good location, very close to beach, great host
Mario did everything to make our stay enjoyable. He's very helpful and attentive. The location of the apartment is good for the beach, but the connection to public transport is not so good. To go sightseeing or shopping, you will most likely need a car.

Nahe beim Sandstrand und nicht weit zu Touristen-Hotspots
Positiv empfanden wir die Lage mit 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Sandstrand und die naheliegenden Ausflugsmöglichkeiten wie Palermo, Segesta und Selinunte, die wir an den Tagen mit starkem Wind und Wellen besuchten. Negativ, aber zu dem Preis vertretbar, war die Dünnwandigkeit des Gebäudes, die nicht sehr effektive Klimaanlage und eine fehlende Aussendusche (wenn man voll Sand vom Strand kommt). Auch, dass eines der drei Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster ist, bleibt anzumerken. Der Vermieter war nett und kommunikativ, insgesamt positiv was Lage und Preis/Leistungsverhältnis angeht.

L'accueil a été au top, c'est le meilleur que j'ai reçu : plan détaillé d'accès, infos sur les commerces, eau et lait fournis pour les premiers jours, sans oublier une bouteille de vin :-) L'endroit est au calme pour se reposer. Le quartier est résidentiel mais pas très propre. On peut aller à la plage à pied sans souci. Celle-ci est malheureusement sale, elle a été nettoyée le dernier jour de notre séjour. A cette époque de l'année (mai) c'était également le cas des autres plages. Nous avons occupé le rdc de la maison. La déco est simple. La terrasse est agréable, nous avons passé notre séjour dehors !

Quiet place for good holidays
In October it is calm and quiet place. Very good and comfortable apartment with sea view terrace. Sea is near the house (just walk several minutes). The beach is excellent - wide, clean sand beach. Shallow, warm, and clean water, ideal for babies. The owner of the apartment is very considerate to guests. He helped us so much with our troubles! The car is necessary, for example, in October the nearest supermarket is 4 km far. But you can find couple good restaurants not far from apartment.

siamo tornati quattro volte a Alcamo,ci sentiamo bene in questa casa, molte cose da visitare, molti buoni ristoranti nelle vicinanze,a segnalare:luogo molto pulite,la monezza passa alcune volte al giorno. è sempre un piacere incontrare il signor, sempre pronto a fornire informazioni,vi consiglio questa villa senza esitazione.

La raccomandiamo
Abbiamo passato un meraviglioso fine Agosto presso Villa Giovanna. Anche se eravamo in Appartamento A piano terra abbiamo goduto di una bella vista sul mare e sono stati circondati da fiori, l'odore di gelsomino era qualcosa di....... Mario non poteva fare abbastanza per noi, le istruzioni su come trovare la villa, è stata molto indicativa "tra le migliori che abbiamo mai ricevuto. Lui era molto attento ad ogni nostra esigenza e siamo stati accolti con molta disponibilità e per non parlare del suo pensiero"una bottiglia di vino Alcamese" che abbiamo gradito e bevuto alla sua salute . L'appartamento era molto pulito e aveva tutto quello che volevamo. A soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla bella spiaggia di sabbia lunga che è molto naturale,ma sopratutto pulita. Alcamo Marina è anche una buona base per fare brevi viaggi, mini crociere, diciamo che è un punto strategico, consigliamo di andare a Castellamare del Golfo e non perdere il piccolo museo del mare, il piccolo e il grande panorama, Scopello, S.Vito ecc. ecc. Il tempo è stato perfetto e abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno.Consigliamo il soggiorno C/o Sig. Mario persona molto squisita, Sicuramente ripeteremo e consiglieremo ai nostri amici e parenti questa vacanza in Villa Giovanna. saluti Michele Salute

Logement tres agréable,fo...
Logement tres agréable,fonctionnel, propre,bien exposé,calme, bien équipé. Acces à la plage à pieds en moins de 10 mn, quartier tranquile. Alcamo marina n'a ancun interét, c'est un lieu de résidence, mais à 3 ou 4 km,les petites villes environnantes sont à visiter et on y trouve tous les commerces de proximités.(Y compris une grande surface française.) Sans oublier la gentillesse et le sens de l'acceuil des propriétaires qui restent disponibles et discrets.

"Our family 2 adult and 3 children stayed one week in the end sep-2010. We really had a good time, its great value renting a flat at the Villa Giovanni, it was well worth the money. The sandy beach is also great, only 250m from the house. We will most likely come back again."
