About this property

Both inside and outside of the house is all set for a relaxing holiday and comfortable: from furniture to equipment. Air conditioning, safe, large and small appliances from toasters, irons, microwave, a washing machine, dishwasher-safe, fridge-freezer, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, satellite TV (all new and functional). From the house you can access the Internet Wi-Fi free. (It is included in the rental price).. I will give you all the necessary information.
We are husband and wife free from work commitments. Both retired, we dedicate our free time to the care of the house and the garden with passion. We like everything to be perfect to welcome our guests in the best way.
The house has three rooms, one room with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a living-dining area with open kitchen, hallway, bathroom with shower.
All windows have mosquito nets
The house can comfortably accommodate four people. For very small children, a cot, high chair and stroller are provided free of charge. Important: if you need it, please request it at the time of booking.
The linen is included in the rental price. for a stay.
The spacious veranda furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation space is cool and breezy.
The garden, enclosed, lawned garden flowers and trees is very suitable for children to play.
Two outdoor showers with hot water: very useful when coming back from the beach
In addition, the built-in barbecue allows barbecuing outdoors.
Adjacent to the porch is the utility room with washing machine, pan, and everything you need for cleaning.
You will find the beach equipment: umbrella and folding lids.
Next to the entrance gate, there is a private parking space, convenient because it has been expanded recently.
Finally courtesy, helpfulness and hospitality are guaranteed by the owners to all guests. We are waiting for you!!

Unrivaled hospitality and cordiality

A clear recommendation! The accommodation with the beautiful garden is a dream. We spent a wonderful and very relaxing vacation here. The accommodation is very clean, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. The garden is beautifully laid out, fully fenced (which was very important for us with two small children) and a real paradise for adults and especially children. The location is very good, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Last but not least, the hospitality of the hosts stands out! They are extremely warm, very caring and happy to help with any request. We would like to thank Luisella and Leo for the wonderful stay, wish you all the best from the bottom of our hearts and will hopefully be back soon.

Herzlicher Empfang!

Wir wurden persönlich und sehr herzlich empfangen! Das Haus liegt nahe zum Meer und auch sonst ist alles in der Nähe was man braucht! Sehr schöner Garten mit leckeren Früchten. Im Haus befindet sich alles für einen guten Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!

Schon der Empfang von Leo und Luisella war sehr herzlich. Die Einführung war mit Hilfe des Translaters gut verständlich. Das Haus und der Garten sowie die Einrichtung haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es fehlte absolut nichts. Es gab sogar die Ausrüstung (Wagen, Stühle, Sonnenschirme usw.) für den Strand. Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen. Vielen Dank Luisella und Leo, dass wir Ihre Gäste sein durften. Bis im nächsten Jahr.

Wunderbare grüne Oase in einem touristischen Zentrum von Sardinen

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage bei Luissella und Leo in einer wunderschönen Umgebung genossen! Die beiden sind tolle Gastgeber, jederzeit hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Der Garten ist eine kleine Oase in einer sehr touristischen Regionen, wunderschön ruhig gelegen mit toller Aussicht auf den Monte Nai. Luisella und Leo verwöhnen Ihre Gäste mit regionalen Köstlichkeiten – alles hausgemacht oder aus eigener Ernte. Der Strand liegt fußläufig entfernt, kein Problem. Ein perfekter Urlaub! Herzlichen Dank für wunderschöne Tage an der Costa Rei!

Objekt, so wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Empfang durch das sehr nette und zuvorkommende Ehepaar Loi . Ausführliche Erklärung des Objektes problemlos. Ein Willkommensgruß mit Obst, Wein, Pasta und selbstgebackenen Kuchen stand ebenfalls bereit. Auch sämtliches Strandutensil wie Buggy, Schirme, Handtücher vorhanden. Sehr schönen Garten mit der Terrasse. Küche hervorragend bestückt. Strand fußläufig in 8 Min. zu erreichen. Nach 2 Tagen sofortige Nachfrage, ob noch etwas fehlt. Leider mußten wir den Aufenthalt aus Krankheitsgründen vorzeitig abbrechen. Auch in dieser Hinsicht haben uns die Vermieter geholfen. Herzlichen Dank nochmal an das Ehepaar Loi dafür. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen nur weiterempfehlen. Ohne Einschränkung 5 Sterne.

sehr schöne Unterkunft nahe am Meer und außergewöhnlich freundlichen Vermietern

Das gemütliche und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten voller mediterraner Bepflanzung am Fuße des Monte Nai bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Das Meer mit zauberhaften Sandstränden und kristallklarem Wasser ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und auch Geschäfte, der Wochenmarkt sowie zahlreiche Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wenn man es etwas ruhiger liebt, finden sich in der Umgebung von Costa Rei zahlreiche kleinere ruhige Buchten mit zauberhafter Bergkulisse sowie tolle Wandermöglichkeiten. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem Nötigen sehr gut ausgestattet. So finden sich neben einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und regulären Handtüchern auch Strandhandtücher (so kann der Koffer mit anderen Dingen gefüllt werden), Grillutensilien und allerhand Strandspielzeug wie auch Bodyboards, was unseren Sohn sehr freute. Der Kontakt und der Empfang sowie die gesamte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, einem überaus gastfreundlichen und sympathischen Ehepaar, war ausgesprochen angenehm und klappte reibungslos. Da wir kurzfristig auf einen deutlich späteren Flug umgebucht wurden, kamen wir abends recht spät in Costa Rei an. Dennoch legte das Ehepaar Loi großen Wert auf einen persönlichen, sehr freundlichen Empfang und zeigte uns alles Nötige in der Unterkunft, so dass wir uns direkt wie Zuhause fühlten. Der zur Begrüßung geschenkte selbstgebackene, sehr leckere Kuchen, der ebenso leckere selbstgemachte Mirto (traditionelles sardisches Willkommensgeschenk), eine große Platte an sardischen Spezialitäten sowie ein halb gefüllter Kühlschrank zeugen von der außergewöhnlichen Gastfreundschaft und Großzügigkeit der Gastgeber und retteten uns über den ersten Abend und die nächsten Tage :-) Die Gastgeber boten uns am Ende unserer Reise sogar an, noch einen Tag länger zu bleiben, um unsere verspäte Anreise zu kompensieren. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft mit ihren freundlichen Inhabern nur weiterempfehlen! Wir wünschen der Familie Loi alles Liebe und nur nette Gäste :-)

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Garten. Alles fußläufig erreichbar, dennoch ruhig. Wahnsinnig nette, herzliche Vermieterin. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch für den Strand ist alles da (Sonnenschirme, Strandbuggy, Sandspielzeug).

Dem Haus merkt man an, dass es mit LIebe geführt wird (z.B. frische Schnittblume am Waschbecken). Es ist alles vorhanden (wirklich alles!), was man für einen Selbstversorgerurlaub benötigt (sehr gute Küchenausstattung), selbst Waschmittel, Sandspielzeug und Taucherbrillen für die Kinder, Sonnenschirme etc. Sehr herzlicher Empfang mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen, einem Paket sardischer Spezialitäten, Wassermelone und Trauben im Kühlschrank sowie einer Flasche Weißwein für den ersten Abend. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst. Und selbst wenn es mal ein Problem geben sollte, sind die Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar. Supermarkt, Eisdiele, Restaurants alles zu Fuß bequem erreichbar. Wir kommen sicher einmal wieder. Wir wünschen Leo und Luisella alles Gute!

Tolles Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Sehr schönes und komplett ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Den tollen Sandstrand kann man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der schöne Garten mit der Außendusche;-)) Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Kontakt funktionierte einwandfrei. Insgesamt haben wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Jungs, 9+15 Jahre) einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich zu empfehlen und eine Reise wert.

Schönes Ferienhaus und sehr nette Gastgeber

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet/gepflegt. Leo und Luisella sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber und wir haben uns sehr willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir fühlten uns so gemütlich als ob wir zu Hause wären. Bei unserer sehr späten Anreise wurde für uns ein ganzer Korb mit diversen Leckereien vorbereitet. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man im Haushalt benötigt. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Strandurlaub mit Familie

Leo & Luisella sind sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich sofort zuhause. Es ist ein kleines Paradies: Der Garten mit mit frischen Trauben, Feigen, Pflaumen, Äpfel, Kräuter, Feuerstelle/Grill, kühlen Schatten und Aussensitzplatz. Das Haus mit Klimaanlage, gut ausgestatteter Küche, bequemen Betten. Leo & Luisella haben uns Getränke in Kühlschrank, frisch gebacken Kuchen und weitere Früchte, Kaffee und vieles mehr geschenkt. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr praktisch ist es, dass Sonnenschirme, Liegestühle, Strandspielzeuge benützt werden können. Rundum erholsame Ferien!

Giardino dell'Eden

Le foto non rendono merito alla ricchezza del giardino di questa proprietà, incastonata in un piccolo scrigno verde ricco di frutti e fiori. L'accoglienza dei proprietari è stata fantastica, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Posizione ottima e spazi adeguati per una famiglia di 4 persone. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana bellissima. Bellissima vacanza a Costa Rei

La casa è molto accogliente, completa di tutti gli accessori e le comodità. Ci è stata consegnata come da istruzioni perfettamente pulita e igienizzata. La veranda ci ha permesso di pranzare e cenare sempre fuori con la vista del giardino perfettamente curato. Il posto auto adiacente alla proprietà non fa venire pensieri di parcheggio al ritorno dalle varie escursioni che si possono fare o dalle varie bellissime spiagge che si possono visitare a non più di 20 minuti di auto. Situata in luogo tranquillo ma a 2 passi dal mare, supermercati e ristoranti, è il luogo ideale dove trascorrere una rilassante vacanza in famiglia. I proprietari Luisella e Leo sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi per ogni necessità, molto gradita è stata anche la ciambella al limone che ci hanno fatto trovare come benvenuto. Insomma, tutto perfetto. Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie ancora a Luisella e Leo.

Bellissima vacanza

La casa è perfettamente organizzata, curata nei minimi dettagli oltre che accogliente e ben arredata, molto bello anche il giardino e il piccolo orto di cui abbiamo gustato i prodotti e la frutta, inoltre comoda, vicina ai negozi e alla spiaggia ma allo stesso tempo in zona tranquilla, che dire… meglio di cosi c’è solo il tiramisù che abbiamo trovato nel frigo al ns arrivo, grazie ancora a Luisella e Leo per l’ospitalità

Wunderschön und kinderfreundlich

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich toll, es ist bis ins Detail durchdacht und super ausgestattet. Der Garten ist wirklich ein Traum mit vielen Blumen und Obstbäumen! Man spürt, wie viel Liebe Leo und Luisella in den Garten und die Einrichtung des Hauses stecken. Auch für Kinder ist das Haus super geeignet, der Garten ist eingezäunt, neben Hochstuhl und Babybett gibt es auch Spielzeug, eine Babybadewanne und Kinder-Geschirr. Auch sonst ist im Haus alles vorhanden, eine komplette Ausstattung für den Strand, alle Basics zum Kochen und auch Kleinigkeiten wie Waschmittel und Spülmaschinentabs. Auch an der Lage gibt es nichts auszusetzen, der Strand und Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Gastronomie in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Beautiful house in the center of costa rei

The hosts Leo and Luisella welcomed us warmly and even with a freshly baked cake in their beautiful house with the lovely garden surrounding it. Everything was very comfortable and well equipped. It is located in direct proximity to the center of Costa Rei. Only the mosquitoes didn't leave us at peace. But other than that we very much enjoyed our stay and can recommend it warmly to anyone coming to Sardinia! Thanks for hosting us!

Why they chose this property

Costa Rei , a beautiful seaside resort in the south-east Sardinia , maritime village of Muravera. Destination for tourists from April to October, attracted by the mild climate, the clean waters and transparent with iridescent colors .
The beach is free , sandy with very fine grains and gold . Do not miss the beautiful coves ( Scoglio di Peppino , Santa Giusta. ) and large granite cliffs overlooking the sea ( Capo Ferrato ) , islands ( Serpentara ) , small bays and beautiful ' Marine Park ' walking distance .
Surround the coast , almost in a semicircle , the hills the scent of myrtle , arbutus and mastic . Also dotted with many villas set in the rock . They can be reached by climbing walking through trails, or by car in the streets wider . From the top you can enjoy a spectacular view.
