Lovely Apartment - Quiet location

We stayed here recently on a visit to Florence. and it is a lovely apartment with plenty of space and in a quiet location, but less than a 10-minute walk from LE Piagge Rail station. Check in was simple and our hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. The apartment was very clean and well equipped The apartment is approx. 10 minutes from Florence using the local train service I would highly recommend the apartment

schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben zwar nur eine Nacht in der Wohnung verbracht,waren aber sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und alles war sehr sauber.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Danke auch nochmal für den leckeren Wein.

Sehr gute Wohnung, alles wie versprochen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. In der Wohnung war alles, wie es Im Inserat beschrieben war. Besonders angenehm ist, dass es in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage gibt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und äußerst praktisch eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin bzw. ihr Sohn waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

quiet spot near Florence

My family stayed here for a few days while we explored Paris, we found it clean, and roomy for the family. On arrival, Lucia was very gracious, welcoming us to the home, showing us around, told us how to get to Florence, and leaving a nice bottle of Chianti behind as welcome present. Florence is a short train ride away, and the station is a 10 minute walk away. It was a fantastic stay for the few days we were able to stay there.

Passé de bonnes vacances

Comfortable & close to Florence city center

Apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. Our hostess was very accommodating and gracious. Only 4 miles outside of the city center of Florence so well located for sightseeing. There are also buses and trains to take into town for a short distance

Rundum gut, sauber und hell.

Wir waren eine Woche bei Lucia zu Gast und alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit von Übergabe bis Abgabe und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist angenehm und sauber, an den Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnzimmer gab es nichts zu meckern. Lediglich die Küche ist eher etwas spartanisch eingerichtet und das ein oder andere an Kochutensielien und Geschirr fehlt und leider ein Geschirrspüler. Der wäre bei 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern der wilkommen gewesen. Die Terrasse bietet Abends einen netten Ausblick und in der Nähe gibt es einen gut sortierten Supermarkt. Bus und Bahn sind in de Nähe und von der Autobahn ist die Wohnung sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir selbst sind mit dem Fahrrad in 40 min am Arno entlang in die Innenstadt gefahren und haben das Auto stehen lassen. Denn mit dem Auto in die Innenstadt und zurück ist sehr umständlich. Einziges Manko wenn man Ruhe sucht : der florentiner Flughafen liegt nicht weit entfernt und bis spät abends und ab dem frühen Morgen (5 Uhr) wird gestartet und gelandet. Der Abflugkorridor liegt direkt über dem Haus. Zum Glück ist der Flughafen nicht so arg frequentiert. Das wussten wir vorher und es war okay aber kann störend sein. Danke an Lucia für die nette Unterbringung!

Close to airport

Nice clean apartment close to airport by car. Furnishings were spartan as you can see from the pictures. Only one bedroom had air conditioning. The other 2 were very hot. I let Lucia know she needs to at least buy fans for those 2 bedrooms. She recommended the Il Vicolo pizzaria for dinner which was good.

The stay was great and Lucia was a very good host

We enjoyed our stay at Lucia's place in Frienze, it was very clean, safe and enjoyable, I would highly recommend staying at her place, the train was very close.

Vacanze con famiglia e amici

Casa spaziosa, con ottimo parcheggio interno e fornita di tutto. Pulizia ottima, posizione strategica per chi non deve visitare solo Firenze e quindi dispone di un auto. Proprietari disponibili e gentili. Diversi supermercati nella zona, utili per chi come noi, avendo bambini, la sera preferivamo cenare a casa dopo la giornata trascorsa fuori.
