Hvar: House in small village near the sea (Sveta Nedjelja - Hvar)
Exceptional and quiet at the foot of the mountain, in the vineyards, the Mediterranean vegetation and by the sea on an island. Village house overlooking the Adriatic in a protected environment. The island has many tourist activities (villages, hiking, climbing, water sports, shopping, relaxation, food ...) The village of Sveta Nedjelja is located on the south coast of the island in one of the most famous wine regions of Croatia. The village is preserved ultra tourism.

We stayed at 8 nights at David's place. We rented the house with some friends but they left after one night because it was very hot (day and night). After the weather outside cooled down a little bit, the heat was manageable in the house also and we could really enjoy everything that the house has to offer. I really recommend the place if you are planning your visit at the beginning of the summer or at the end of it (June or September). For the very warm period you need to really love heat in other to enjoy it, since there is no air conditioning, the ventilation of the house is not so good because all the windows and doors are on the same side and the heat remains stuck in the house, and from the middle of the day until later in the afternoon (6 o'clock) there is no shadow outside the house.
Other than that, the house is well equipped with anything you need, and the communication with David went smoothly.
Tutto molto bello!

Very charming with stunning views.
The main room in the house is beautifully arranged and cleverly designed. We loved the outdoor area also, enjoying early morning tea and late night stargazing on the terrace where the views are sublime of the sea in front and the moutains behind. The owner is very helpful and quickly responded to all our queries. A visit to the cave is highly recommended.

Primitive but that's the point
Lots of space in the apartment on top of the old village. Quiet in the night. Old village is very "untouched" by modernity. Excellent pressure in showers and good kitchen. Be aware of birds entering the top floor if the door / windows are not closed at all times! And, if you have physical weakness, the walk from the sea to the apartment is very steep and long.

Criques sauvages, eau limpide ....

Great house. Authentic and calm. The village is quite small and calm too. Our children loved it. The beaches down the hill are lovely.
Perhaps the only thing missing was a dish washer.
The best thing is the magnificent view, we loved that enormously

Super!
On s'y sent bien. On est au clame. On respire.
