About this property

Beautiful apartment with covered terrace in a cottage in 2 floors of the property, in a village where not allowed to circulate with motor vehicles. Despite being close to the centers of life of Palau and Santa Teresa is ideal for those seeking, even in high season, the peace and quiet after a day at sea.
The apartment is located in San Pasquale in the heart of Gallura, between Palau and Santa Teresa Gallura in front of the archipelago of La Maddalena (Spargi Islands, Spargiotto, Budelli, Razzoli, Santa Maria and Magdalene). And 'therefore ideally located to reach the most beautiful beaches in the North of Sardinia, we are about 2 km from the sea as the crow flies.
Possibility of lunch and dinner outdoors (There are 2 tables each with 4 chairs, one for the inside and the other for the terrace).
Tastefully decorated with all amenities, ideal for 2-4 people.
Double bedroom, bathroom (with sink, toilet, bidet, enclosed shower, water heater and washing machine), living area with kitchenette, dining area and sofa bed. Please note that the 4 places are as follows: a room with a double bed and a sofa bed 2 places in the living area.
Tastefully decorated (local crafts), there is everything you need for a comfortable (fridge, freezer, microwave, and heat pump for cooling and heating), you need only to arrive with your bed linen and towels.
In the apartment you will also find a collection with the latest information to reach the places of interest (Beaches, restaurants, crafts, etc.). If you are 8 there can also rent our apartment for 4 people on the ground floor with large garden (same internal composition).
In January 2014 we redid the facade, the roof terrace, the discharges of sanitary ware, painted the interior.
In September 2013 we revised the pump autoclave (private water tank).

Al principio difícil de encontrar, luego con Hellen que no nos entendiamos pero es un encanta, al final buena valoracion, bonítol,agradable y tranquilo apartaments ideal para hacer diferentes playas y visitar isla maddalena.

Appartement très agréable

L’appartement est très agréable et très propre. Le couchage est parfait. La climatisation est un plus en Sardaigne. Le propriétaire, Alessandro, répond aux mails très rapidement. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Un appartamento con i fiocchi

Veramente molto carino e dotata di tutti i comfort questa sistemazione nel Borgo Saraceno in frazione San Pasquale. In posizione ideale per raggiungere da varie direttrici la costa con le splendide spiagge. Grande disponibilità della proprietà e del Signor Usai che ci ha accolto ed assistito durante il soggiorno. Unico neo da evidenziare riguarda il paese, che è veramente inconsistente.

Appartamento molto accogl...

Appartamento molto accogliente ed ideale per 2 persone. Attrezzato di tutto. Il contesto in cui è inserito è curato e molto carino. Ottima posizione per raggiungere la costa smeralda e Santa Teresa. Dovendo rifare una vacanza nel nord della Sardegna sicuramente tornerei qui.

Why they chose this property

I was looking for an apartment in a quiet area, away from the bustle of summer tourism, and at the same time close to the most beautiful beaches of Gallura and the islands of the Maddalena. we are 10 minutes from Palau (ferry to La Maddalena) and 10 minutes from Santa Teresa Gallura and Capo Testa. In the summer, we can easily reach all the beaches in the area and in the evening we are in the peace of a village only for pedestrians with private parking within 100 m. We then the sport and we like to go hiking and biking on the middle of nature. Unlike other seaside resorts Gallura is also beautiful in spring and autumn, nature in these seasons of colors here has rarely manage to meet in other parts of Italy; walking or cycling in spring surrounded by flowered paths along the coast or discover the autumn colors of the Mediterranean makes the stay memorable. For surfers and Kyte then there is the beach of Liscia that has the ideal characteristics for these sports.
