Charming, quiet apartment, total dimension 110 very spacious rooms, high ceilings.
Sited in a very good well-served area, close to city centre (Duomo 10-15 min walk, Campo Marte train station is at a few steps distance).
Car Parking space in private lot closed with gate is available in some periods of the year (ask in enquiry).
The apartment is set up with two large double bedrooms (one with double bed, one with twin beds), large Living Room with sofa and armchairs, color TV, bathroom with shower, wash-machine.
It is completely furnished in Tuscany trendy style, some pieces are antique.
Kitchen is fully accessorized with everything you will need to cook Italian food, fridge with freezer, 4 fires cooking place, electric oven.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Lovely apartment

Francesco was a fabulous host! He was helpful with information and also assisted when we needed a package posted to us. The apartment is very spacious, for Italian standards, and had all the amenities we needed as a family of four. The only point to make note of, while the apartment does have heating, it cannot be controlled from within the apartment and is only controlled by the host in their adjoining apartment. Some mornings we woke a little chilly as the heating hadn't set in yet. In saying that, there were additional blankets provided.A great location to walk (or get the bus) to the centre. Local train station, Campo di Marte, was also very accessible for us when taking day trips out of Florence. Our children were very appreciative of the toys that were available in the apartment. We are thankful as the apartment felt like our home for the 2 months we stayed there.

Die Lage ist ok, das Tor war schnell repariert. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Nostalgische Vintage Einrichtung hat uns gefallen, Moskitonetze währen sehr passend. Küche und Bad für kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend. Für den Preis etwas mehr erwartet.

Exceptional Space and Hospitality

This unit was perfect for my purposes as a frequent visitor to Firenze. Francesco was gracious and kind. The unit exudes a charm of Firenze “com’era” while providing everything needed for a 21st century visit to this Renaissance treasure.

Large well furnished apartment

This is a beautiful apartment with lovely furnishings. The kitchen has most everything you would need and the neighbourhood is quiet. It was very nice to come home to after a busy day touring around Florence

Home away from Home

Elegant clean apartment in a quite neighborhood. Restaurants, cafés, grocery and train station within easy walking distance. We would stop at a Cafe for a coffee and pastry and then catch the train spend the day in Florence and then return to our normal neighborhood and live like a local for a bit. Our hosts Francesco and Laura took great care of us, gave us our privacy but were always available if needed. Great experience! Gail and Rene September 2023

Quiet and central

A quiet and very peaceful part of Florance. The center within a 10 minute walk. The apartment gives you the feeling of an old urban villa. Perfect instructions from the host. Perfectly for a week’s stay to discover Florence and the rest of Tuscany. The parking place is a big plus.

Excellent for a long stay

We stayed here for 5 months for work and school. The apartment has everything you need, is spacious, is in a great, quiet location a short walk from everything you need to see in Florence. Train station Campo di Marte is 6 min away on foot and really convenient. Really recommend this apartment and the owners are great to deal with. Grazie!

Charmant appartement à proximité du centre

Appartement assez spatieux dans un bel immeuble et un beau quartier fin XIXe. Environnement calme, commerces et marché à proximité, centre historique rejoignable à pied. Accueil chaleureux. Petit bémol : il faut traverser une chambre pour rejoindre la cuisine, un peu petite.

Great property and hosts!

This apartment was wonderful! A little away from the tourist crowds on a quiet street. Very close to campo de marte train station, eateries and grocery shopping. A short walk to all the sights of Florence. Francesco and Laura were wonderful hosts. Francesco showed us several maps and answered all our questions about the area, etc. the apartment was large, clean and comfortable. We were two ladies traveling and felt safe the entire time. I can't image a more perfect apartment, location or hosts!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Everything was perfect !

We had a lovely experience, the hosts were very helpful and welcoming. It was the best place we could have possibly chosen for an authentic Florence experience. Fantastic location, within walking distance of the city centre, spacious and clean and comfy. It was very hot whilst we were in Florence and the apartment offered us a cool respite from the heat. The kitchen and bathroom is well equipped and the apartment felt safe and homely. I would love to stay there again.

Sich Wohlfühlen in Florenz

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Atmosphäre, die Einrichtung ist liebevoll, die Räume sind luftig und hoch. Die Besitzer Francesco und Laura sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich wohl und zuhause in dieser Wohnung. Die Lage ist ruhig, man kann das Zentrum schnell zu Fuß erreichen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Geschäfte, in denen hauptsächlich Einheimische einkaufen, man wird also nicht mit "Touristenpreisen" konfrontiert. Im Sommer ist die Wohnung auch ohne Klimaanlage ungewöhnlich kühl, da es kaum Sonneneinstrahlung gibt. Wir haben zu viert hier gewohnt, meine Frau, unsere beiden Mädchen (12 und 13) und ich, wir hatten genug Platz und fühlten uns nicht eingeengt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass Francesco und Laura in jeder Angelegenheit sehr entgegenkommend sind, sodass alle Fragen schnell beantwortet und eventuelle Probleme sofort gelöst werden. Das macht auch einen längeren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr angenehm. Wir können sie vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

Great Apartment

Francesco and Laura were the perfect host. Generous with their time and knowledge so as to ensure that we had all the information we needed for our stay. The apartment met our every need - comfortable, clean and equipped with everything required for our stay. Well located with only a short walk into the centre. Would certainly return and recommend !
