This large house is ideal for holidays in the countryside, with family or friends. Volume, light and space for this beautiful renovation of an old barn. Very quiet, comfortable. Warm and harmonious decoration. Large terrace of 100m2, facing south, overlooking the garden with heated swimming pool (9 x 4 m). New in 2018/2019: dome in the back and before season. large covered area which allows you to enjoy the garden in all weathers. Also on site: bowling green, table tennis, volleyball, badmington, swings. Many hikes on site.
Nearby: relaxation area and hammam.
Nort sur Erdre: green holiday resort.
30 minutes by car: Nantes, capital of the Loire region. In the south west: 1 hour by car: beaches of La Baule, Le Croisic, the salt marshes of Guérande, la Brière ... To the east: Angers and the castles of the Loire. In the North: Rennes, capital of Brittany.

Très bon bon séjour au calme
Belle espace intérieur et très beau jardin sans vis-à-vis. Le calme de la campagne. .. juste ce qu'il nous fallait. Des hôtes à l'écoute. Merci d'avoir trouver le portable de notre fille et de nous l'avoir renvoyer.

Très bien dans l'ensemble, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour, nous en sommes très contents sauf que nous sommes éloignés de la ville et de tout commerces, mais par cette période épidémique c'était le but recherché. Nous recommandons cette location à des familles, propriétaires sympathiques.

wonderful quiet and peaceful
The house was lovely, great social areas for our family of 12. We stayed at a time when it was very hot, so the bedrooms upstairs were incredibly hot and stuffy, one room could not be used as there was no window. Location was great into Nort Sur Erdre, it is a small town with 2 supermarkets, a local market on a Friday. There are no shops that you are able to walk to nearby, but some lovely walks around with great neighbours. My spoken French is not great, but hopefully managed OK with the owner! Need to take towels for the bathroom and pool and hand towels to use in the bathrooms, also needs hand wash or toilet soap in the bathrooms. Ask about the Wi-Fi, it went down for 4 out of the 7 days we were there and we did not know where to reboot the system. The pool was welcomed on the hot days, great for all of us, although the owner may want to consider marking the depth. Also there is another Gite attached to this one, which we were unaware of. With the location of the house there is a huge amount of flies (mouches), these are annoying and we bought a fly swatter and spray, we had to keep the doors closed but then the house was incredibly hot, so maybe the owner could put fly shields on the doors so you can open the doors and have air but not flies! The house is well equipped with utensils, although there were no lids for the saucepan, need more tea towels, lid of the kettle was broken, gas rings on the cooker were blocked and needed to be cleaned and the bins need lids and need to advise about recycling. It is a beautiful house but I do think that it needs a good clean and a little attention with small touches with matching bed linen, hand towels, hand wash, toilet paper in all bathrooms, air freshener in some of the rooms. I would love to add a little chic to the house!

Belle maison, très beau cadre, mais.........
La maison est très bien, le jardin et le cadre sont superbes. tout est parfaitement adapté pour les enfants et pour passer des vacances au calme. le bourg se situe à 5-6 kilomètres (15-20 minutes en vélo), on y trouve tous les commerces qu'il faut. la piscine est au top, autant la taille que la température. Alors pourquoi mettre 2 sur 5 ? tout simplement parce que nous n'avons pas pu manger à l’extérieur le midi à cause d'un nombre impressionnant de guêpes !!!!! nous avons contacté la propriétaire, qui d'une manière assez sèche nous a répondu: "c'est la nature". certes elle ne peut pas y faire grand chose (si ce n'est peut être enlever les vignes vierges collées à la façade de la maison), mais comme elle nous l'a dit :" vous êtes tombés la mauvaise semaine". Pour une maison de ce standing vous avouerez que c'est dommage !!!!!!!!! de plus l'état de propreté à notre arrivée était vraiment très moyen (assiettes sales, araignées,...) et pour finir, même si cela est prévu dans le contrat, je trouve extrêmement gênant de nous faire payer l’électricité en plus à la fin du séjour. Donc en résumé, très belle maison, mais à refaire on ne reviendrait pas et on ne conseillera pas cette location !!!!!

Séjour parfait !
Très jolie maison, parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour (et avons même pu nous baigner !). Nous la recommandons vivement pour des vacances en famille ou à plusieurs couples.

Rien à redire !
Super semaine à la campagne, belle occasion pour réunir tous nos amis éparpillés au quatre coins de la France ! Les derniers rayons de soleil de septembre nous ont permis de profiter de la piscine chauffée (parfait). Nous recommandons avec joie ce gîte qui nous a laissé un merveilleux souvenir à tous !

petie déception
grande maison spacieuse avec belle piscine,grand terrain. le seul bémol,le soir de notre arrivée nous avons constaté que le ménage a du être rapide(présence de toiles d'araignées et poussières). il est vrai que cette grande maison n'est pas conçue pour le couchage de 15 personnes. pour les couchages supplémentaires,dormir sur lit de camp sur le pallier de l'escalier c'est assez bruyant. vérifier draps et protection matelas. note:3/5

Location parfaite !
Séjour reposant dans le cadre de cette grande maison aménagée et décorée de manière parfaite. Soirées bien agréables sous la glycine, au bord de la piscine. De l'espace pour les 5 enfants, nous avons tous profité au maximum de ce séjour trop court ! Supers souvenirs ! Côté logistique, impeccable, avec accueil amical par les propriétaires, zéro faute.

Pour 8 personnes OUI, pour 14 personnes NON
Pour les points positifs, nous avons passé un très bon week end dans cette maison, au cadre charmant, une pièce de vie gigantesque et pratique. Cependant, les chambres sont organisées pour 8 personnes (4 chambres) et je ne mettrai pas une personne de plus, car ce ne sont que des lits d'appoints pas très pratique et au final, ne correspondant pas aux tarifs indiqués. Nous pensons véritablement que nous avons payé cher notre location pour 14 personnes par rapport à la surface de couchage. De plus, la piscine chauffée n'a pas été mise en fonctionnement contrairement à ce qui avait été oralement prononcé, et la propriétaire des lieux est stricte et sans concession (surplus d'électricité).
