Maui Parkshore #304 has been completely updated, including brand-new, stainless steel kitchen appliances and includes an enormous, 25 foot wide lanai with ocean views. This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is equipped with extra high-speed internet so you can stream movies, Both bathrooms have showers (no tub). Complimentary wireless internet service. The kitchen is fully equipped. Unit #304 has no air conditioning. It has a Cal King bed in the master bedroom a Queen bed in the guest room and also sofa sleeper. Maui Parkshore #304 can sleep 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

Awesome Experience

We loved everything about this condo and plan to stay here next time we visit Maui, the property manager was super easy to deal with. When one of the beach chairs broke, they were able to get us a new chair within the hour!! We loved the location and the Maui Parkshore property! My only complaint was the floor, the cabinet handles, lanai floor and lanai table were dirty, but other than that it was great!

Nice view & right across from an awesome beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This complex was great for our family the manager there is amazing, everything very clean and the pool was a daily visit. The unit was pretty good too - lots of towels, dishes, kitchen and appliances/laundry were great. It IS loud with the open air, no AC, and just thin white blinds so it's not a sleeping in place, just have to go to bed early. Biggest complaint is that there is no light on the lanai and that's where the only table is so dinner and games are in the dark or by cell phone flashlight.The ensuite light was also burnt out when we were there and the patio door was difficult to open, but they came out to fix the door quickly. There were beach chairs, some snorkel and small boogie boards for small kids, some larger boards would be nice too. Thanks for the stay!

The overall condition of this property is good, not very good or excellent due to the worn-out condition of the mattress in the master bedroom, the couch in the living room was more comfortable than the bed. Other than this I would strongly recommend you this property. The condition of tbe general (pool, green and BBQ) areas are well maintained.

This is a centrally located property and just across from the beach. The condition of the mattress in the master bedroom is well worn out and it needs replacing ASAP, the foam pad on top of it won't cut it anymore.

Reviewer Comments: First I would like to say, Thank you to all the staff at Rentals Maui Inc.Every time I called during business hours someone answered and was very happy to assist.Upon arrival we had a bed that was not comfortable at all and they sent out a maintenance man out within an hour. Also a very professional gentleman who went to pick up parts to repair the bed frame the proper way. He would not even except a tip. He said the company pays him well.Next the Maui Parkshore condo was incredible. The grounds were 5 Star.I would like to say the on site Manager must not sleep.Every morning she is not just cleaning, but scrubbing all the pool furniture, railings, pool deck, outside shower, and bathrooms. Not just a water wash but with cleaners. I am in the Hospitality industry and stayed at some really nice places but never see housekeepers or management clean like I did this trip. She was everywhere. Even picking up micro trash in the parking lots. Even the bbq grills were cleaned every day. Can’t say enough good things about this trip. Really appreciate the welcome feeling and will definitely try to book through Rentals Maui inv. And stay at Maui Parkshore.THANK YOU ALL FOR A 5 STAR TREATMENT.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were many things that did not work a fan which we really needed the slider doors we very difficult to open and close we had trouble with **** roaches the dish washer was broken they did fix this quickly.the closet doors did not slide open. Woukd have been more comfirtable with an air conditioning portable unit it wss humid and hot but wasnt one so know when you stay here no air conditioner.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy our vacation in Maui, this unit didn’t ruin our time there,but it was less than great accommodations. The unit was not kept well. The bedroom curtains and curtain rods were dirty and not functioning properly. The ceiling fan in mater bedroom could only be used on low as it made loud noise if turned up. The lanai windows, especially the end ones don’t look as if they are ever cleaned. Bar stools completely worn. We had roaches, which I know isn’t necessarily the owners fault. The manager gave us a can of bug spray and the entire complex was treated during our stay.we still saw them after the treatment . It’s a very noisy complex. Street noise and neighbor noise was very annoying. The place could just use some TLC. Sorry to be a complainer but I think the owners would like to know. Thank you ,Janet Schirtzinger

The unit was clean and in pretty good condition with a few minor exceptions. All the barstools were broken down, one with broken backrest and the others broken seats. The bed frame had come off it’s wheels causing it to be a couple inches lower at the head of the bed. With that being said we enjoyed our time there and wouldn’t have a problem returning in the future.

Good location, unit had kitchen stuff and beach stuff, beach stuff we had to clean. Unit could have been cleaner, snorkel gear full of sand garbage in beach chairs, Kleenex under beds. Overall place was ok. We were able to use pool after check out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit it's self was very dirty when we arrived. Black hairs all over the walls and clogging the drain of master bath. Kitchen counters very dirty. No bathroom rugs...until a few days in when we went to do laundry we found them in the washer still dirty and stinky. The beds were comfortable. Charis at bar, green couch and lanai furniture are in desperate need of replacing. On our first day we came home to a kitchen full of water due to kitchen sink leaking. This was fixed very quickly which was great. This unit has an amazing view of the water and sunset and is in a great location. The property outside of the unit is super clean and felt very welcoming and safe. Workers on site were very kind and helpful. The unit has a great supply of beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, coolers (sm and large) and lots of beach towels.

The location is ideal but the unit could use updates. One of the couches is un-usable and the 2 chairs are dirty and falling apart. Other than not having a mop the unit had everything that we needed. The tile floors were not clean upon arrival so we had to call and request special cleaning. The mattresses aren't the best but a thick mattress pad could help. Thank you!

This 2 bed 2 bath is extremely well stocked and right across from the beach. However, a week in August with no AC was uncomfortable. With a very old mattress, it was impossible to sleep and rest. The rayan couch is absolutely broken, the outdoor cushion is way overdue for updating and it needs a deep cleaning.
