La Vue compense les abords
Contrasté. Pour les nostalgiques le mobilier est tel qu'à l'hôtel (qui jadis a vendu ses suites en appart) et la vue, l'accès à la plage sont des atouts incontestables. En plus modéré, parking délabré et place non indiquée (loi de la jungle: qui va à la chasse perd sa place). Par ailleurs coupures d'eau un jour sur deux (lot de cette partie de la côte), pas de cuve tampon, mais heureusement une douchette électrique (penser à faire les réserves dés le retour de l'eau)... Tout celà n'est néanmoins que détail, compensé par le cadre, la proximité de restaurants, hôtel, casino...Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et l'hôte est très à l'écoute et sympathique

This vacation rental was excellent and is exactly as portrayed in the advertisement. The apartment was clean, had the necessary equipment in the kitchen and the beds were comfortable. It is located a very short walking distance to a very nice beach and various dining options. You can access a great grocery store within a short driving distance. From our arrival to our departure, the owner was incredibly accommodating and responsive and his welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. I certainly recommend this apartment, which is a very good fit for a couple.

Great stay!
Thierry was so helpful during the arrival/check-in process. We enjoyed the neighborhood, with lots of activities and shops/restaurants nearby. The property was just as described. Great little beach right by the property and Gosier just a short walk (20min) or bus away. We had a great stay!

Un séjour fort agréable dans ce studio fort bien placé à l'entrée du bourg ...parfait pour prendre la route des excursions- et à proximité d'épiceries, restaurants...et du club de jazz de la creol beach...mais surtout au dessus de la mer Vue apaisante sur le large et plagette à 20metres aux couleurs tropicales Le studio comporte tous les équipements nécessaires et le propriétaire est sympathique et arrangeant. je reviendrai c'est sûr

Séjour d'une semaine très agréable proche des commerces et des restaurants.Plage à deux pas. Envie de revenir au même endroit pour plus longtemps. Le propriétaire est très complaisant et disponible en cas de besoin. Il y a une place de parking pour la voiture.

Un emplacement parfait pour découvrir l’île, prendre le petit dej face a la mer, voir les 1ère et dernières lumières du soleil dans la baie et contre les montagnes… un plaisir sans fin! Merci a Thierry pour son accueil et nous avoir permis de rester un peu plus longtemps dans la journée. L’appartement est bien équipé et la literie impeccable. Perfekter Urlaub trotz Ausgangssperre
Das Studio hat alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt, durch die Ausgangssperre musste man sich selbst versorgen und alles war sauber und ordentlich vorhanden. Die Lage des Objekts war perfekt, man brauchte kein Auto, einkaufen zu Fuß war in 20min erreichbar. Herr Triguer ist ein super netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter, der jederzeit erreichbar ist und sehr hilfsbereit, vor allem in der diesjährigen Ausnahmezeit mit der Ausgangssperre. Er hat uns sofort die nötigen Papiere für die Polizeikontrollen ausgedruckt. Die Lage der Unterkunft: " Besser geht nicht "!! Vielen Dank für die schönen erholsamen Urlaubstage.

Studio très bien aménagé tout est coforme à la description, même la vue et tout y bien pensé jusqu'à une réserve de 300 l d'eau dans la douche pour pallier au coupure assez fréquentes dans toutes la Guadeloupe. Nous recommandons et nous choisirons à nouveau ce studio lors d'un prochain séjour.

Residence calme bien située, et bien entretenue, commerces à proximité. Une vue dégagée agréable de prendre son déjeuner sur la terrasse face à la mer. Bon accueil de Mr Griguer le propriétaire qui est à l'écoute .

Exactement conforme à la description. Une vue splendide sur la mer et Basse Terre avec la Soufrière. Pas de vis à vis. La plage à 20 mètres en dessous et la plage du Canella Beach à moins de 100 mètres visible depuis le studio ( gratuite, ombragée, très calme ). Appartement propre et bien entretenu dans une résidence calme et très sécurisée. Bien aéré et/ou climatisé. Restaurants et snacks à 2 pas si besoin. Propriétaire gentil, accueillant, attentif et compréhensif, qui mérite d'être connu. Un séjour de 3 semaines de rêve!!!
