About this property

Chatham Beach House with deeded rights to a path to Hardings Beach as well as to a path to Oyster River Boatyard. Five minute walk to the beach. Very upscale neighborhood. Five Bedrooms including a loft area with both living and sleeping area. Two bedrooms each with a king size bed, one bedroom with a queen plus twin bed and a 4th bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a queen size bed in the loft. New custom kitchen with high end appliances. Completely open first floor allows lots of interaction with family and friends.
The house is in Chatham, which is one of the nicest towns on the Cape. 8 minute drive to Chatham center. Downtown Chatham is always bustling with people. Enjoy the Friday night band concerts in Kate Gould Park, free to all. The whole town comes. Enjoy the Cape Cod Baseball League Chatham team. The games are played on most summer nights, are free, and again, the whole town comes. Very high quality college level baseball. Enjoy the beautiful shops, restaurants, art galleries and boutiques of Chatham's very special Main Street. Chatham is biking central. You see people on bikes everywhere including the Rail Trail Bike Path. There are many historic and natural sites to enjoy including the many beaches of Cape Cod as well as the National Seashore. Take a Whale Watching boat from Provincetown or go antiquing along historic Route 6-A. And then finish the day with a great dinner at one of the fabulous local restaurants serving fresh-off-the-boat seafood. The Monomoy Theater in Chatham has great summer stock productions. You will never be bored. Come make your own memories on the Cape and in Chatham.

Wonderful Cape Cod

Beautiful home

This is a very beautiful, clean & comfortable home. It is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, tourists attractions….anything you might need to enjoy your stay. It is also a place you can enjoy coming home to at the end of the day and also a place you can really enjoy hanging out in all day. Extremely quiet and lovely neighborhood. The well stocked kitchen (pots & pans, plates, bowls, etc) was perfect for the night we cooked in. Highly recommend!

Hoardings beach rental

The property was more than we could have hoped for. The neighborhood is peaceful with quick access to the beach. The owner was a great communicator. We really hope to be able to come back.

Wonderful and comfortable home!

You can’t go wrong at this house. My family was here for a long weekend and we didn’t want to leave. The house is big, close to the beach, and has everything you need. It’s also a short drive to Chatham’s downtown.

Beach Gem for Large Families

The house was as advertised. Real great space for our group of nine and walking distance to the beach. Our hostess was fabulous. The property came with an amazing deck and grill, great back yard, bikes, and beach chairs and umbrellas. Plenty of space to spread out in the house. Really excellent.

Amazing!

My friends and I stayed at this beautiful home! We attended a wedding at the Waquesset Resort & Golf Club. The home was close to the venue and close to the town of Chatham. The house was clean, organized, well stocked with kitchen necessities. We had enough space and privacy for four couples and children. The rooms are spacious, plus there are four full size bathrooms inside. Wendy was very communicative and accomodating. She checked in on us in the middle of our stay to make sure we have everything that we need. We all had a great time and we shared so many memorable moments at this home. Thank you for hosting us and we will be back hopefully, someday.

Winter Wedding/ Great House

Spacious, clean, neat, well-stocked home on a quiet road! Plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc. Bikes, helmets, beach stuff for your use. Great location to beach, restaurants and shops. Homeowners are considerate and thoughtful. We had a great experience and highly recommend renting this home :)

Great house and location.

Annual group golf outing. This year was playing Cape Cod. House was as advertised (actually better). Great quiet neighborhood as well. If you want to party and be loud this is not your place. If you want a great place that’s very clean and very comfortable and just want to relax look no further.

Spacious, immaculate, and convenient location

Lovely, spacious, immaculate home, with a number of upgrades--like central air--that made it great for our family of 9. In a beautiful neighborhood, it was only a short walk away from a private beach. We all looked forward to coming home covered in salt and sandy to a terrific outdoor shower. Our young kids loved playing in the large back yard and the adults sitting on the large deck. The kitchen was very well stocked and everything n the house worked . We had no problems at all. The owner was a dream to work with. This is a place you shouldn't miss if you want all these amenities plus closeness to grocery shopping, wonderful fish markets, and great downtown restaurants.

Delightful Vacation Home

This spacious vacation rental was perfect for a large family gathering-- 2 living spaces inside with a great yard and deck outside gave us plenty of room for activities from charades to baseball-- and beach toys and chairs were a wonderful additions to a well appointed home. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Property, especially for large families

Our son was married last weekend in Chatham and we had friends and family arriving from all over the country. This house was perfect for hosting our guests, rotating in as others left. The house is beautiful and each guest raved about it. It was very clean and well kept. It is supremely stocked with everything you'd need for a large gathering. We used the bikes several times to ride to downtown and to the beach. Communicating with Wendy was very easy and very fast. She was very easy to work with and very informative. The location is excellent - short walking distance to a very nice beach and very close to all things Chatham. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We enjoyed the place very much. It helped make our wedding weekend outstanding. Thanks Wendy.

Chatham Beauty!

Our extended family spent 4 days at this beautiful Chatham home to attend a wedding and we all had a wonderful time! The house is very clean, welcoming and well laid out for a large group of family or friends. The expansive first floor great room, kitchen and sliders out to the deck gave us all plenty of room to gather and have some fun visiting. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us to get dressed for the wedding and relax the next day. The beds were comfortable, the WiFi and the cable worked well and we cooked meals with all we needed in the kitchen. We walked 5 mins to the beach and although it was mid 50's it was beautiful with the sun out. The town of Chatham is lovely and we left much to explore. Wendy was responsive and available throughout the process of booking and during our stay. Thanks again Wendy! We highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Great stay in Chatham

I would give more than five stars if possible. Everything about this home was perfect! It was a great space for a multi-generational family to have time to come together and also have privacy during our stay. It was immaculate, with a great kitchen to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The access to the beach and the center of Chatham was also wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Chatham is a special town and Hardings Beach is the quintessential Cape beach, often used for photo shoots on the Cape. The house is located in a private neighborhood abutting Hardings Beach. Each house has deeded rights to a path to the beach. At the end of a busy day having fun, the house is the perfect respite. Large living room to gather everyone. Huge dining table seating 12 so you can all enjoy meals together. Large custom kitchen to cook together and generous private back yard to relax in after dinner. Be sure to use the outdoor shower - everyone's favorite.

What makes this property unique

It is particularly nice to walk in our neighborhood and along the beach. The architecture is great to look at and the ocean never stops fascinating. There is a delightful walk of about a mile from Hardings Beach to the lighthouse.
