Mónica, la propietaria fue súper amable y dispuesta, nos facilitó mucho las cosas. El apartamento este situado justo enfrente de Puerto Marina, la ubicación es perfecta pero hay bastante ruido.

Good location only

Although this apartment is in a good location that’s a far as it goes. It is badly in need of an update as everything is either mis matched or broken. The balcony is large but again furniture is old and broken. We even had to buy our own towels as the few that were left were badly worn, discoloured and even one had a big hole in it. Oh Monica! what a shame it has got so run down as with a bit of TLC it could be a lovely apartment 😟

Vuil en alles stuk.

Ligging was super. De rest zijn we niet over te spreken. Kapotte wasmachine, onze kleding kwam eruit in gaten. overal kapotte kasten. Koffiemachine werkte niet. Geen stopsel lavabo en afwasbak. Terras was super maar zeer vuil, zetels en kussens zeer vuil. Barbeque, een poot stuk enz.

Apartamento perfecto

Apartamento perfecto con una gran terraza enfrente del puerto, destacar la amabilidad de Mónica por hacer todo lo posible por poder entrar al apartamento antes de la hora pactada y dejarnos elegir la hora de salida sin ningún problema. La zona tiene mucho ambiente y esta muy cerca de las playas, lo malo es que no se aparca demasiado bien por la zona pero tiene parking de pago muy cercano. Probablemente repetiremos.

très bon emplacement avec grande terrasse qui rattrapée le coup néanmoins l'appartement laisse a désiré , les toilettes et salle de bains sont situé dans l'une des chambres non indique dans l'annonce surprise a notre arrivée, au niveau de l'appartement manque de propreté intérieur et extérieur Propriétaire serviable et disponible

Lovely

This was a lovely apartment with a beautiful terrace. We didn’t get much relaxation but this was no one’s fault. There was renovations going on in the apartment attached so the banging and hammering started at 7am every morning and went on until 3pm. We did get to lie in on Saturday and Sunday as they were off for the weekend👍😀Like I said not Monica’s fault. Would definitely recommend

Top Lage mit großer Sonnenterrasse

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Die Größe der Wohnung und die Ausstattung ist gut. Auf der schönen großen Terrasse hat man den ganzen Tag Sonne. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln und kommen gerne wieder.

Perfecte locatie

Goed appartement met riant terras! De locatie is perfect, strand en haven, restaurants, alles op loopafstand. Monica reageert snel en is behulpzaam. Het terras zou iets gezelliger kunnen zijn en de matrassen van de bedden kunnen beter, maar al met al een heerlijke plek!!

Lack of interest from owner. Smashed outside furniture also terrace dirty. BBQ filthy. Incorrect address given via email. Broken internal furniture. Tired property total lack of interest from owner. However a lovely location

Amazing Holiday in Benalmadena

The owner (Monica) was very helpful and friendly, greeting us at the apartment with a smile even though we arrived late evening (10.00 PM). The apartment met our expectations and is very secure with fantastic aircon and Wifi. The really massive draw of this apartment is the location, and, the huge sun terrace. Basically just using the apartment to sleep in and spending virtually all day everyday soaking up the sun, relaxing in the shade of the two parasols on the terrace, and barbecuing in the evening. Didn't want to leave, but hey ho, all good things as they say.

Monica was very welcoming hostess,, The Apartment was in an excellent situation, Facing the Marina , , 2 Min walk to buses for all local villages , ie ,, Pueblo , Mijas, Fuengirola , and many more ,, Fabulous and Spacious Balcony , with all outdoor furniture you need ,, Had a great time Thanks Again Monica .

Benalmadena dream holiday

Fabulous location. Lovely apartment with outstanding terrace. Holiday started with very warm welcome from Monica even though we didn't arrive until after 10pm. We had an amazing week visiting the marina every day - it was only two minutes away. We did a boat trip to dolphin watch which was quite an experience and we visited lots of lovely restaurants. We walked along the beach front to Torremolinos and did the tourist train tour. All in all a wonderful holiday which we will definitely repeat. We laughed and said the only thing missing was a hot tub in the corner of the terrace.
