Large studio apartment really valuable just steps from the sea, tastefully furnished in the historic center of Levanto, ideal for 2 people even with a small child (the camping bed is provided by us), located next to the ancient medieval lodge, at 1st floor above the public gardens, recently renovated and composed as follows:
Entrance with armored door, typical Ligurian stairs leading to the 1st floor, bathroom with large shower, American kitchen with new corner, living room with NEW MEMORY BED, illuminated by large window overlooking the medieval castle, Church of St. Andrea and public gardens below.
The pass-car is provided free of charge to park your car in blue seats ... even under the house.

Beautiful quaint accommodation
We loved staying here. Perfect location. Only 5-10 minute away from train station. Although your bedroom living and kitchen is one room it is very comfortable and quaint. Great bathroom! Bring earplugs for the church bell ringing but after a while you get used to it. You will need to carry luggage up three small narrow flight of stairs but manageable. Great restaurants close by. The best location to navigate Cinque Terra away from tourist crowds. Highly recommend it!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Dir Unterkunft ist klein und fein und war perfekt, um die Cinque Terre zu erkundigen. Check in Vorgang mir Roberto war sehr nett. Gerne wieder :)

Très bien situé!
Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et à l'écoute. Petit studio avec le nécessaire pour fonctionner. Emplacement idéal dans le vieux quartier, proche de tout et surtout de la mer et des sentiers. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Levanto! Merci!

Alles etwas provisorisch und laut.
CON: Die Klimaanlage ist zwar vorhanden hat aber ein Monoblock ohne Schlafmodus => man muss nachts die Fenster auflassen => draußen ist es sehr laut (Jugend auf Motorrollern bis 3 Uhr morgens). Man hat sich nirgendwo bequem hinsetzen (Küchenstühle sehr unbequem) und technische Geräte funktionieren teilweise nicht (Wasserkocher defekt, WLAN ständiger Reset notwendig, Haustür nur schwer abschließbar...). Das Bett fanden wir auch extrem unbequem aber das ist natürlich eher eine subjektive Sache. PRO: Nette Vermieter, zentrale Lage, schöne Landschaft In der Summe war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis 3 von 5 Punkten.

Nette kleine zentral gelegene Unterkunft
Die Wohnung reicht völlig aus und ist für zwei Personen gut geeignet. Der CheckIn verlief reibungslos und uns wurde alles wichtige rund um die Wohnung und levanto erklärt. Gerne wieder!

Roberto le propriétaire est trés sympa
l emplacement est idéal 5 min de la plage 10 min de la gare afin de prendre le train pour visiter les cinque terre on peut tout faire à pied commerces restaurants bars il y a des animations tous les soirs nous avons été trés bien accueillis partout les italiens parlent un peu francais ou le comprennent parlent anglais aussi il y a possibilité de louer des vélos on pose la voiture pour le tps du séjour c est tres agreable

Tutto bene posto bellissimo
Ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'appartamento è praticamente in centro e a 5 minuti dalle spiagge. In 10 minuti a piedi si arriva alla stazione dei treni, da cui si possono visitare le Cinque Terre. L'appartamento è piccolo ma perfetto per due persone; il bagno è spazioso e la cucina è funzionale. La parte tecnologica è un po' carente: la televisione riceve pochi canali e male, e il WiFi è sufficiente solo per utilizzare i social. Tuttavia, c'è la WiFi del comune. In sostanza, tutto molto bene. Unica nota: il condizionatore, almeno durante il nostro soggiorno, non è stato possibile utilizzarlo di notte a causa di un problema segnalato dai proprietari all'arrivo. Funziona solo al massimo o è spento, ma al massimo genera un rumore troppo elevato per dormire. in sostanza un bel 8 su 10 nel complesso.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal dort und es hat uns gut gefallen. Von Levanto aus kann man sehr viel machen. MIt dem Fahrrad ca. 7 km durch Tunnel, alte Bahnstrecke. Mit dem Zug oder Boot in die Cinque terre oder in schöne Städte wie Portofino, Sestri Levante u.a. Die Unterkunft hat eine Küche dabei und ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Perfect Location
Roberto and Marina's apartment is perfectly located in the central part of Levanto, within walking distance of restaurants, beaches, train station and ferry boats to Cinque Terre. The place is very very comfortable, clean and fully equipped. They were extremely helpful with local information and tips on things to do. The town is a true hidden jewel on the ligurian coast. Loved it!

Perfect appartment in a central location (2min to the sea) & ideal for visiting Chinque Terre. The apartment is equiped with everything you need. Due to the central location, it is sometimes a bit noisy in the evenings, but we had no problems at night. Clear recommendation :)

Fantastic apartment with great location
Roberto was really helpful even before we got to levanto. He met us at the apartment and told us everything we needed to know. The apartment is located great, near the beach and the center/ Main Street (but the location is perfect because it’s not too noisy at the evening. It is a perfect restaurant just at the corner. Try the spaghetti vongole …. The bike rental is also just some seconds away. Levanto has everything you want: beaches, church, hiking, shops… We hope to come back!!! Miss it already..

Vacanza a Levanto
Diciamo bene, ottima locazione per 2 persone, attaccata al centro paese quindi con tutti i servizi a pochi passi, come la spiaggia servita (spiaggia libera raggiungibile in 10 min a piedi). E un quarto d'ora a piedi per arrivare alla stazione.

Cinque Terre vacation
Levanto is a perfect place to start exploration of this beautiful part of Italy. Our studio apartment was very conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to good restaurants, beach, port and all amenities, including a free parking spot for our rental ( courtesy of Marina and Roberto). We enjoyed our week long stay at this studio and will be coming back in future.

Wir fanden die Unterkunft sehr gut und überlegen auch nochmals zu buchen. Wir haben einen Parkplatz auf dem Platz unterhalb der Wohnung gefunden. Insgesamt fanden wir alles tip top, zum Meer waren es zu Fuss vielleicht 5 Minunten, also konnte man auch Abends nochmals kurz auf ein Bierchen ans Meer sitzen. Wir waren Ende April / Anfang MAi und man konnte im Meer baden.
