Great Holiday Accommodation

We had a very comfortable stay in this apartment, it is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The location is very good as it is only a short bus ride to most main attractions. Buses and supermarket and restaurants almost on your doorstep. The owner was extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist. We would definitely recommend it and stay again ourselves.

FANTASTIC

We stayed for 4 nights on our way home from our stay in Italy, many of my friends had pre warned me about accommodation in Rome. This apartment was perfect it had everything needed we were a family of 4 my children are 16 and 18. The apartment was a short walk to the vatican, it was also very close to public transport. The apartment had everything Sylvia goes out of her way to help you in any way possible, even to the extent of making sure there are some supplies for breakfast and coffee and tea making. Most importantly the apartment is extremely clean and tidy. Thanks so much Sylvia. The defranceschi family.

Loved this apartment

This apartment was very comfortable for we two, but would also suit a family with children. It was close to everything...within walking distance of bus, taxi rank, restaurants and supermarket. We even walked to the Vatican early one morning. We felt we had experienced a little of the everyday life of the locals, and having Angelo and Sylvia living just across the road was a blessing. Ben had his wallet stolen on the notorious bus from the Vatican to Central Station. Angelo and Sylvia made sure we were able to phone home, in order to cancel credit cards, then sent us back to our apartment with a bottle of red wine and some freshly cooked meatballs. So even our worst experience in Italy ended happily, thanks to our very kind hosts. Sylvia's sister Barbara was our first point of contact on arrival, and she was fabulous also. We thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Gute Lage

Silvia begrüßte uns, müde vom Flug, mit frisch gekaufter römischer Pizza. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr verkehrsgünstig, zwar nicht im historischen Zentrum, aber ganz in der Nähe. möblierte Wohnung mit zwei kleinen Schlafzimmern und einem Wohnzimmer. Schade, dass es keinen Flur gibt, wo man seine Mäntel aufhängen und seine Schuhe abstellen kann. Dieser Mangel wird jedoch durch einen großen und gemütlichen Balkon ausgeglichen, auf dem Sie eine Tasse Kaffee und eine Zigarette genießen können.

Eine wunderbare Woche in Rom/Wonderful week in Rome/Wspaniały tydzień w Rzymie

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das Viertel ist nicht überfüllt mit Touristen, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe. Es ist nur eine Viertelstunde zu Fuß zum Petersdom. Vom Bahnhof San Piętro kann man nach Viterbo oder Bracciano fahren. Busse fahren zur U-Bahn-Station Cornelia oder zur Piazza Venezia. Der Besitzerin Silvia ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und empfehlen diese Wohnung weiter. The accommodation is perfectly located, well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood is not overloaded with tourists, shops and restaurants are very close. St Peter's Basilica is only a quarter of an hour walk away. From San Piętro train station you can go to Viterbo or Bracciano. Buses go to Cornelia metro station or Piazza Venezia. The proprietress Silvia is very kind and ready to help. We are very satisfied and recommend this flat. Mieszkanie jest doskonale położone, dobrze wyposażone, bardzo czyste i wygodne. Okolica nie jest przeciążona turystami, sklepy i restauracje znajdują się bardzo blisko. Do bazyliki św. Piotra jest tylko kwadrans piechotą. Ze stacji kolejowej San Piętro można wybrać się do Viterbo lub Bracciano. Autobusy jadą do stacji metra Cornelia lub Piazza Venezia. Właścicielka Silvia jest bardzo uprzejma, gotowa do pomocy. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i polecamy ten apartament.

Sehr gute Urlaub.

Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wohnung ist gut, Beschreibung passt. Ca. 20 gehe Minuten bis zu Vatikan. Nur weiter zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Great stay!

Silvia was such a great host! She let us drop our bags early so we could tour the Vatican! She also taught us how to take the bus and Gabe great restaurant recommendations! The apartment was clean, cozy and quiet!

Spacious apartment in a nice neighborhood.

The check-in process went extremely well as Silvia’s sister was waiting for us when we arrived. She showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment and area. Appreciated that Silvia arranged for us to leave our luggage in the apartment on the morning of our checkout which allowed us to visit Vatican square to pray the Angelus with Pope Francis and thousands of pilgrims.

Wonderful spot, prime location

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne chez Silvia et les deux fois ont été un vrai plaisir. C’est confortable et Silvia a toujours des petites attentions pour nous accueillir. Le seul hic, la seconde fois le service d’autobus s’était vraiment détérioré.

Lovely apartment in safe location

Silvia and her sister met us on our arrival. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed including kitchen supplies and paper products. Silvia responded quickly to my messages and arranged a driver for us to the airport. Thank you for an enjoyable stay in Rome!

Comoda e accogliente!

Abbiamo soggiornato da poco in questa casa che si è rivelata accogliente e ben organizzata. Con una passeggiata di mezz'ora si è a San Pietro, lungo Tevere e anche a Castel Sant'Angelo. I mezzi sono comodi con il bus 916 che arriva a piazza Venezia o la metro a 10/15 di distanza. Ci sono ottime pasticcerie nella zona come il Pappagallo e quella SIciliana, oltre ad un comodo supermercato, l'Agorà, aperto fino alle 22. Silvia ci ha accolto con simpatia e solarità, la consigliamo assolutamente!

Très bel endroit pour vivre à la Romaine

Nous avons passe avec nos deux petits enfants un agréable séjour aux portes du Vatican. L'appartement est bien agencé et fonctionnel et nous avons pu visiter Rome sans utiliser notre voiture avec les transports en commun qui sont à 2 minutes à pied. La résidence est calme et sécurisée. Adresse à retenir pour un agréable séjour romain.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage!

Wir waren 6 Tage in der Wohnung und waren vollkommen zufrieden. Die Lage ist super. Der Vatikan ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder schneller mit dem Bus oder der U-Bahn zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu zweit, es hätten aber locker auch mehr Personen Platz gehabt. Sogar ein Kinderbett und Spielsachen sind vor Ort. Ein großer Supermarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder beim nächsten Rom-Trip.
