The ground floor consists of: a living room with fireplace, TV and a double sofa bed, a large bathroom with shower, a kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking, a large covered veranda with barbeque, where you can eat in peace . Private entrance with parking space.

Una vacanza all'insegna del relax, finalmente! Tranquillità e silenzio garantiti in questo paradiso terrestre, a due passi dal mare. In realtà non ci sono parole per descrivere la bellezza dei paesaggi di questa zona, i miei bambini si sono innamorati delle spiagge, dove non si stancavano mai di giocare. Abbiamo utilizzato pochissimo l'auto in quanto i servizi necessari come farmacia, bar, ristoranti, ecc si trovano a due passi dall'abitazione, ci siamo mossi spesso a piedi mentre per visitare le altre spiagge della zona abbiamo utilizzato sia le biciclette a noleggio offerte dal proprietario che l'auto. Abbiamo trovato ovunque ospitalità e gentilezza, in modo particolare i padroni di casa hanno cercato di "coccolarci" in tutti i modi possibili, tra degustazioni di dolci tipici e buon vino. Spero fortemente di poter ritornare con la mia famiglia in questi luoghi paradisiaci !!

Era da tanto che eravamo alla ricerca della tranquillità che siamo riusciti a trovare in questa casa... Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo perché la casa é davvero grande e gli spazi esterni sono studiati ad hoc per godere al massimo dell'aria aperta. Avevamo tutte le comodità a portata di mano e abbiamo usato l'auto solo per fare qualche escursione e per cercare di vedere più spiagge possibili ( sono davvero tantissime, riuscire a vederle tutte é quasi impossibile!) abbiamo trovato ovunque disponibilità e cordialità, ma in particolare modo devo ringraziare i padroni di casa che hanno fatto di tutto per coccolarci al massimo... Dalla degustazione di prodotti tipici sino ad arrivare alla preparazione di una torta apposta per i nostri bambini! La Sardegna è magnifica ma i sardi lo sono ancora di più ! Non potevamo chiedere di meglio..... Portiamo impressa nel nostro cuore questa splendida vacanza !

Vacanze super
Abbiamo conosciuto il proprietario Andrea nel mese di giugno, quando abbiamo avuto modo di trascorrere 10 giornate nella sua bella casa. Che dire ? Vacanze memorabili. Eravamo due coppie e la casa si presta bene alla privacy e alla tranquillità perché gli spazi sono ampi e curati nei dettagli. A noi non É mancato nulla perché la casa É fresca ma ha anche spazi all'aperto dove poter mangiare. Una cosa che ci É piaciuta in modo particolare É la luminosità interna, ogni giorno la luce del sole che invadeva la casa e la vista sul parco ci faceva svegliare con il sorriso sulle labbra. La posizione É strategica perché avete tutti i servizi a pochi metri e ci si può muovere a piedi per acquistare il necessario. Inoltre ci sono tantissimi ristoranti, pizzerie e supermercati a buon prezzo. Raccomando la visita di tutte le spiagge, cercate di munirvi di un auto per visitarle tutte... Ne vale davvero la pena e noi ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore laggiù !!! A presto....

Beautiful place and beautiful holidays
We are a family of 5 people and we have spent 2 weeks in Villasimius. The house is very confortable and has all necessary for a family. It is big and the location is quiet and silencious. In short, if you are looking for relax, you are in the right place ! Central position and all services (supermarket, grocery, bar) are near and you can go everywhere by feet. Also the landlord Frau is very nice and on our arrival gave us some typical sardinian sweet dish. We recommend this place! We hope to come back soon in Sardinia

2 settimane indimenticabili
Abbiamo soggiornato a luglio con la mia famiglia e i nostri due bambini di 6 e 10 anni. Ci siamo trovati bene perché la casa é grande ed è attrezzata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere le vacanze. É molto fresca ed ha due bagni, posto auto. La casa dal vivo é molto più bella che in foto. In particolare abbiamo apprezzato la veranda panoramica dove potevamo far colazione e cenare. Abbiamo organizzato spesso barbecue a base di carne e pesce. La casa si trova in posizione centrale ma nonostante ciò la zona É tranquilla e molto silenziosa, ideale per chi vuole staccare dallo stress cittadino. I proprietari carini e sempre disponibili. La consiglio a tutti !

Soggiorno rilassante
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 2 settimane ed è stata una vacanza all'insegna del relax. Siamo una giovane coppia con 2 figli e ci siamo trovati bene sia a Villasimius (si possono trovare tantissimi negozi, farmacie, bar, market, ristoranti) sia nelle spiagge, la maggior parte attrezzate e con tutto l'indispensabile. Per quanto riguarda la casa, le camere da letto sono dotate di verande ed anche la cucina è dotata di un ampia veranda per poter trascorrere un pò di tempo all'aperto. La casa è baby-friendly e anche le spiagge lo sono perchè il mare si presta ai giochi dei più piccoli, sempre in totale sicurezza. Non abbiamo nulla di negativo da segnalare, consigliamo a tutti questa struttura, anche i proprietari sono stati sempre disponibili e cortesi, con tanto di "omaggio di benvenuto" al nostro arrivo !
