The elevator opens directly into the unit with gorgeous marble flooring at your feet and a breathtaking view of the ocean and bay directly upon your first step into this home. Maid service is available for an additional fee of $45 USD/cleaning.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Guests understand that once the condo is booked, the 50% deposit is non-refundable, as the property is taken off the market and rendered unavailable to others. The remaining 50% is refundable in cash if cancelled 90 days before arrival date. 60 days before arrival date will result in a 50% credit for a future stay.
