It is located in Saint Martin de Bréhal, 10 km from Granville, on the northern border of the Bay of Mont Saint Michel, facing the Chausey Islands.
You will experience the rhythm of the strongest tides in Europe.
At low tide, the sea uncovers more than three km of beach.
At high tide, the sea hits the rocks, making the entire beach disappear.

nous souhaitions un week end de repos avec tous les équipements informatiques nécessaires pour le bon déroulement de nos journées Ce gite est très bien équipé, la wifi fonctionne, la télé ect..placé à 100 mètres de la mer. Rien à redire, le propriétaire est très sympathique et accueillant. sincèrement je vous recommande ce gite.

Beautiful location
Fantastic holiday for beach lovers , and was only 50 m from the sea . House had everything you could possibly want even bikes x very private and Alain was lovely , will definitely return , only qualm is that the main bed was slightly uncomfortable (too hard) , gorgeous part of France and the sunsets were amazing .

Petite maison bien équipée et bien située
La maison est propre et bien équipée, il y a tout pour bien cuisiner ainsi qu'un lave vaisselle et une machine à laver, Télévision de taille agréable. A noter la mansarde importante à l'étage qui peut gêner les personnes de grande taille et la salle de bain au RDC. La localisation est excellente, promenade mer à pied avec petits commerces de plage, petit supermarché et autres commerces à Bréhal. Propriétaires disponibles et arrangeants.

Nice stay in comfortable house.
the house is very comfortable and has all you need for a vacation. Wifi is fast and excellent. Toilet and bathroom are downstairs and small but sufficient for our use of just 2 people. The owner and his wife were well forthcoming, gave a tour of the house and all kind of touristic info. We were very lucky with the weather in this september of 2019: just sunshine.

La location est vraiment très agréable et propre. Nous avons bien profité du jardin et du barbecue au cous de notre séjour. Les propriétaires sont adorables et prévenants avec les locataires. La région est superbe. La plage est à 200 m de la maison. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour .

Wonderfully located, delightful owners.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St Martin de Bréhal. The location is superb with the beach and flat walks by the sea very close by. The house is very well furnished and equipped but the only downside of the property, as far as we were concerned, was the steep, open tread staircase and limited upstairs headroom. This resulted in us sleeping downstairs on the sofa bed which was very comfortable.
