Un soggiorno perfetto
Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza splendida. La casa di Fabiola è in una posizione unica, la migliore di tutta Cala Piccola. La vista dalla terrazza, aggettante sulla scogliera, è un incanto in ogni momento della giornata, ma i tramonti sono davvero da perdere il fiato. L’interno è ampio, luminoso, arredato con cura e molto gusto. Fabiola è accogliente, sempre presente e disponibile.

Excellent vacations at the sea: great house, nice beach, very welcoming host.
We stayed at Fabiola’s house for 9 days and we really enjoyed it a lot! House is very nice, the terrace made our evenings outstanding and the proximity to the beach also added a lot to our stay. Fabiola was very welcoming and helpful, she gave us very good instructions about the house and nice advice about the area. The fact that guests can use a very cool beach private to the residence area is great. Overall excellent vacations that we would love to repeat soon!

Stunning home with everything we needed.
Thank you Fabiola, you made us feel so welcome. Everything was just beautiful in your house and all the little extras we may not have thought about had been covered, even down to mats to take to the beach. We had an amazing few days and will definitely come back next time we are in your part of Italy. Thank you for making our short break so special.

Spectacular View
We really enjoyed our stay. It is spacious, well appointed, and of course a great view. The location is somewhat remote but well worth the drive. The rooms were clean and spacious. Our host, Fabiola was very easy to deal with. When we had a slight internet problem she quickly resolved it.

Eravamo in 4 ragazzi e ci siamo trovati benissimo sin dal primo giorno.Fabiola e Suo marito una volta arrivati ci hanno descritto la casa nei minimi dettagli ed era tutto come nelle foto,la casa grande,vista mozzafiato e ci hanno dato i pass per la spiaggia.Unica pecca della casa è che un cucinotto in un'ambiente così grande è sproporzionato per il numero degli affittuari massimo a cui si rivolge l'annuncio ovvero fini ad 8 posti letto,per noi che eravamo in 4 andava bene ma altrimenti vi tocca andare a mangiare fuori tutti i giorni....Comunque il posto è bello,il mare è stupendo,la casa pure...portatevi un fuoristrada se volete girare l'argentario che c'hanno delle strade sembrano mulattiere.....

Vue magnifique
Nous avons passé deux splendides semaine dans ce logement. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue époustouflante ainsi que l'aménagement intérieur de la maison. Nous avons regretté que le grand frigo ne fonctionne pas correctement, ne permettant pas de conserver de la viande notamment. Un peitit bémol également car il n'est pas possible de se tenir sur la terrasse l'après-midi car elle n'est pas du tout ombragée. Un parasol remédierait facilement à ceci. L'accès à la crique et facile quelques minutes de marche suffisent pour s'y rendre (un peu plus pour la monté). Celle-ci est bien aménagée et parfaite pour des personnes sachant nager, (mais à déconseiller pour de petits enfant),. On y trouve un restaurant sympa et il est également possible de prendre de petis encas.

Quelque chose comme le paradis !
Superbe terrasse sur la mer dans une douceur presque irréelle et l'enchantement des bougainvillées. Un parcours d'une beauté qui vous coupe le souffle pour aller de Porto Santo Stefano à la maison (surtout choisir la route côtière, un peu plus longue), des charmants petits restaurants qui surplombent la baie où l'accueil est très chaleureux et la nourriture délicieuse. En bas de la colline, une petite plage merveilleusement silencieuse. L'appartement est très confortable. On baigne dans le bleu et le temps suspend son vol...

Ein Paradies in der südlichen Toscana
Ein kleines Paradies am Monte Argentario. Unschlagbare Aussicht übers Meer und die Inseln Giglio und Giannutri (bei klarem Wetter auch Montecristo, Elba und sogar Korsika). Die grosse und exklusive Terrasse mit schönem, stilvollen Mobiliar lädt zum Entspannen, Träumen und den 'Rest der Welt Vergessen' ein. Sehr schöne und grosse Wohnung - in welcher man sich wohl fühlt, auch wenn es mal regnen sollte. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die architektonischen Details, die mit viel Liebe gestaltet wurden. So sieht man z.B. durch den um einige Stufen erhöhten Sitzbereich des Wohnzimmers von den Sofas aus noch immer aufs Meer. Durch die verschiedenen abtrennbaren Wohnbereiche kann man sich auch mal zurückziehen, ohne einander auf den Füssen herumzutrampeln. Das grosse Bad ist wirklich sehr geräumig und beide Badezimmer sind mit schönen Kacheln und Amaturen versehen. Sehr sympathische und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen (obwohl wir den Geheimtipp eigentlich lieber für uns behalten würden...), Bedingung ist allerdings, dass man ein Auto hat. Zum fast privaten Strand Cala Piccola mit guten Schnorchelmöglichkeiten (Felsen, Höhlen...) sind es nur gerade 8 Minuten zu Fuss. In 15-20 Autominuten ist man in der lebhaften und authentischen Hafenstadt Porto Santo Stefano, welche nicht nur im Sommer Leben hat. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant il Moletto (www.moletto.it)ganz am Ende der Mole. Dort wird sehr fein gekocht - wir haben dort ausschliesslich nur wirklich Gutes aufgetischt bekommen und gehen deshalb immer wieder dorthin. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf die nächsten Ferien am Monte Argentario.

"Situation and view are absolutely gorgeous. Its completely silent and hidden, and there is a wonderful sea resort down in the small bay (closed from Oct.to end of May). But one has to drive small roads to get to a store or a restaurant. Fabiola and Alberto are very nice and professional hosts. You will love the place."

La vacanza è stata vissuta in un bellissimo contesto, in una quiete assoluta che ha permesso il totale relax; dalla magnifica terrazza si aveva l'impressione di dominare il mare e la natura circostante e di esserne parte integrante. "het is de mooiste plek van italie waar we tot nu toe geweest zijn. eigenaren waren zeer vriendelijk. het restaurant was zeer goed en de mensen waren zeer aardig. het uitzicgt vanaf het terras over zee was helemaal geweldig"

Why they chose this property

I recommend this vacation because despite being on dry land, with all the amenities, you seem to enjoy a holiday in a comfortable boat. Not because the house is small, are 140 square meters, but for the location which is on the sea, from every room you can see the island of Giglio and Montecristo and the Giannutri or when the air is clear even Corsica. Even in winter the house has great charm and with hike inland to see the ruins of what to do or hot baths at Saturnia, or visit small towns like Capalbio or Manciano or visit Viterbo, which is not far away. And if you feel like you can go to Rome in a day, two hours by car

What makes this property unique

This beautiful home is in the middle of the season, because it has all the amenities of a private beach, very close, but it is beautiful even in winter when the fireplace you can admire the sea in storm almost touch it.
