This 3 bedroom/2.5 bath quintessential Montecito house is surrounded by a white stucco wall with gated entry. The home is a short stroll from top-rated Cold Spring School and just a few minutes from Laguna Blanca or Crane Country Day School. Located 2 miles from Montecito's famous Butterfly Beach, 2 miles from Coast Village Road, 3 miles to Santa Barbara Stearns Wharf & State Street shopping.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with adjoining double-sink bathroom with a large tub and walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with adjoining bathroom tub/shower. The third bedroom has a double bed with french doors that open to the courtyard. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with new appliances. The home has high-speed internet with four-node mesh network providing excellent connectivity throughout.

One of the most popular features of this home is the Spanish Colonial style courtyard with a gas fire pit and fountain. You will enjoy throwing open the French doors each morning, opening the entire house up to the private courtyard. There is a grill on site and patio furniture for you to soak in the beautiful California sun. The entire property is surrounded by a tall white stucco wall and extremely private. We are situated very close to the charming Cold Spring elementary school. With just 178 students in grades K-6. Cold Spring School is consistently ranked in the top 1% of California schools for Reading, Math and Reading Proficiency and Cold Spring School District (a single school district) again ranked as the No. 1 performing public elementary school district in California for 2022 .

Montecito is easily one of the most beautiful areas in the country. You will enjoy all of the amenities of the area. The home’s location is close to everything, just two miles from the beach, State Street, Stearns Wharf, and within walking distance to some of the best hiking trails in California. Montecito Upper Village is just down the road. You will enjoy year-round outdoor dining at Via Vai, or fabulous Mexican food at our own Coast Village Road Los Arroyos. From the wine and cheese shop to upscale salons, you will have access to it all.

The house is a single story 2400 SF Montecito Spanish Colonial with red tile courtyard, and the neighborhood is filled with charm, including occasional wild Amazon parrots that fly overhead daily (around dusk each night)

Montecito

It is a very comfortable house which offers a convenient location to the beach , shopping & hiking. It is fully equipped . The setting is in a quiet neighborhood and the property affords a great deal of privacy. Should a problem arise, the property manager is very responsive.

33rd Annual Reunion

The floor plan is excellent and worked well for us. Good kitchen. The courtyard space was wonderful and we spent quite a bit of time there. Location is good, close to everything. Cleaning left a little to be desired especially around the fridge and stove. All in all, we had a great time!

Great stay in Santa Barbara

The property is lovely and in a quiet location in Montecito not very far from downtown. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed cooking and sitting by the fireplace. The only feedback we have is to have shades on windows as the sunlight came early in the am and none of us could sleep well after 5:30am.

Wonderful getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful, amazing property. This home had everything our family needed and we would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to stay in Santa Barbara to enjoy some relaxing, rejuvenating and happy time! We would definitely rent this beautiful home again next time we are in SB!! It is located in a nice, gorgeous neighborhood close to the beaches, shops and restaurants. We had such a lovely time!!

We enjoyed a four month stay. Great location for access to all that Santa Barbara offers. The house is well maintained and has all the amenities one would need. It worked well for as many as 4 adults at one time.

Excellent location.

The property is in an excellent location and the house itself was large and well laid out. It has a lovely courtyard and our young boys especially liked watching the hummingbirds feeding. The shops in the upper village are not far away and Santa Barbara is a short drive. We visited the nearby Lotus Gardens which you can walk to.

Absolutely perfect property

This has been our best stay yet. With the mountains, ocean, downtown, and the elementary school right there, our family had the most wonderful time. We were here for a month and felt so comfortable and at home. The homes interior layout was perfect, peaceful, and accommodating. The outdoor space and yard was so relaxing. A variety of hummingbirds visit all day long, the mature birds of paradise were incredible, all to be viewed from the courtyard with a fire pit and fountain. Our host was incredibly responsive and so helpful with great suggestions for local food and fun. We truly had an exceptional experience and I appreciate every aspect of our stay.

Great location with private outdoor garden

Spacious three-bedroom house with open kitchen/dining/living area - all on one floor. Easy access to beautiful outdoor area with dining table, chase lounge and comfortable seating around a fit pit with hard-pipes gas for many enjoyable Santa Barbara evenings.

Beautiful family home!

What a beautiful home for our family to stay in for our daughter's Westmont graduation. Suzanne was very responsive, kind, and helpful. The home and garden are even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures suggest. Situated in beautiful Montecito within walking distance to Westmont College. The bedrooms are all comfortable and there are lots of open living and dining spaces looking out through French doors to the garden yard. We especially enjoyed the lovely outdoor tile and glass fire pit on cool evenings. Only wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely count this Montecito villa as one of our favorite finds and hope to return soon.

Beautiful and comfortable home in a very nice area

This is a big and comfortable house in a quite and very nice area. The yard is big and beautiful. The location is very good - you can get to downtown Santa Barbara without going on the freeway. The owners are very willing to help. The refrigerator broke down and they did everything to make sure we had what we needed.

Wonderful vacation home in Santa Barbara

We stayed in Santa Barbara for several days to attend our son's wedding. Family members joined us at this home which was very comfortable, private and relaxing. There were living areas inside the home large enough for us to gather but our favorite was around the fire pit where we enjoyed morning coffee or visited in the evening. This area was a central place for us to gather and the inside perimeter of the home wraps around it. The home was very clean, had all amenities and the natural lighting was a plus. Very easy access to all the areas we visited in Santa Barbara and beyond. Our only regret was not having as much time to spend on the property as we would have liked due to other wedding events (which of course were wonderful!). Would definitely request to stay here again, thank you Suzanne!

Lovely, Comfortable Property

Attended a wedding in Santa Barbara and this was the perfect getaway. The highlight hands down was the ice cream truck that came by on Sunday!! What a lovely experience to see all of the kids line up!! Would definitely book again!

Lovely home and amazing yard!!!

Great home in a terrific location. This home has it all, it was private, quiet and a joy to be in. The home is large, comfortable, close to amenities but at the same time just far away, to be peaceful. What a great way to enjoy the beautiful area. We felt from the start, that we had picked the right place to spend our families one week vacation. The home owner was in top of it all, friendly, helpful and easily reached. A big perk is the home has a ton of naural light as well. We really had a terrific time and would love to stay here once again in the future! We will be recommending it to our friends and family in the years to come. Book it, you won’t be disappointed.

This lovely home lived up to all our expectations.

I can't say enough about this wonderful property. The large outdoor courtyard along with the beautiful home made our stay perfect. We spent a week celebrating with family with every evening gathered around the fire pit. The kitchen is furnished with everything you could ever need and to have the bathrooms equipped with soaps and shampoo was an unexpected extra. I will recommend this home to anyone who wants to spend time in the Santa Barbara area.

Beautiful outdoor space

Had a wonderful time & enjoyed the fire pit/outdoor space multiple times. A very beautiful home with a great layout. The location is quiet & so nice to be across from the elementary school for playtime & workouts during non-school hours. Enjoyed both recommendations for butterfly beach and Mexican carry-out. The linens (quilts, pillows, & towels) & window treatments needed an upgrade. The house had too much personal clutter for my taste & an odor when we arrived. Even so, the location and patio made up for the little things. Loved the use of the grill and being able to open large patio doors. Check-in & check-out process was a breeze. Thanks for a beautiful introduction to Santa Barbara.
