Les Bouganvilles is an independent villa surrounded by a wide garden, situated in a panoramic location on a small cape that separates the residential complex of Cala Capra and the Residence Porto Mannu, which overlooks the beautiful beach Venalonga.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen and a living/dining room with 2 beautiful sliding windows overlooking the sea.
The living room couch, if necessary, can be transformed into a comfortable double bed.
A wide veranda, with a wonderful view of the Maddalena Archipelago Islands, surrounds part of the house and is fully equipped with outdoor kitchen (barbecue, stove, sink and countertop), dining area and living-area.
Furthermore, in a sheltered patio, there are a comfortable shower (hot/cold), cabinets for bathrobes and garden tools.
The terrace, the patio and the lawn offer the opportunity to sunbathe in privacy, comfortable deckchairs, watching the sea.

Inside, the villa is equipped with two TVs (one in a bedroom and one in the living room), air conditioning, heating, WIFI, safe, and all appliances necessary for a relaxing holiday. Reserved for guests there is also a private covered parking space and the possibility to park on the roadside.
Price includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, heating, wifi), bed linen and towels, a beach towel per person, a weekly cleaning service with change of linen and a extra change of towels midweek.
It does not include the € 300 deposit to be delivered in cash on arrival, which will be fully refunded at the end of the stay if no damage will be claimed.
It also does not include the tourist tax, due to the Municipality of Palau.
The villa is particularly suitable for those with a boat, being able to moor at the port of Cala Capra, just 500 meters from the Villa, where you can make excursions to the Maddalena Archipelago Islands.

The villa, completely renewed in 2013, consists of three independent parts, each with its own garden, terrace and covered porch. This is a great place. Well positioned, great views, easy to get in and out of. The house is clean, fully equipped and wonderful views. The only drawback is very slow WiFi.

Vista spettacolare

Il nostro soggiorno e' stato ottimo. La casa gode di una posizione meravigliosa con vista sull' arcipelago della Maddalena. Zona tranquilla per chi ama la natura, la quiete e la bellezza del mare, anche nel periodo di Ferragosto. Il Sig. Pasquale e` un punto di riferimento fidato per qualsiasi necessita'. Torneremo!

Piacevole

La casa è grande considerando che eravamo 6 adulti e 3 bambini siamo stati abbastanza comodi mangiando fuori in quanto il patio è ampiamente spazioso, mentre l interno no. Cucina molto ben arredata con sufficienti pentole e stoviglie anche gli elettrodomestici molto utili e funzionali, le 3 camere sono spaziose con diversi armadi a disposizione la vista favolosa anche se dalle foto il giardino sembra molto più grande, ma è comunque un bel giardino, diciamo che le foto non corrispondono pienamente, le note dolenti sono: sicuramente i bagni 3 solo uno è all interno della casa, il secondo è in una stanza da letto ma separato quindi si deve aprire la persiana dove c'è un semi terrazzino con doccia all aperto e poi il piccolo bagno e il terzo invece è esterno sul patio quindi in sostanza accessibile di notte uno solo, le stanze sono o prive di chiavi oppure con le serrature rotte quindi zero privacy diviamo che l arredamento in generale sarebbe da rinnovare, le pulizie che sono state fatte di certo possono essere migliorate non era proprio cosi linda la casa è pur vero che una persona in 2 ore non fa miracoli, la biancheria no assolutamente da rimuovere macchiato sia copriletto che lenzuola, infatti ho usato le mie, in dotazione non viene dato nulla nessun detergente ne spugne se non le buste della differenziata le visite del custode discrete fino ad un certo punto nel senso che essendo improvvise non sono più cosi discrete dato che la cucina da sulle scale di entrata, in sosta

Pas propre

Très bel endroit. Vue sur la mer très agréable, jardin entretenu. Pour ce qui est de l'intérieur on peut pas en dire autant. Ménage fait superficiellement. On se rend compte très vite que ce n'est pas net. Reste de millettes sur plan de travail, dosette non retirées dans la machine à café, poussière dans tous les coins, traces de verre et autres sur toutes les surfaces de la cuisine,.. Mais le pire reste les sanitaires, avec les traces de matières fécales des précédents locataires. Inacceptable de façon générale et encore moins au prix du séjour. Ils nous a fallu acheter des détergents a base chlore et nettoyer toute la maison. C'est pas vraiment ce que l'on attend quand on par en vacances de surcroît quand le ménage et facturé.!!

Traumurlaub

Unser Aufenthalt in Copo d 'Orso war super. Das Haus ist, mit seinem tollen Außenbereich dem genialen Blick aufs Meer sowie den Bärenfelsen, einfach traumhaft. Vor Ort befinden sich 2 tolle Strände . Wir haben die Traumstrände der Costa Smeralda erkundet . Sie sind ca in 45 min zu erreichen. In 10 min Fahrt ist man in Palau wo sich viele Restaurants und ein abendlicher Markt zum bummeln befinden. Die wunderschöne Unterkunft ist daher ein genialer Ausgangspunkt um den Nordosten der Insel zu erkunden. Die gemütlichen Abende auf der Terasse haben wir sehr genossen. Pascale war vor Ort immer ansprechbar, die Kommunikation mit Davide angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub!!!

Sardinienurlaub

Ein wirklich schönes Haus in hervorragender Lage mit Mega-Ausblick. Insgesamt eine gute Ausstattung, die Küchenmöbel sind aber an einigen Stellen abgewohnt, was im Ergebnis aber nicht schlimm war. Schön wären aber ein paar Weingläser gewesen, diese haben wir trotz intensiver Suche nicht gefunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausverwalter, der ausschließlich italienisch spricht, war erstaunlich gut. Alles in allem haben wir erholsame Tage in diesem Haus verbracht.

Vacanza di famiglia

Ho soggiornato con la mia grande e variegata famiglia presso la casa del sig. Davide. Siamo stati molto bene, soprattutto per gli ampi spazi esterni molto panoramici. La casa è ben attrezzata e organizzata. Le visite giornaliere ,discrete e attente, del custode hanno permesso di risolvere subito dubbi e richieste. Grazie!

A dir poco fantastico....

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa meravigliosa vista mare per 14 gg assieme a una famiglia di altri amici. In totale eravamo in otto. Casa super accessoriata, pulita e in una zona strategica per visitare spiagge splendide sia in Costa Smeralda che in Gallura e Maddalena. La vista mozzafiato sulle isole dell'arcipelago e il colore viola dei bouganville e la zona tranquilla ci hanno stregato....di sicuro torneremo. Superbo il patio esterno dove si poteva mangiare e cucinare. Il custode è stato disponibilissimo a darci indicazioni per qualsiasi necessità. Super consigliato!

Entspannender, komfortabler Urlaub in schöner Umgebung mit bezaubernden Meerblick

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Alles ist sehr schön und komfortabel. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, man hat auch mit einer großen Familie genug Platz in Haus, Bädern und Garten. Das Internet/Wlan funktioniert gut. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und bietet reichlich schattige Plätze mit wunderschönem Meerblick. Auch die Strände sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Bei Fragen hilft der Hauswart Pasquale freundlich weiter. Er kümmert sich gut und ist häufig vor Ort. Auch wenn wir kein Italienisch konnten und er auch keine Fremdsprachen spricht, hat die Verständigung dennoch ganz gut geklappt. Es hat uns gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Calme

Bel endroit pour les amoureux du calme et du confort, du moins en octobre. Beaucoup de choix de plage dans un rayon de 20km. Il manque des chemins de randonnées et, parfois, les accès aux beautés de la nature sont impossibles. Les environs sont chouettes. Nous avons apprécié Arzachena, Santa Teresa Gallura et Maddalena pour leurs marchés et animations. Un compliment aussi pour les Dulci de la pâtisserie de Pulau (route principale). Profitez d’y aller hors saison si vous voulez du calme car entre ce qui est construit et ce qui se construit, cette région devient vite une ville. Pour le wi-fi, si vous avez de gros besoins, seuls les centres sont suffisamment équipés. Merci pour ce magnifique séjour

Emplacement idéal et superbe vue

La maison est très agréable avec un grand jardin et une vue magnifique. Les gérants sont très réactifs et très professionnels. Le seul bémol est la propreté qui n'était pas tellement au rendez-vous particulièrement dans la cuisine.

Villa molto bella

La villa ha una bellissima vista ed è dotata di tutti i confort. Per problemi di traghetti abbiamo dovuto anticipare improvvisamente di un giorno l’arrivo, la casa era disponibile e la proprietà e stata disponibilissima anche se siamo arrivati a tarda sera (grazie al sig. Pasquale). La casa è dotata di tutti i confort i confort, l’esterno e fruibilissimo, fare colazione con la vista dell’arcipelago è impareggiabile. Consigliatissima

Tolle Location

Wir hatten einen tollen Sommerurlaub in einem sehr schön gelegenen Ferienhaus. Vor Ort wurden wir sehr nett betreut. Die Kommunikation auf italienisch war dabei etwas schwierig, mit "Händen und Füßen" aber letztlich auch kein Problem!

Ein gepflegtes Haus mit tollem Meerblick

Ausstattung liegt über dem Standart, macht keinen abgewohnten Eindruck, allerdings aber lässt das Kochgeschirr zu wünschen übrig (billiges Material) Weiterhin sind von den 3 Bäder nur eines direkt im Haus, 1 Bad ist nur über die Terrasse zugänglich, 1 Bad muss vom Schlafzimmer kurz ins Freie zugegangen werden, und hat nur Waschbecken und Toilette, geduscht wird quasi im Freien, aber absolut für niemanden einsehbar, allerdings ist da das Duschen bei Regen und kühleren Temperaturen eine Herausforderung.

Casa perfecta en una zona ideal

La casa es perfecta para pasar unas vacaciones con tranquilidad al lado de la playa con unas vistas impresionantes. El jardín es muy grande y ideal para tomar el sol o simplemente desconectar. Tanto la limpieza, orden y atención fueron de 10/10. Cabe destacar la amabilidad del señor Pasquale, que se encargó de que no nos faltara nada y disfrtuasemos de nuestra estancia. Sin duda recomiendo la estancia a esta casa para disfrutar de una estancia muy agradable.

Wonderful place

View is just fantastic , house is well maintained and as described . Crockery is a bit light , would require a bit more wine glasses and few things . Overall I loved this place and I would like to come back
