One level living first floor corner end unit with open floor plan . Master bedroom has king size bed with en suite bathroom with beautifully tiled step in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with private access to bathroom #2 . Bathroom #2 has a tub for the little ones in the family. Living room has queen pull out sofa. There is a large eat in kitchen as well as a bar with bar stools for additional seating. Enjoy the beautiful screened porch backing up to lovely water views . Beautiful water views from multiple windows in the unit , even from your master bedroom 😎It is truly a great place to unwind and totally relax !

My husband and I are local to Delaware and we grew up going to the Delaware beaches. We live in the Ocean View area we both went to college in Delaware and work here as well. As you can see we are big fans of the first state !
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this property . We always wanted our own little oasis to escape to. This condo appealed to us for various reasons . The fact that it was a first floor unit with no stairs attracted us lugging groceries up two flights of stairs did not excite us. The water view from this unit is breathtaking . The open floor plan provides a panoramic water view off the screened porch . My husband and I thought this was perfect spot for us the maintenance free setting appealed to us . We thoroughly enjoy our little piece of paradise.

We enjoy the natural setting of Bethany Bay the way the wetlands protect the property , all the wildlife and of course all the water bordering the community
