Ein wunderbares kleines Häuschen, sehr süß und gemütlich eingerichtet mitten in der Natur.Die Zufahrt ist ohne Geländewagen allerdings ein kleines Abenteuer! Wir haben den Urlaub mit unserem Hund sehr genossen.

We stayed at this rental for a wedding in Radicondoli. You will not be able to get to this property without a car. Our host was great when checking us in and providing a map on how to get to the stay as it is up in the hills. We used our car to go towns around Radicondoli as there isn’t much to do in the town. If you book this for a wedding stay, please know it’s 5 mins outside of town. We stayed for 3 days which was great. The Wi-Fi did not work but we had service which helped us out. Thanks to Francesca for hosting us!

un nid d'amour dans un érin de verdure
C'est en empruntant le chemin du trésor (si vous pensez vous êtes trompés de route en le sillonnant c'est que vous etes sur la bonne route, roulez doucement..) que vous découvrirez cette petite maison de poupée aux couleurs italiennes. Tout en haut d'une colline vous aurez une vue imprenable sur la nature et de superbes couchers de soleil. La maison est petite mais fonctionnelle et surtout très agréable à vivre. les propriétaires, Lorenzo et Franscesca sont adorables. Un petit cadeau de bienvenue nous attendait, merci. Notre petit chien était le bienvenu. LORENZO parle français. Un séjour au top pour une location bien située au coeur de la si jolie Toscane. Le village de RADICONDOLI est accesible à pieds par un petit chemin et les commerçants y sont adorables.

Schöner erholsamer Aufenthalt
Kleines gemütliches Ferienhaus, sehr netter Vermieterkontakt. Unterkunft etwas abgelegen, jedoch mit sehr schönem Ausblick. Der Ort Radicondolo ist fußläufig in ca. 15 Minuten bergauf erreichbar, aufgrund des Anstiegs ist etwas Grundkondition von Vorteil.

Sehr abgelegen aber unfassbar schön
Die Unterkunft ist mit ca 5min Schotterweg zu erreichen was aber jeden aufwand entschädigt wenn man den Sonnenuntergang neben Radicondoli bewundern kann. Sehr Saubere Unterkunft schön eingerichtet und äußerst nette Eigentümer

A gem in Toscany
Sometimes you find a gem among all offers and the cottage of Francesca is one. Private enough to spot porkypines yet central enough to visit city's or the beach. And on walking disence from the beautifull city of Radicondoli. The cottage is clean, equipped with all comforts. The host that will help you when needed and can give very good advise. Wohlfühlhaus
Eingebettet in eine wunderbar stille und friedliche Landschaft liegt das charmant eingerichtete Landhäuschen mit Terrasse, in dem wir uns sofort sehr wohl fühlten. Francesca und Lorenzo waren sehr angenehme und freundliche Gastgeber, alles sehr entspannt und eine gute Kommunikation für die Anreise. Im Haus ist wirklich alles was man braucht. Genial für Zeitverträumer, Rotweingenießer unter kreisenden Bussarden und nächtlichem Sternenhimmel ... Man hört die Stille! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

VACANZA MERAVIGLIOSA - IMMERSO NEL VERDE
La casa è immersa nel verde ed è molto accogliente. Nell'appartamento c'è tutto quello che può servire per soggiornare durante tutta la vacanza. E' posta vicino al paese di Radicondoli in posizione un po' isolata che permette di godere di grande tranquillità. I proprietari sono molto cortesi, disponibilissimi a soddisfare le esigenze e le necessità di chi soggiorna, e a risolvere eventuali disguidi. E' a poca distanza da molte località quali San Gimignano, Volterra, Monteriggioni ed altri luoghi della regione. E' sicuramente da consigliare per fare una vacanza in Toscana. UNA VACANZA MERAVIGLIOSA

Logement très agréable et très bien situé
Second séjour à Radicondoli, huit ans après le premier. Accueil par Francesca et Lorenzo toujours aussi cordial (avec une excellente bouteille de Brunello di Montalcino 2012, année de notre premier séjour !). Le gîte est petit, mais idéal pour un couple, confortable et aménagé avec goût. Pas de vue directe sur le superbe paysage environnant mais une petite terrasse ombragée, indispensable en cas de forte chaleur. Le joli village de Radicondoli est un lieu central permettant de visiter les merveilles de la Toscane : Sienne, San Gemignano, Volterra, les crètes siennoises, etc. Que du plaisir.

the perfect getaway place in Tuscany
Francesca is a wonderful host, and this converted barn is the perfect place to getaway. Amidst the rolling Tuscan hills it sits on top of a hill just outside the village Radicondoli, which has all you need: a bakery, a supermarket, a few restaurants etc. We enjoyed our stay very much!

In einer malerischen Landschaft liegt das Haus zu Füßen von Radicondoli. Es ist liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl und genießt das geschmackvolle Interieur. Es findet sich alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Einer der beiden Freisitze bietet eigentlich immer genug Schatten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert und echte Gastgeber! Ihre Tierliebe wusste vor allem unser Hund sehr zu schätzen. Nach zwei Wochen fiel uns der Abschied sehr schwer.

Le cottage correspond en tout point à la description. Les hôtes sont très discrets et le monsieur parle français ce qui est appréciable. Le village de Radicondoli est très pittoresque avec tous les commerces à disposition : poste, bar, restos, épicerie, pharmacie et boulangerie. Il y a même un distributeur de billets ( Indispensable dans la région car la CB est très peu acceptée). En revanche, l'accès au cottage est problématique. La route est non goudronnée pendant 1km, très caillouteuse et ravinée par endroit. Attention aux voitures avec bas de caisse. La pente pour accéder à la maison est très raide pendant les 200 derniers mètres. En outre, si vous avez de la chance vous croiserez la route d'un sanglier à votre retour de balade. Le chemin d'accès à pied au village est sympa mais bien plus long qu'indiqué sur l'annonce (1km environ). Enfin, le cottage chauffe comme un four malgré les murs épais. Heureusement, il est équipé de la climatisation qui fonctionne bien. La déco est simple et typique, la grande pièce à vivre très agréable. La vue sur les collines est très belle. À ne pas manquer, le coucher de soleil.

Peace and tranquility
What a lovely property set in the remote Tuscan hills in close proximity to Radicondoli. The beds are both extremely comfortable including the pillows. The bathtub and shower are delightful with plenty of water pressure and enough hot water to fill the tub. The country style kitchen is equipped with all the modern conveyances you could possibly need to prepare lunch or dinner. In the evening you can prepare a cozy fire in the living area when it is chilly outside and enjoy you dinner by the fire. The outdoor space is exquisite with a charming patio just outside the kitchen entrance where you can drink your morning coffee in the sun (or shade if you prefer). The property grounds are well maintained with a wide variety of florae with tons of herbs and flowers. This area of Tuscany is in a “time warp” and the villages are unspoiled by modern society (I have been going to the Chianti region since 1969). Escape from the madness of everyday modern life and treat yourself to a serene stay in this charming cottage.

Sehr ruhige Lage
Das Bauernhaus liegt unterhalb von Radicondoli. Anfahrt über eine Piste. Zu Fuß ist Radicondoli über einen kleinen Anstieg in ca. 10 Minunten zu erreichen. Ausstattung des Hauses gut. Aussicht direkt vom Haus nicht gegeben, da das Haus von hohen Sträuchern und Bäumen umgeben ist. Aber etwas oberhalb gibt es Plätze zum verweilen und Aussicht genießen. Francesca ist eine liebenswerte Vemieterin, die keine großen Umstände machte. Die absolute Ruhe um das Bauernhaus herum ist besonders erwähnenswert.

Charming Location

Das Haus war sehr schön, wunderbar gelegen mit mit herrlicher Aussicht auf dem Gelände. Die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich und entgegenkommend.
