Villa with a great sea view in front of Caprera Island - 4 people

Les Bouganvilles is an independent villa, surrounded by a wide garden, situated in a panoramic position on a small cape that separates the residential complex of Cala Capra and the Residence Porto Mannu, which overlooks the beautiful Venalonga Beach.
The villa has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with a large shower, a living room with sofa, dining area and an open kitchen.
Outside there is a terrace and a spacious veranda, with great views of the Maddalena Archipelago Islands, comfortably equipped with barbecue, sink and countertop, dining table and living room-relax area, as well as an outdoor shower.
The lawn in front of the villa allows you to soak up the sun on loungers overlooking the sea.

Inside there are two TVs (one in the master bedroom and one in the living room) and air conditioning, heating, WIFI, safe, and all appliances necessary for a relaxing holiday.
Reserved for guests there is also a private covered parking space and the possibility to park on the roadside.
Price includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, heating, wifi), bed linen and towels, a beach towel per person, a weekly cleaning service with change of linen and a extra change of towels midweek.
It does not include the € 300 deposit to be delivered cash on arrival, which will be fully refunded at the end of the stay if no damage will be claimed.
It also does not include the tourist tax, due to the Municipality of Palau.
The villa is particularly suitable for those with a boat, being able to moor at the port of Cala Capra, just 500 meters from the Villa, where you can make excursions to the Maddalena Archipelago Islands.

The villa, completely renewed in 2013, consists of three independent parts, each with its own garden, terrace and covered porch. A portion is used by our family, the other two, part A and part C, are offered for rent on this site. This is Portion C, while Portion A can be found always on VRBO, with advert id: 6073975.

Tolle Zeit in schöner Unterkunft

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist absolut top. Tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht und sehr ruhig. Allerdings sollte man einen Mietwagen oder E Bikes zur Verfügung haben . Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es schon 5 km. Und es geht recht steil bergauf.

Du très bon avec quelques bémols…

Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables et dans l’ensemble notre séjour est une réussite. L’appartement bénéficie d’une vue imprenable sur la mer et profiter du lever et coucher de soleil est un vrai régal. La communication avec le propriétaire est parfaite et réactive. Nous avons eu de la chance de n’avoir des voisins (autre appartement mitoyen également en location) que quelques jours et qui plus est, extrêmement discrets. Nous avons en revanche regretté d’avoir la très mauvaise surprise de devoir payer en espèces à notre arrivée 5€ par personne et par nuit en guise de taxe de séjour, ce qui n’était à aucun moment précisé dans l’annonce (Abritel). Nous avons également trouvé que la propreté de l’appartement et du linge étaient à la limite de l’acceptable et nous avons dû refaire le ménage nous même notamment dans le réfrigérateur, la salle de bain et particulièrement les wc. Côté pratique, l’appartement est à proximité de deux plages accessibles à pied, l’une à 700 mètres (celle de l'hôtel voisin) et 10 mn, l’autre a 1 km et 13 mn à pied. La ville la plus proche (Palau) est à 5 km. Pour vos courses alimentaires nous vous conseillons en premier le magasin MD en sortie de Palau, ou Eurospin sur les hauteurs de Palau. Nos remerciements à Pasquale qui, malgré la barrière de la langue, se montre très agréable et prêt à rendre service dès que nécessaire.

Great appartment in villa with magnificient open sea view. All you need for calm, private and relaxing holiday. Pasquale is the best caretaker and super person. Reccomended.

Traumlage

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bad hat leider kein Fenster. In der Küche hätten wir uns noch einen Backofen gewünscht. Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um das mittlere von drei direkt aneinander angrenzenden Objekten. Die Lage ist phänomenal. Wir können das Anwesen empfehlen und werden bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder kommen.

Beautiful holiday house

Amazing view, lovely garden, house in need of updates

We just spent a week at this property and absolutely loved the view and outside area. There are two nice beaches close buy (with very limited parking). A car is definitely needed in this area. The gentleman responsible for the house is very friendly and helpful. The house is definitely in need of some updating. The shower was very moldy and rusty and the kitchen appliances are old, as well as the scratched pots (which did not allow us to cook there). If these updates would be made, the house would be really great.

Wunderschöner Ausblick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt voll genossen vor allem die Abende auf der Terrasse mit dem tollen Ausblick aufs Meer und den Bärenfelsen. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit!

Cattivo rapporto qualità prezzo

La proprietà prenotata mantiene le promesse in fatto di location e vista, purtroppo il resto lascia a desiderare. La casa è umida ed essendo stata chiusa sino al nostro arrivo c’era odore di chiuso e muffa. C’era muffa nella doccia (oltre che un porta detergenti tutto arrugginito, cambiato su ns richiesta il giorno stesso) muffa nel frigorifero, cucina - datata e sgangherata - e bagno - con mobili di vario genere impolverati - ripuliti su ns richiesta a spese della proprietà il giorno dopo. Nonostante la pulizia extra le condizioni della casa a nostro giudizio non sono accettabili in alcun modo: sotto il calorifero in bagno anche dopo la pulizia c’era ancora un dito di polvere, dietro la lavatrice muffa, ho fatto un lavaggio in lavatrice e ho dovuto rilavare tutto in quanto anche la lavatrice era maleodorante di acqua stantia. Le lenzuola erano rinacciate, in cucina non c’era una prolunga per attivare il microonde... I cuscini delle poltroncine esterne vecchi ed anch’essi intaccati dalla muffa... Insomma anche affittare una casa richiede mestiere e attenzione sopratutto con con le cifre richieste per questa priorità.

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Der Außenbereich mit dem Blick aufs Meer war traumhaft schön und wir konnten uns dort gut erholen. Das größere Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett ist sehr geräumig und hat einen großen Kleiderschrank mit vielen Kleiderbügeln. Das zweite kleinere Schlafzimmer halten wir persönlich eher für Kinder als für Erwachsene geeignet. Die Betten dort sind schon recht schmal und die Kommode und der Nachttisch rochen aufgrund der feuchten Lage am Meer so muffig, das wir sie lieber nicht benutzen wollten. Zum Glück gab es ja aber den großen Schrank im größeren Schlafzimmer. Das Bad ist groß, vor allem die Dusche, und es gab ausreichend Handtücher. Es fehlt allerdings an Haken, wo man die Handtücher aufhängen kann. Fernsehen konnte man nicht, da wohl etwas verstellt wurde. Uns wurde aber angeboten, einen Techniker kommen zu lassen. Da wir dann aber übers Internet fernsehen konnten, war dies für uns nicht nötig. Das WLAN war sehr stabil. Der Geschirrspüler benötigte gleich bei der ersten Nutzung sowohl Salz als auch Klarspüler, die wir besorgt haben. Dies sind Dinge, die man eventuell vorab hätte übeprüfen können. Es gibt ausreichend Geschirr, Schüsseln und Kochtöpfe bzw. Pfannen. Der Kühlschrank war für zwei Personen ausreichend groß. Das Haus ist nicht freistehend. Daher gibt es eine gewisse Hellhörigkeit zu den Nachbarn. Gehbehinderte Menschen sollten wissen, dass das Haus über ca. 20 Stufen ohne Handlauf zu erreichen ist. Unser Kontakt Pasquale sowie die Dame, die sich um die Hausreinigung kümmert, waren sehr freundlich und sympatisch. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub!

Séjour au top

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La location est conforme aux photos, superbe vue de la terrasse. Nous n avions pas reçu l adresse exacte donc nous nous sommes retrouvés à une résidence., hôtel, mais grâce à la gentillesse des ouvriers qui y travaillaient et qui connaissaient Pasquale , tout est très vite rentré dans l ordre. Nous avons été très satisfait de la location et de l endroit qui est calme sans pour autant être isolé, en effet 10 min en voiture et nous étions à Palau. 2 plages à proximité mais tant d autres à découvrir. La région est splendide. Journée en bateau à faire absolument afin de découvrir l 'archipel de la Madalenna .Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Pasquale est très à l écoute malgré qu il ne parle ni le français ni l anglais on est arrivé à communiquer avec nos petites notions d Italien ainsi qu évidemment avec les gestes.

Traumhaft mit kleinen Abstrichen

Wir haben 12 sehr schöne Tage mit 2 Personen im Appartement von Davide Boari verbracht. Die Wohnung besticht durch eine einzigartige Lage mit einem traumhaften Meerblick, den man kaum besser um Palau herum finden wird. Links und rechts von der Wohnung liegt jeweils ein weiteres größeres Appartement, welches vom gleichen Vermieter vermietet wird. Eine gewisse Hellhörigkeit besteht zwischen den Wohnungen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und italienischen Verhältnissen entsprechend wie auf den Fotos eingerichtet. Die Küchenmöbel sind nicht unbedingt auf dem neuesten Stand und auch im Bad findet sich eine bunte Zusammenstellung unterschiedlicher Möbelstücke. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, ein Backofen fehlt (kann aber durch die Grill-Mikrowelle ersetzt werden). WLAN funktioniert sehr gut, leider gibt es keinen deutschen TV-Sender. Die Wohnung kann sehr gut von 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern bewohnt werden. Für 4 Erwachsene wäre sie uns zu klein. Sie ist aufgrund vieler Treppen nicht unbedingt geeignet für gehbehinderte Menschen Die Wohnung wird hervorragend durch Pasquale betreut, der zwar weder Deutsch noch Englisch spricht, mit dem aber die Kommunikation trotzdem mit Händen und Füßen problemlos möglich ist. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Schönes Objekt in ruhiger Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht

Die Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Palau hat uns gut gefallen. Sie befindet sich außerhalb der eigentlichen Ortschaft . Palau selbst ist mit dem PKW in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir waren Ende Mai hier - zu dieser Zeit noch wenig los. Das haben wir sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist weitestgehend komplett ausgerüstet (an Stelle eines Wasserkochers nutzten wir den Gasherd), bietet eine Waschmaschine und eine Mikrowelle. Ein Backofen ist nicht vorhanden. Die ebenfalls nicht vorhandenen deutschen TV-Sender haben wir nicht weiter vermisst. Der Kontakt zu Pasquale, unserem sehr freundlichen & hilfsbereiten Kontakt vor Ort, ist nur in der Landessprache möglich - hier kommt man aber mit Händen & Füßen und ggf. einer Übersetzungsapp gut zurecht. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit vor Ort.
