Petite villa agréable avec splendide vue et bien située

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa bien située dans une crique familiale, bien que peu animée en cette saison d'automne. La terrasse est extrêmement agréable et la vue splendide ! Le rafraîchissement prévu de la salle de bain sera le bienvenu ! Merci à nos hôtes disponibles et prompts à répondre à toute question.

Vue splendide

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette petite maison idéalement situé à 1 min de la plage avec une vue magnifique de la terrasse. La maison est bien équipée et la literie confortable. Un petit coup de frais dans la salle de bain l'a rendrait encore plus agréable. Une adresse que nous recommandons.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis auf Ibiza schlechter als woanders Das Haus sieht in echt genauso wie auf dem Inserat. Es liegt zwar wirklich ganz nah am Meer aber hinzu kommen zwei wichtige Punktabzüge: 1)zum einen, da das Haus keine Klimaanlage hat, (ich kann es mir heute noch nicht erklären wie mir das passieren konnte, denn wir buchen immer Häuser mit Klimaanlage und während der Suche setze ich es immer als Filter) es heizt sich so dermaßen auf, dass man alle Türen und Fenster sperrangelweit öffnen muss um zu schlafen. Dadurch, so schön das Panorama tagsüber ist, so laut ist es in der Nacht durch das Meer und die Autos die „vor der Nase“fahren. 2) Zum anderen, es kommt immer wieder Tags- und Nachtsüber der Geruch aus den septischen Gruben, sowohl im Haus als auch in der Strand von Cala Vadella, was sehr lästig war. Très bon séjour entre amis

Maison très bien placée, propre et bien équipée. La plage est à 2mn à pied, la superette juste à côté. Bref, tout est pratique. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans la maison, je la recommande.

Fantastische locatie

Een heerlijk huis op de mooiste plek van cala vadella. Schoon, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, rustige omgeving, goed parkeren, precies zoals de advertentie zegt. Klein advies, wat zachtere topper op de 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Maar een aanrader!!

Super locatie

Fijn huis op een super locatie. Het uitzicht vanaf het grote terras is geweldig. Daarnaast is het strand heel dichtbij. Het contact met de eigenaar was heel prettig, er wordt snel gereageerd.

Nice house with a great view

The house is in good shape and has all the necessary equipment (kitchen, bathroom). The roof terrace is great - especially to watch the sunset. We would definitely book it again.

Prachtig uitzicht

Gelegen aan een fijne baai met zandstrand op een paar minuten loopafstand. Prima verblijf voor een weekje! Vooral genoten van het prachtige uitzicht (vooral de zonsondergang)!

Maison tout confort idéalement située !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Cala Vadella ! La maison "Can Nene" est idéalement située dans une jolie calanque à 1min à pied de la plage (bien protégée, super pour les enfants), avec une superbe vue depuis la terrasse - couchers de soleil éblouissants garantis :-). La maison est très bien équipée, y compris pour un séjour hors saison comme ce fut notre cas, et les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse et réactivité. Un séjour plus que recommandé donc, merci beaucoup !

Un petit paradis

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est charmante et il était très agréable d’être si proche de la plage. Les terrasses nous ont permis d’admirer les couchers de soleil et de profiter de la magnifique vue sur la mer. Great Location in Ibiza 'Can Nene'

Die Lage des Hauses entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Ein toller Ausblick auf die Bucht bis zum traumhaftem Sonnenuntergang. Die Ausstattung des Hauses mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus war für uns perfekt. Ein kurzer Weg zum Strand, ein kleiner Supermarkt und diverse Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier herkommen und können es bestens weiterempfehlen.

pracht locatie

na een jaar van afwezigheid konden we eindelijk weer naar ons favoriete eiland gaan. Cala Vadella waren we al eerder geweest maar we hebben er nog nooit een week gezeten. nou we hebben er geen spijt van gehad. van te voren hadden we goed contact gehad met de eigenaar (reageert snel via de app) en we konden direct na aankomst het huis in. zoals anderen ook al hebben omschreven is het huis praktisch ingericht. alles zit er in en het ontbreekt je aan niets. mooie ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden, heerlijke douche en een prima keuken. de ligging van het huis is geweldig. elke avond een prachtig uitzicht over de baai en zonsondergang, heerlijk. je loopt via de weg (of een korte route via wat trappen) zo naar het strand. s avonds genoeg vertier bij de verschillende restaurants (Tip; ga eten bij NOLA Ibiza) prachtige plek met heerlijk eten. leuke meiden die de tent runnen. al met al hebben we een heerlijke week gehad in een prachtig huis. we komen zeker terug!!

Stunning View

The stunning view, the short walk to the beach with its child friendly coziness, privacy and vibes combined at this special spot, makes us love this house. We already go to Ibiza for 25 years. Therefore we know the island very well. If you want a house with fully Ibicenco way of interior design, all pimped up, this you will not find here. What you do find is a family house with charmes of basicness, where you can have delicious dinners at the upper terras with your family, looking at beautiful sunsets. A real get-away in a beautiful surrounding. Definitely a place to come back to every year.

Cala Vadella en un Septiembre pandemico

No conocíamos Ibiza, elegimos esta casa por la posición y las vista y, sumando la tranquilidad debida a la falta de muchos turistas, ha sido la elección correcta. La casa corresponde a lo anunciado en todo, terrazas❤️, salón y habitaciones. La cocina es bien equipada. Puede que el cuarto de baño no sea el maximo y la ducha un poco pequeña, el único pero que se puede poner. La comunicación con Los propietarios, fácil y correcta en todos momento. La aconsejamos sin dudas.

un séjour formidable

La Villa est très bien située, dans ce site exceptionnel avec vue sur le coucher de soleil chaque soir. La plage est joignable juste en bas, eaux cristallines et poissons par centaines. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les 2 terrasses et l'ambiance du village. Cela nous a permis un séjour très agréable pour découvrir Ibiza. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur disponibilité et la simplicité de leur accueil ! Nous recommandons chaudement cette location et personnellement j'essayerai d'y revenir !

Todo lo necesario en un gran enclave

Casa con todo lo necesario, muy cerca de la playa y con una terraza con vistas impresionantes. Además, con parking propio, que en temporada alta es un plus en Cala Vadella. El trato y la comunicacion con el propietario ha sido muy bueno en todo momento. Hemos estado una familia de dos adultos y dos niños de 7 años y hemos estado perfectamente.

Ibiza en octobre

Location totalement conforme à la description, maison de vacances ultra calme en octobre. Propriétaires arrangeants et disponible à tout moment pour nous aider. C’est une vraie maison utilisée par ses propriétaires et donc tout est plus facile car équipements hyper complet du presse agrumes au fours, bouilloire et autre grille pain. Nous avons hâte de revenir !

A golden view

We had a great week in Casa Can Nene with beautiful weather in October. The large terrace with the views on Cala Vadella give many WoW moments! The terrace is also very private. The house is perfectly situated near the beautiful beach and several restaurants. Also a good starting point to explore the island. However we think the house is not suited to people with walking difficulties also because of the spiral staircase. The contact with the owners was good. We were lucky that we could stay hours longer on the day of departure because the next tenants came some time later. Catherine thank you again.

Une situation exceptionnelle

A 1 minute de la plage, des petits commerces et des restaurants, la villa est idéalement située dans la superbe cala Vadella. La vue de la terrasse est un vrai plaisir particulièrement au coucher du soleil. La maison est très fonctionnelle et agréable. Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants et réactifs. Bref, nous y reviendrons probablement.
