3-room apartment crossing East-West in the secure luxury residence of the Imperial Park.

You have wi-fi internet access thanks to an orange box in the apartment. You also have TNT channels and all channels of the orange TV box and LCD TV.

Highly recommend

The property was in a very good location, short walk to the beaches, shops, buses and to rue d' Antibes. The apartment was very clean, spacious and all the amenities required with 2 balconies to enjoy the breeze and views. On the 4th floor with a working lift and parking underneath if required. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend this apartment in beautiful Cannes and thoroughly enjoyed our month's stay there.

Great apartment for visiting Cannes centre and beaches.

Had a great 5 night stay in the apartment. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed for 5 people. The air conditioning was very quiet and having the dishwasher was great. Would definitely recommend. Jean-Michel was really helpful and communicative and very flexible for check out. No problems at all.

Ein schöne Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, Balkon auf alle Seiten. Ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Ideal zum Canne entdecken. Der Verwalter Jean-Michel ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war auch sehr gut. Der Aufenthalt war super, kann ich nur empfehlen!

Schönes Apartment in ruhiger zentraler Lage

Das Apartment liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Wohngegend und selbst das Meer kann man mit einem kleinen Spaziergang (ca. 15 Minuten) erreichen. Jean-Michel ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber und war sehr bemüht uns ein paar schöne Tage zu machen. Es gibt viele kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Auf den Terrassen der Wohnung den Tag ausklingen zu lassen mit der schönen Herbstsonne war unser Highlight. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und selbst ein Geschirrtuch sowie Tabs für den Geschirrspüler waren vorhanden. Die Tiefgarage ist etwas eng aber dafür direkt mit dem Aufzug erreichbar….kurz um ein schöner Kurzurlaub….wir kommen gerne wieder !

Ruhige Wohnung in Strandnähe

Die Fotos geben die Ferienwohnung exakt wieder. Von beiden Balkonen kann man in der Ferne das Meer erkennen. Zum tollen sandigen Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Der abends lebhafte Teil von Cannes liegt auf der anderen Seite der Stadt. Das Internet und das vorhandene Netflix funktionierte tadellos. Der Küche war ordentlich ausgestattet. Die Badezimmer und die Schlafzimmer könnten meines Erachtens eine Renovierung gebrauchen (u. a. lösen sich die Tapeten). Die beiden Duschbadewannen waren eher zweckmäßig und hatten keinen Entspannungscharakter. Von den 3 Badezimmern ist nur eines mit einem WC ausgestattet (nur mit einem WC; Händewaschen im anderen Bad). Ein weiteres Bad hat dafür ein Bidet (aber kein WC). Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau, vielleicht auch in Frankreich so üblich. Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist praktisch aber nur 1,85 Meter hoch (ggf. gibt Probleme mit Bullis oder Dachboxen).

Große Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern in super Lage

Für Familien top geeignete Ferienwohnung in super Lage zum Strand, zum Einkaufen und zum Ausflüge starten. Die Tiefgarage ist in diesem Fall ein großer Pluspunkt. Schnelles Internet erfreute auch unsere Kinder am Abend :-) Einziges Manko ist die fehlende Klimaanlage oder besser dämmende Fenster, aber das war letztendlich auch kein Problem in unseren 2 Wochen im August. Preis-Leistung passt sehr gut. Würden die Wohnung ganz klar weiterempfehlen!

A mixed bag but plenty to recommend it.

Rather difficult to give an overall score for this property because it is a mix of good and not so good. The pluses were: great quiet location 7 minutes walk from the sea; lovely bright airy space; lovely wrap around balconies; an assiduous and flexible host who worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed; underground parking. The aspects we thought should be better were the overall condition of the decoration; the flat was scrupulously clean but the decor was faded, tired and in need of replacement (peeling enamel in the bath) or update.

conforme au descriptif, location très agréable!

Très bon emplacement proche de tout: commerces, plage. Location hyper fonctionnelle. Décoration de quelques pièces à peaufiner, mais le confinement est passé par là, donc plus long pour permettre de remettre toutes les pièces au gout du jour... Et des alèses jetables seraient les bienvenues. Mais cela n'a pas terni notre séjour, c'est juste le petit plus pour valoriser pleinement ce très bel appartement. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et à l' heure !

Appartement très fonctionnel

L'appartement est fonctionnel et très propre. Il est proche de tout : petits commerces de proximité à 5 miniutes à pied et plage à 15 mn à pied. Le propriétaire est très gentil et très arrangeant.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit kurzem Weg zum Strand

Buchung und Reiseplanung war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so im Urlaub brauchen kann. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr große Terasse mit super Aussicht auf Californie (einem reichen Ortsteil von Cannes). Das Meer kann man auch sehen, ist aber ein Stück weg - knapp 10 Minuten Fußweg, und man ist am öffentlichen Strand von Cannes, der sehr sauber ist und mit feinem Sand, Duschen und Toiletten im glasklaren Wasser zum Baden einlädt. Für Cannes selbst empfiehlt sich der Bus, oder man geht zu durch die Einkaufsstraßen ins Zentrum. Mit Klimaanlage wäre diese Wohnung die perfekte Location für Cannes, wir haben uns aber auch ohne sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Appartement type 4, bien situé, quartier Bvd ALEXANDRE 3. Résidence de standing. La terrasse et le balcon permettent de suivre le soleil. Spacieux , classique dans sa décoration, fonctionnel bien équipé, 2 chambres, 2 bains. Garage en sous sol pratique. Petits commmerces à proximité. Le Propriétaire est serviable et disponible.

très beau séjour

Logement très bien équipé aussi bien dans la cuisine, que la salle de bain, la salle à manger... Immeuble tranquille et sécurisé. Place de parking en sous sol très pratique. Tout le confort y est. Belle vue sur la mer et les bateaux. Très bien situé proche de la mer, (plage de la croisette à environ 10mns à pied avec plage de sable fin) , des commerces, tout peu se faire à pied. Palais des festival à 25 mns à pied. Beau cadre, bel emplacement et bel appartement. Propriétaire accueillant arrangeant et disponible Nous le recommandons.

Tres bon séjour

Location qui répondait à nos attentes. Appartement très bien agencé avec de grandes terrasses dans un quartier calme. Un très bon accueil du propriétaire. Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette location.
