Three-night minimum stays accepted (off and In-season) in addition to full weekly rentals with 10% discount. Check calendar for availability. Cottage is located at mile post 10 in Nags Head Township. This 5-bedroom 3-bath Cottage has an outdoor shower, charcoal park smoker grill, and front loader washer & dryer. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths separated from the downstairs which has 2 bedrooms with a shared bath which is perfect for 2 families vacationing together. Four (4) high-definition LED Televisions, High Speed WIFI & Telephone. Location is 2 to 6 blocks from Harris Teeter or Food Lion grocery stores. Many restaurants are within 3 to 6 miles to the cottage. Beach access is 3 blocks away – backpack beach chairs are provided. Sorry No Smoking, No Pool, No Hot Tub, & No pets. Check in time is 4:00 PM on date of arrival and check out time is 11:00 AM for date of departure. Bed linens are provided. Towels are not provided so be sure to bring your own towels and toiletries. We also require renter to be 25 years or older and no subletting is allowed. Keys and WIFI codes are provided the day of check-in through VRBO messaging portal. If you have additional questions, feel free to inquire via VRBO.

OBX cottage

The house was great! Great location and we could walk to the beach. I think it was great communication with the owners when we had questions. We used four of the five bedrooms, and the house overall was was very charming and pleasant.

Golden Getaway

My friends and I traveled to Nags Head to celebrate our 50th birthdays. We had a great time. Cottage was close to the beach and a reasonable rate. We had a little trouble with the internet but the owner responded quickly when we reported it. Otherwise we had everything we needed for this trip.

Great Place

Everything went really well. Walking distance to the beach and more than enough room for the 10 people. The only thing that was an issue was the internet. With more than a couple people on it, it became unusable. Cell phone service was good though so it wasn’t really an issue. Overall, great place and great stay.

Annual beach trip

DO NOT STAY HERE. The down stairs had mold to the point you could see it on the piece of paper that was on the fridge . Our bedroom had an insulin needle laying on the floor so OBVIOUSLY no one comes to clean between visits. As well as the sweltering heat upstairs made it unbearable to even sleep in the bedrooms( no ceiling fans). When we tried to set the AC to a normal temperature so people upstairs could sleep, at the end of the trip the owners sent us a $720 bill from their own AC company to “re-program it” when it was already re-programmed back to their original settings. Your view is an auto shop and a super far walk to the beach if you are carrying anything. The house is extremely out dated in every aspect. Scam artist at their best.

Perfect for a family reunion

6 years ago my family decided to have a family reunion each summer since we live in VT, CT, NC and FL. Everyone agreed agreed on the OBX for this year's reunion. The house had plenty of room, was clean, in a short walking distance to the beach, plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Our hosts were great in communicating with us and suggesting about places to go, etc. It's centrally located on the OBX which makes it convenient to so many places.

Nags Head Bullock cottage

Very nice place! 2 block walk to the beach. Plenty of good restaurants very close by. Did have an issue with the hvac but owners were very responsive. Would definitely consider a return trip.

This site and its owners are the BEST! We loved the house and location (easy access to beach, shops, and restaurants). The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. The owners gave accurate and helpful information.

Great Vacation Place

Great Vacation rental. Short walk to the beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. Only thing that concerned me was the bath area downstairs. You step up to use the toilet and also the shower. It could use a handicap bar. But we had a great time and enjoyed the area very much.

Short walk to a lot!!!

My family and I stayed here four nights (4 couples & 3 kids, 3 or under). The house is ~3 blocks to the sand / Beach access, Brew Thru is across the street (very convenient for emergency bags of ice), Mahi-Mahi's is a block away and a great place for a seafood dinner, and there's a Food Lion just a few blocks down the street the house is on! It rained one day we were there. So, we hung out downstairs under the car port. The outdoor shower in the back of the house is fairly private and has hot water! Everything worked as it should and the house felt clean and safe! The owners (2 brothers) were very quick to respond to questions, and take pride in their property! Would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you're a larger family looking for a cozy getaway!

40th Birthday Bash

Planned a getaway for wife’s 40th birthday near where she grew up at this beach house. It was perfect! From great owners providing ongoing friendly communication to large house with internet and being in walking distance from the beach as well as ABC store, Food Lion and many other popular places, we couldn’t ask for more. It’s also close to the Wright Brother’s museum, Jockey’s Ridge, and an old fav John’s Shakes. For us science nerds in addition to the Wright Brothers you can also see a protected area for sea turtles within feet as you step onto the beach. Thanks again for such a great time! Tim

There are plenty of things to do while staying at the outer banks including visiting the beaches, fishing (Pier, Surf, Charter Boat, etc.), sightseeing (e.g. Jockey's Ridge, NC Aquarium, Wright Brother's Memorial, Hatteras Light House, off road driving on Hatteras seashores, etc.), in addition to some great local eateries.
