Perfectly situated, clean and calm
We stayed for one week and already know the region well. The apartment is next to the apartmentif the owners. The place is hidden in the natural park and is therefore very calm. It is not next to the camping sites of the region but more on the upscale villas etc. Perfect for all the beach spots and close to the center for groceries etc.

relax nella natura
Casa molto bella, con grande terrazza con vista sul golfo, la casa e' comoda e ben accessoriata, arredata con gusto. La parte finale della strada per arrivare e' sterrata e sconnessa quindi bisogna fare attenzione. La rete wifi e' stata funzionante in modo discontinuo, ma questo problema lo abbiamo riscontrato un po' dappertutto. Abbiamo trovato i letti singoli un po' piccoli per gli adulti, e i cuscini scomodi. Tutto sommato e' stata veramente una bella esperienza e consigliamo questa struttura immersa nella natura.

Location à fort potentiel, mais des désagréments
Location qui a beaucoup d'atouts, le site, la vue, une surface grande et un aménagement assez moderne. Malheureusement, la location comporte des points de vigilance : - la piste d'accès très défoncée notamment pour nous qui tractions une remorque de planches à voile derrière un monospace mais pas un SUV - le wifi est très limité en débit, mais aussi en couverture. Installée dans l'appartement connexe, le wifi ne couvre que les canapés du salon et la chambre des enfants. Impossible de se connecter sur la terrasse ou la chambre des parents. Par ailleurs, la location est en zone blanche pour Orange et Bouygues. - l'appartement est très chaud, surtout en ces temps de canicules. Certes les chambres ont la clim, mais la pièce principale a des fenêtres hautes que l'on ne peut pas occulter. Hors canicule, c'est sans doute supportable. Pour notre part, si le propriétaire faisait les modifications suggérées, nous pourrions y retourner.

La casa è molto bella, pulita e ben attrezzata anche per cucinare. La terrazza è magnifica si gode un bel panorama sulla baia. La spiaggia del Kevano è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. Io sono stata con 2 amiche e 1 coppia per un paio di giorni. Poi siamo rimasti in 3. Devo dire che la cameretta per 3 adulti è un po' piccola, più che altro per la dimensione dei letti, Comunque nel soggiorno ci sono 2 bei divani che potrebbero essere usati al posto dei lettini. Il signor Mario che ci ha accolto è stato molto simpatico gentile e disponibile. Molto consigliata.

Parfaitement placée dans un ilot de verdure
Maison très bien équipée au calme et proche de plages familiales et et calmes. Il faut savoir que la maison est composée de 2 appartements mitoyens et que la terrasse est commune, séparée par un simple panneau de bois. Livio l'avait mentionné de manière très transparente dès la phase de réservation.

Mario nous accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et a rapidement répondu à nos demandes. L'appartement est grand, la cuisine bien équipée, la salle de bains également. Le wifi fonctionne mais n'est pas très stable.

Quando si parte per le vacanze si hanno sempre delle aspettative, in questo caso sono state pienamente soddisfatte. Il posto e la villa sono come descritti, pulizia ai massimi e arredamento curato, funzionale ed in buono stato. Il contesto è veramente notevole, si respira la vera natura, con tutti i comfort del caso. Proprietari molto discreti, privacy assolutamente rispettata, ma anche decisamente cordiali, piacevoli e disponibili. Una vacanza da ripetere, magari per un periodo più lungo; assolutamente da consigliare.

Ottimo soggiorno nella natura a una passeggiata da
Un'altra volta il soggiorno presso Casa Vaschetto, a Pianottoli Caldarello, è stato un'ottima occasione per camminate in zona, nuotate favolose in un mare cristallino e completo relax quando si voleva riposare. Il perfetto funzionamento dell'alloggio e dei suoi accessori ha reso la vacanza ancora più spensierata e le occasionali conversazioni col proprietario, mai intrusive in quanto ricercate da noi, hanno dato un aggiuntivo senso di calore.

Maison lumineuse très bien agencée et équipée ; les propriétaires sont charmants et discrets. Vue privilégiée sur la mer depuis la terrasse et le solarium. Un seul petit bémol : pas de réseau téléphonique (nous sommes chez Free)... Idem, pas d'internet ! Dommage !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, avec un accueil très agréable du propriétaire. La maison était très propre, les pièces spacieuses, la vue sur le golfe très agréable et le site très calme. Idéal pour découvrir les plages et les sites encore protégés de Pianottoli.

Vorrei che la vacanza non finisse mai......
Sono tornata dopo due anni nello stesso posto, stessa abitazione, perchè nei due anni precedenti, essendo innamorata della Corsica, non ho trovato una sistemazione all'altezza di questa. L'anno scorso, al momento della prenotazione, era già tutto occupato così ,quest'anno, mi sono mossa in anticipo!! Che dire.....tutto sempre meraviglioso a cominciare dai proprietari disponibilissimi e dal posto veramente incantevole con una vista mozzafiato! Mi mancheranno tantissimo gli splendidi tramonti rosso fuoco sulla terrazza..........!!

Soggiorno ottimo e decisamente consigliabile
La casa è in una posizione ideale: in mezzo alla natura e molto vicina alle spiagge, che si raggiungono a piedi in poco più di dieci minuti e in soli due minuti in auto. La vista sulla baia di Kevanu dal terrazzo coperto è riposante, specie durante i suggestivi tramonti. Ottima sistemazione per chi vuole riposare. La vicinanza dei proprietari è rassicurante e volendo offre occasioni di simpatica conversazione. E' una soluzione certamente raccomandabile!

Pour la deuxième année co...
Pour la deuxième année consécutive nous sommes retournés passer nos vacances dans cette maison magnifique qui nous avait déjà enthousiasmés l’été dernier. Les propriétaires sont toujours aussi charmants, discrets et très conciliants. A noter cette année que le chemin, en mauvais état , pour accéder à la maison a été entièrement refait ce qui ne pose plus aucune difficulté pour les véhicules un peu bas. Nous pensons retourner chez nos chers propriétaires l'an prochain si la maison est libre.

"Soggiorno gradevolissimo...
"Soggiorno gradevolissimo. La casa è molto bella, arredata con gusto, pulitissima e attrezzata in ogni dettaglio. Non è dotata di aria condizionata, ma questo può essere un dettaglio poiché la zona è comunque ventilata. Dal loggiato si gode di una splendida vista sul mare. Il tutto è immerso in un giardino di macchia mediterranea recintato molto bello, ottimo per chi come noi aveva un cane al seguito!! Gli ultimi metri della strada che portano alla casa sono sterrati, ma per noi questo non ha comportato alcun problema pur avendo un''auto sportiva (il proprietario ci ha comunque detto che a breve saranno asfaltati anche questi pochi metri mancanti) Il mare della baia sottostante è molto bello, una grande spiaggia di sabbia poco affollata e la favolosa passeggiata alle baie di Bruzzi che meritano assolutamente di essere visitate!! Per chi come me che corre a piedi, è stato una piacevole sorpresa scoprire un itinerario spettacolare (Bruzzi) tutto immerso in un paradiso di macchia mediterranea con vista mozzafiato. Ultimo dettaglio che può esservi utile: la casa si trova a Pianottoli, che è secondo me un punto strategico per vedere una parte della Corsica molto affascinante. Sicuramente ritorneremo!"

Casa di costruzione recen...
Casa di costruzione recente e funzionale. Posizione incantevole e di totale tranquillità. Contesto di grande relax con spiagge nei dintorni davvero superlative. Almeno a luglio poco affollate. Tutti i servizi principali raggiungibili facilmente: necessario però disporre di auto.
