“La Nogalera” complex is the biggest complex in Torremolinos. It is situated in the heart of Torremolinos adjacent to the pedestrian square and street.
It has over one acre of private grounds and has 2 huge swimming pools (over 200 m²)and a retaurant for residents only.
It’s very central and close to shops, banks, post office, bars, discos, restaurants, supermarkets, and bus and train stations.
The complex is 5 minutes walk to the main beach front (paseo maritimo) with its restaurants, bars and the famous chiringuitos, 2,5 miles from Malaga airport, and 4 miles from Malaga city.
The apartment is located on the 10th floor and has both sea and mountain stunning views from its large balcony.

Good vacation

Super séjour !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L'appartement est hyper bien situé, dans le centre avec tous les restaurants, cafés et supermarché. La piscine est top, avec un petit bar pour se rafraichir. Nous étions deux adultes et 3 enfants entre 3 et 7 ans. La terrasse offre une vue splendide sur la mer et la montagne. Quel dépaysement, nous reviendrons !

Urlaub mit Familie

Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum, eine Minute Fußweg vom Bahnhof Torremolinos entfernt (einfache Möglichkeit zum Flughafen oder nach Málaga zu gelangen). Es gibt dort direkt Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Nicht weit gibt es auch einen Spielplatz. Zum Strand gibt es einen Weg über Treppen, den man in unter 10 Minuten erreichen kann.

My self and my two cousins stayed in this appartment for two weeks ,the appartment was exactly as advertised spotless clean very well equipped views were amazing lovely balcony ,Ridha was very good to communicate with he showed us around the app and the pool area which was excellent lovely pool bar and restaurant we will definitely go back again thanks Ridha for a lovely holiday in your appartment

Ça fait la 5ième année de suite que nous choississons les appartements de M. Bouzaiane. Je pense que ça parle en soi. Nous n'hésitons pas à recommander cette adresse. Seul point manquant à l'évaluation pour obtenir la note parfaite: la pression de la douche au 10ième étage.

Superbe !

C'est notre troisième séjour dans cet appartement et nous planifions y retourner l'année prochaine. C'est déjà tout dire sur notre très haut degré de satisfaction et le plaisir que nous avons d'y séjourner. L'appartement est très bien situé, spacieux, bien équipé et avec une vue superbe sur la mer et les montagnes. Déjà bien meublé et décoré avec goût, le propriétaire y apporte quand même des améliorations chaque année. Ridha a toujours fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité et s'assure que tout se passe bien. Séjour très agréable

Appartement très bien situé en centre ville, bien équipé avec une très belle vue. Propriétaire prévenant et discret. Les seuls inconvénients sont l'heure d'ouverture tardive de la piscine (à 11 heures) et les travaux qui étaient effectués aux abords de cette piscine ( bruit et poussière).

Comme à la maison!

Ma famille et moi avons passé 10 jours au mois d'août dans cet appartement très confortable et décoré avec goût, il dispose de tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour avec une superbe terrasse une vue imprenable sur la mer et la montagne.La résidence se trouve au centre de Torremolinos et à cinq minutes de la plage idéalement situé. Mr Ridha a été aux petits soins avec nous. Au final, un séjour très agréable, reposant, ensoleillé... Merci encore à Mr Ridha BOUZAIANE pour son accueil et ses bonnes adresses.

2ème séjour parfait

Nous sommes revenus pour une 2ème année consécutive dans le même appartement pour 3 semaines et nous avons été très ravis. L'appartement était toujours aussi propre et très bien équipée. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine et la plage à quelques mètres. Rhida comme toujours, a été un hôte très accueillant, arrangeant et efficace! Un spot parfait pour tout le monde, je le recommande fortement.

Emplacement parfait, hôte extrêmement serviable

Nous avons passé 10 jours en juillet 2016 dans ce condo, ma femme et moi ainsi que nos deux enfants de 3 et 5 ans. La vue du balcon était extraordinaire, c'était un plaisir de prendre nos repas sur celui-ci. Situé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et à quelques pas de commerces, épiceries et restaurants, il est parfaitement situé. Si vous ne voulez pas visiter les villes aux alentours, pas besoin de louer une voiture. Nous l'avons fait parce nous voulions visiter quelques villes (Grenade, Ronda et Nerja sont notamment à 1h30 de route). Il y a un parking public souterrain à proximité, très sécuritaire. Le propriétaire Rhida a été d'une gentillesse! Il nous a fait découvrir le quartier à notre arrivée, en marchant une trentaine de minutes pour nous montrer les bonnes adresses! Pour les enfants, il y a un parc avec jeux et balançoires littéralement à la sortie du condo. Une piscine pour les enfants (qui ont adoré) et deux pour les adultes, À conseiller fortement, que vous soyez une jeune famille, un couple, ou seul!

Super vakantie

Recent zijn wij 17 dagen in dit appartement verbleven. Het is ruim opgezet en gezellig aangekleed. Prachtig uitzicht over Carihuela en de zee. Bij aankomst troffen wij een super schoon gemaakt appartement aan. In de koelkast een fles water, cola en blikjes bier. Op het aanrecht een fles rode wijn. Een warm welkom door de verhuurder. De bedden zijn hard hetgeen voor ons comfortabel is. Het complex is zeer centraal gelegen. Ook het treinstation ligt op een steenworp afstand. Een bezoek aan Malaga mag zeker niet ontbreken. Tuurlijk zijn er wat kleine dingetjes; in de ochtend laden en lossen was gehorig, airco heeft moeite om het gele apprtement te koelen. Met name de slaapkamer. Je moet douchen in bad en dat is wat krap als je wat langer / breder gebouwd bent. Wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad en zouden in de toekomst nog graag een keer terugkeren.
