We use the top cleaning company in Stowe. They are great!
- All laundry (bed linens, towels etc) will be sent out to the laundromat after each rental to take advantage of their sterilization process
- All bedspreads/duvet covers will also be sent out for laundromat cleaning after each rental

** $40,000+ in upgrades during last 3 years, including repainting the kitchen, downstairs bathroom, downstairs bedroom, dining room, living room, upper hallway, & stairwell. All woodwork in the unit redone to white color.
- Mini split AC wall units added to the family room and downstairs bedroom in 2021
- All carpeting in unit replaced in late 2021
- Also a complete remodel of downstairs bathroom, all new flooring in the downstairs dining room, family room & hallway and new drapes in living room!

Meadowview @ Stonybrook-- Our spacious vacation condominium is centrally located in the prestigious 160 acre Stonybrook Resort, just minutes away from all that Stowe has to offer. The views from the back deck are sensational and the absolute best view in all of Stonybrook.

The Stonybrook resort has a thoughtful balance of recreational facilities, cross country and snowshoe trails, and elegant vacation homes surrounded by meadows, trees and ponds.

Be sure to watch the video of our vacation home and the Stonybrook Resort. The video is included in the pictures section of this listing. Many upgrades have made since the video was filmed about 5 years ago including new flooring in the family room/dining room/hallway, flat screen TV in upstairs bedroom, remodeled downstairs bathroom, new furniture in downstairs bedroom and sleigh bed moved upstairs. All the newest updates are shown in the vrbo pictures. Note- the hot tub in the video has been removed from the Stonybrook Clubhouse and a small gym has replaced the hot tub.

While staying here, take advantage of Stonybrook's excellent amenities such as: sauna and ping pong table in the Stonybrook clubhouse; six tennis courts; two outdoor heated pools for summer use (Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend); 14 kilometers of X country ski trails throughout the naturally beautiful grounds; and several ponds for fishing or ice skating.

You will vacation comfortably in our smoke-free vacation home, where you will find new appliances, flooring, draperies, cabinets and countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. We have a large screen wall mounted HDTV which you can watch from the new comfortable sofa and loveseat in the living room.

If you want to 'unplug' and enjoy some old fashioned family time, we also have plenty of board games for the family.

Besides enjoying the incredible view of the Stonybrook Meadow and Mount Mansfield, you will also enjoy warming up by our unique stone fireplace (see pictures and video) with wood provided by Stonybrook at no extra cost.

Great location; nice property

The condo had gorgeous views as advertised. I enjoyed drinking my coffee from the provided Keurig coffee maker every morning while looking out over the meadow at the mountain. We took advantage of many amenities — we utilized two of the bicycles on the back deck on the recreation path. We also walked along the path during our stay. It’s located at the front of the condo complex and has easy access to the ice cream shop and a few different restaurants in one direction and gorgeous views in the other. The pools were not busy and we even got in a swim between rainy days. The location can’t be beat. It’s super close to the village, Ben & Jerry’s Factory, Cold Hollow Cider Mill, and the Green Mountain Byway. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was helpful that the upstairs Jack & Jill bathroom had a separate toilet/bath with door from the dressing room that had two sinks since our family of four was sharing it. Our elderly mother/mother-in-law was very comfortable in the downstairs bedroom and bath. Brian was super responsive to text messages when we had questions. We hope to return!

Celebration weekend

A wonderful space to celebrate our UVM graduate with family!! A beautiful location, wonderful dinner spots close by, we enjoyed downtown Stowe and the Stowe rec path made for a great running route. . The condo was perfect and the views were spectacular.

Great place

Great property with lots of room and things to do locally. Our grandkids loved playing in the open areas and we enjoyed a cozy place to stay. Our prime reason for the visit was to see the total eclipse and it did not disappoint. Hope we have a reason to stay again in the future.

Great Family Vacation

Our family stayed at this property for 5 nights in February during the school break. 2 adults and 2 teenagers - all had a great experience. The unit was clean, perfect size, great location to Stowe mountain and to the town. The owner was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Great ski long weekend stay!

We had a great long weekend stay for President’s Day. This property was exactly as described and a great stay for our two families. The owner checked in to make sure we were all good, and we were. We had dumping snow for four straight days and the community did an excellent job with plowing. We would definitely stay again!

Great location for getting around Stowe.

Loved the Fall foliage view from the back porch. Some of the prettiest foliage was in the neighborhood around the duplex. Appreciated the Host letting us use their bikes on the Stow Recreation Trail. Very convenient and saved us some $$ in bike rental. Close to the "back roads" so you can avoid the traffic jam in downtown Stowe. Walking distance to many good restaurants via the Stowe Recreation Trail.

Wonderful location

Very comfortable condo both inside & out! Location was right by the Stowe recreation path which was a lovely walk in the woods. Located between downtown Stowe and right by Mountain Rd. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the Mountain View. Very nicely furnished and even though we did not cook a lot the condo had everything we needed.

What a view!

Great Stowe Location

We had nice stay. Location and views to Stowe/Mt. Mansfield are the highlight of this townhome. The owner communicates very well throughout the entire process. Would stay again.

Stonybrook Ski Trip

We had the best week at stonybrook! Brian was very communicative and helpful. We spent most of our time at the mountain or playing games around the dining table- it was such a great spot for our group to reunite and hang all together. The views were excellent and the fireplace was amazing. The beds were comfortable and had the softest sheets. We couldn’t have asked for a better week! Thank you to Brian for letting us stay!

Cozy and Comfortable

We visited during peak leaf season and this condo was the perfect place to stay—the views were amazing. The condo is walking distance to the rec path and many restaurants and only a short drive to downtown shops. Having bikes and a washer and dryer available were nice perks.

Amazing!

This is my second time at this property and the homeowners were more than accommodating when our return flight back to WY was changed. The location is great and the views are amazing. The walking path is nearby and the condo complex is very peaceful. Everything you could need is provided. The kitchen is very well stocked as well as the bathrooms. If I am ever fortunate to visit the east coast again; I definitely will be staying there again.

Wonderful stay in a quiet condo in VT

My group of friends had a very enjoyable time in this condo. It is tucked away at the end of a row of similar condos, and everything about the area is quiet and peaceful. All the amenities were as described in the listing. This made a great "home base" for our adventures in VT. One member of our group expressed interest in coming back to the same listing with his family next year. The property manager sent text messages before our arrival, and that was just perfect for the info we needed.

Peaceful and relaxing

We enjoyed our vacation at Stonybrook very much. The view is spectacular, the convenience to restaurants, the mountains and the recreation path is great. The unit was very comfortable for our family, including a toddler. Realizing that the weekend was going to be warm, Brian contacted us to let us know about the 2 remotes for the minisplit AC in the livingroom and downstairs bedroom, which kept the first floor very comfortable. There were bikes at the unit, that we used for our ride on the recreation path, which made it convenient for our entire family to go bike riding together. Great memories!

My wife and I live in NH with our college aged children, but Stowe has become our "home away from home".

Why they chose this property

After over a 10 years of traveling all throughout New England for business, I thought Stowe was the most unique town in the northeast region. It is the quintessential Norman Rockwell type town with more character and charm than any other town in New England. We really liked the fact that all the shops, restaurants and hotels were unique to Stowe with no franchises in the entire town. When we looked at various properties in Stowe, Stonybrook Resort really stood out from everything else based on the amenities the Resort has to offer (pool, tennis courts, sauna, X Country trails etc.) and it best of all it was perfectly located between the Stowe ski mountain and Stowe Village. We wanted to be close to the ski mountain, but not be far from the restaurants and village. Stonybrook is the perfect location for us because it is right in the middle of everything. What sold us on our particular unit was the view. There is no better view in Stonybrook than the "front meadow view'" from our back deck and all the rear facing windows. We still are in awe of Stowe & our amazing view after 22+ years of Stonybrook ownership!

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the proximity we have from our Stonybrook unit to all that Stowe has to offer. Stonybrook is located adjacent to the well known Stowe Rec Path & right near the intersection of Mountain Rd and Luce Hill Rd. Our kids can ride their bikes from our unit right to a private Rec Path entrance located in Stonybrook. Most of the town's 50 or so restaurants are within 2 or 3 miles of our doorstep. We can get to the town or the ski mountain in just a few minutes. We are located just off Mountain Rd right near Piecasso, Stowe Country Club, the Stowe Farmers Market and Stoweflake. The Von Trapp Lodge is on the same road as Stonybrook (Luce Hill Rd) & a great place to go for their outdoor summer concerts!
