House " payesa " typical of Ibiza. It's surrounded by fruit trees. It has three annexes does make it possible to stay up to 15 people. It has a very nice outdoor area with a poolside kitchen, dining area and an outside toilet. It also has jacuzzi and barbecue. Located in the countryside but very convenient for all parts of the island to enjoy the landscape and their beautiful beaches. The known Bar-Art Gallery " Can Tixedo" and "La Granja" are near.

Family Getaway
Amazing place, the host and her assistants are working derful. You will need a car as a little put of town but worth it. Spacious, so wo derfully equiped. You will need nothing but your food and bathers. Thank you Catalina and family was amazing. xx

Absoluut fantastisch
Met reisorganisatie Lopus-wandelreizen.nl met een groep gewandeld. Huis ligt centraal en alles is op korte afstand bereikbaar. Veel ruimte voor een grote groep . Veel verschillende terrasjes en buiten- en binnen keuken. Zeer stijlvol ingericht en authentieke bouw. De familie die het huis beheert zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Har hyrt villor ca 15ggr på Ibiza och denna är kanske den bästa av dem alla. Mycket bättre än bilderna. Fantastisk pool och bubbelpool, egen bar med ölkran, grannar är långt bort så man kan spela musik utan att störa. Hela villan är topp renoverad. Kommer boka igen

Paradijselijk verblijf
Negeer vooral de foto's, want dit huis overtreft in het echt alle verwachtingen! De verhuurders zijn zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. De bar bij het zwembad met biertap was een onverwacht extra waar we vele mooie avonden hebben beleefd. 2 kleine nadelen: de bedden zijn wat kort voor onze lange mannen en er loopt een weg langs het huis, waar je weinig last van hebt. Verder is dit het eerste huis in 15 jaar Ibiza-vakanties waar we graag nog eens komen!

Casa increíble para vacaciones en familia

Traumhafter Urlaub!
Ein absolut traumhaftes Domizil mitten auf Ibiza. Dieses Ferienhaus lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Auf einem großzügig geschnittenen Grundstück findet man mehrere Sonnenterrassen, einen Aussenkamin/Grill, einen großen Pool mit Whirlpool, eine Bar mit Zapfanlage, 2 großen Getränkekühlschränken und toller Musikanlage. Auch die Aussenküche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich zum kochen wünscht. Auch dort findet man Getränkekühlschränke sowie zusätzlich einen Geschirrspüler. Alle Zimmer sind toll geschnitten und das Haus sprüht vor mediterranem Flair. Selbst Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vor Ort. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde hier etwas einzigartiges geschaffen! Täglich war ein freundlicher Angestellter vor Ort, um die Aussenflächen zu pflegen und zu reinigen und den Müll zu entsorgen. Toller Service! Nicht zuletzt sollen hier die Vermieter des Hauses erwähnt werden. Sie haben uns so freundlich empfangen, dass wir uns sofort wohlfühlten. Sie waren für uns jederzeit erreichbar, falls Fragen auftraten. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit und bedanken uns von ganzem Herzen bei unseren Vermietern! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

What a lovely place and even better hosts.
A little gem in the middle of Ibiza. We have been going to ibiza for years and this was a great little find. Firstly it is such good value for money. Spacious place with a lovely homely feel. The outside space is brilliant for a group, especially the bar by the pool. Great hub, with beer on tap! The house is so well equipped, it has literally everything you could need. It feels like you have just moved into a lived in home, every little thing thought through. Very farmlike, chickens and a horse included which brought endless entertainment to our children. The pool is lovely with a running water feature and the jacuzzi popular with adults and kids. The hosts are fantastic, cannot do enough for you and a special mention to the lovely gardener who came daily and cleaned and tidied the grounds and even put together a bunch of flowers for my daughter on her birthday. All round perfect stay.

Great people and place to stay
Everything was great. There were excellent additions to the property that weren’t listed. Great layout for our family to spread out. Many places to chill out. A really nice property well maintained. Catalina and Vicent are nice hosts. Communication was a little problematic but that was mostly due to my phone service and the signal in Ibiza, but our hosts and their team did everything to ensure our stay was perfect. Attentive to any issues and our needs.

Nous avons passé 6 jours dans la villa de Catalina et son mari. Leur accueil a été très chaleureux et leur maison est parfaite pour accueillir un grand groupe. Nous avons spécialement apprécié le bar extérieur avec sa tireuse, la cuisine extérieure, les chambres spacieuses avec une salle de bain chacune et WC, et le jardinier, toujours serviable. Nous reviendrons!

Eine wunderbare Location!
Mitte April habe ich mit einer Truppe von Freunden eine Woche im „Can Joan d'en Beia" verbracht um meinen Geburtstag zu feiern – es war ein wirklich ganz toller Aufenthalt! 13 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder, alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die schöne alte Finca ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail sehr authentisch und rustikal, aber trotzdem modern hergerichtet und ausgebaut. Das ganze Anwesen ist super gepflegt und ausgestattet, es mangelt an nichts. Es gibt 2 bestens bestückte Küchen, große Kühlschränke, und sowohl große Tische, wenn alle zusammen sitzen wollen als auch nette Rückzugsplätzchen. Im großzügigen Poolbereich gibt es genügend Liegen mit Auflagen, sogar eine Bar mit Musik- und Zapfenlage steht zur Verfügung. Wirklich großartig, mit schattigen und sonnigen Plätzen. Auch die Blicke aus den Fenstern in die wunderschöne Landschaft mit Hügeln und Zitronenhainen sind großartig. Perfekt zum Relaxen und gemeinsamen Kochen und Zusammensein. Für Kleinkinder gibt es viel zu entdecken und: der Zugang zum Poolbereich lässt sich durch ein Türchen verschliessen. Alle Schlafzimmer haben ihr eigenes Badezimmer und gute Aircon. Alle Gäste waren mit der Qualität der Betten & Matratzen absolut zufrieden. An jedem Vormittag kommt ein netter Caretaker vorbei, der sich um den Pool u.a. kümmert. Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr liebenswert und immer ansprechbar, die Kommunikation prima. Man merkt, sie lieben ihre Finca! Alles in allem: Grandios! Keiner wollte wieder nach Hause ;-) Muchas Gracias!

Stielvolles Anwesen mit viel Platz
Ein sehr authentisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Anwesen mit viel Platz. Frei gelegen zwischen Feldern und Plantagen mit einem grosszügigen Grundstück und einem schönen Pool unter alten Bäumen und liebevoll angelegter Gartenanlage. Das Haus bietet so viel, dass man gar nicht mehr an den Strand zu fahren braucht : ) Der Pool, die Bar am Pool mit Karaoke und Bierzapfanlage. Die super ausgestattete Aussenküche mit Pizzaofen und noch ein Kamin zum Grillen über offenem Feuer.... für Leute, die gerne Kochen ein Eldorado. Alles ist super ausgestattet und durchdacht und die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Wir können es sehr empfehlen ! Birthday celebration
Went for 2 weeks. First week friends, second week with couples. Stunning property. All mod cons, fridges in abundance. Lots of kitchen appliances. Catalina and Vincent very attentive hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Contact with them was excellent and they were very helpful. The first group did not hire car so we used a taxi firm with a minibus for all 10 of us - recommended by Catalina. The second group hired cars so we explored more. The farmhouse is about 8 km out of St Antonio up in the hills. Ibiza was very green and hilly. Mercadona and Lidl about 6 km away. Very remote get away from it all place and had the best time there. One thing to note take antihistamine s and bug spray. We were mercilessly eaten as the area is wooded and bugs abound. I would go again in a heartbeat. The pool was deep and very welcome. Great sound system and a brilliant time was had by all.

Een fijn huis met alles er op en aan. Sfeervol en prima onderhouden. Ook de buitenkeuken is erg handig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ligging zwembad is mooi en kindvriendelijk. Zeer gastvrije eigenaren die graag een praatje maken. Wij familie 6 volwassenen en 4 kinderen hebben een super vakantie gehad.

Een ruime, nette en authentieke vakantiewoning, voorzien van alle comfort. We vonden het met 3 families heel handig dat iedereen een eigen badkamer had. De keuken is volledig uitgerust. De buitenkeuken is een leuke extra. Zwembad en ruimte errond: top! Alles superproper. De eigenaars zijn hele lieve mensen, die zeer toegankelijk zijn en graag een babbeltje slaan. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!
