Very plaisant place for summer holidays

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la maison ancienne. Elle ne conviendra pas avec des enfants en bas âge mais parfaite avec 2 ados. Ma piscine est top. Environnement très calme, rando possible autour du hameau. Parfait pour rayonner aux alentours de Sienne.

Zauberhafte Villa

Unser Aufenthalt in der bezaubernden Villa von Lorenzo und Elisabetta war wirklich ganz wundervoll. Im Haus fühlt man sich wie in einem Museum - ein echt toskanisches Juwel, alles ganz urig und wie zu Uromas Zeiten. Alles war ganz blitzblank sauber und pikobello - und Küche und Bad wurden natürlich mit moderner Einrichtung ausgestattet. Das Wlan und also das Internet funktionierte bestens, Telefonempfang hatten wir tatsächlich selten in der Region - aber wir waren ja schließlich auch im Urlaub. Also wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können das tolle Haus in der Toskana auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Umgebung zum erholen und runterfahren aus dem Geschäftsalltag genau das richtige

Das Objekt liegt inmitten der Hochebene von Sovicile zwischen Florenz und Siena. Das Haus selbst stimmt mit der Beschreibung überein. Nur der genannte Fernseher ist nicht wie beschrieben vorhanden. Etwas ausbaufähig ist das W LAN dieses ist mehr schlecht als recht. Sehr schöner Pool. Der Gastgeber Lorenzo sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen für Menschen mit wenig Ansprüchen.

très jolie maison avec un très bon emplacement sans vis à vis au niveau de la piscine. Proche de Sienne et à 20mn des commerces (colle d'ELSA) accueil agréable et propriétaire toujours à l'écoute. Nous recommandons totalement cette location

Site au calme

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement de la location dans un hameau au calme. La location était conforme à l’annonce avec une piscine qui est réservé exclusivement aux locataires du gîte. La communication avec le propriétaire a été très facile et agréable

A jewel in Simignano

Absolutely loved our stay. The swimming pool area is amazing and we spent most of our afternoons there. The house has lots of character and more than enough space for us and the kids. The owners are really lovely people. I can definitely recommend staying here.

Très agréables vacances

Vieille demeure toscane : rustique mais idéale pour 2 couples d'amis (entrées séparées, chacun sa salle d'eau, bonne literie). Bel espace piscine avec sa terrasse ombragée pour déjeuner et dîner. Une immersion au cœur du village (passage du troupeau de brebis chaque soir😊). De très bonnes vacances. Merci Lorenzo et Elisabetta !

Un séjour reposant

Une vieille maison agréable dans un petit village à l écart de l agitation des villes. La fraîcheur intérieure était la bienvenue par rapport aux 31° extérieurs, la piscine est un réel plus! Le but était de se reposer : objectif rempli à 100%.

Un calme absolu loin de tout avec une vraie piscine

Des propriétaires vraiment accueillant et gentils dans un bourg soit un peu loin de tout (10 kms pour les courses) mais d'un calme où seuls les oiseaux chantent. De bonnes conditions de logement, une maison un peu biscornue mais très agréable à vivre. Peu ou pas de circulation sur la route qui passe à côté du bourg, mais qui est un circuit de randonnée vélo pour ceux et celles qui aiment. Piscine grande, sans vis à vis, bien entretenue, conforme à la photo et nous n'avons pas eu à déplorer la présence de moustique (cela doit dépendre des années). Si on aime la campagne on pourra aller faire une petite balade et donner quelques pommes aux cochons qui sont élevés en pleine nature (pas de nuisance bruit ou odeurs, race petite), parfois ils passent libres dans la rue et rentrent dans leur champs. La vraie campagne, des chiens très gentils, des chats voyageurs.. . Les gens du bourg sont accueillant et discutent facilement même si la langue n'est pas maitrisée. On a vu des aigles voler et des biches dans les champs. Sienne et l'autoroute A1 ne sont pas loin (20 kms environ) et on se replonge dans le bruit de la ville. Nous aurions aimé y rester un peu plus (5 au 16 aout 2017 Béatrice et Jean-Marie)

Jolie maison, très typiqu...

Jolie maison, très typique... Endroit hyper calme! Propriétaires super gentils et très discrets.Endroit bien tenu, propre, linge de maison en grande quantité et super propre. Les magasins sont un peu loin, mais pas inaccessibles ( voiture obligatoire ). Non loin des villes à visiter comme: Sienne, Florence, Pise, etc... Entourés de réserves naturelles, des rencontres assez inattendues lors de promenades ( Biches, fennec...) Nous y sommes allés à 4 personnes parents et jeune couple d'enfants, chacun avait son intimité totale grâce à la disposition des pièces. petit bémol par rapport à l'annonce, il n'y a absolument pas de télévision, presque pas de couverture téléphonie mobile, par contre, bon wifi ce qui compense. Pour la cuisine, que les mères de famille soient prévenues, on peut tout cuisiner mais " à l'ancienne" Pas de micro ondes, pas de percolateur pour le café. Mais, on s'en passe très bien. Si vous faites une phobie aux insectes volants, rampants... et aux lézards, soyez prévenus! une réserve naturelle, reste une réserve naturelle! protégez vous contre les moustiques, ils sont assez voraces!! A signaler absolument, très petit village où l'on croise très rarement les quelques habitants! par contre, ils sont d'une honnêteté plutôt rare de nos jours! une sacoche avec papiers, cartes de crédit, argent liquide, clés du véhicule a un soir été oubliée sur le muret de la maison, jusqu'au lendemain 10:00 et rien n'a été dérobé!! à notre époque c'est un détail important!qui devait être mis à l'honneur. Aux alentours de très bons restaurants à prix plus qu'abordables vous proposent une cuisine locale de grande qualité. Bref, agréable semaine reposante et très dépaysante pour les citadins que nous sommes.

"Maison rustique mais très agréable à vivre. Propriétaires très gentils et la maison est très bien entretenue. La cuisine est petite ce qui n''est pas un problème l''été. Cadre très agréable: silence, vue. La location est l''écart des routes touristiques, la voiture est absolument nécessaire. "

"Grande maison de caractè...

"Grande maison de caractère sur 3 niveaux située dans un hameau perdu de la campagne siennoise. Parfaite si l''on aime la tranquillité, le silence et la typicité des environs de Sienne. Beaucoup de cachet : pierres de taille, lierre qui couvre la façade, bibelots et mobilier anciens. 2 vastes chambres avec SDB attenante. Possibilité de prendre tous les repas à l''extérieur et notamment au bord de la piscine. Bref un endroit de rêve pour peu que l''on ne rechigne pas à prendre sa voiture pour aller faire ses courses et visiter toutes les richesses avoisinantes."
