Guests must register at the office unless it is after hours in which you will register at the Guard House. Unit 175 is clean and comfortable. It offers a 35' concrete dock with custom padded aluminum dock posts and swim ladder. Outdoor shower for rinsing off located on dock. Accessible ramp leads to screened patio and front door. Livingroom offers sofa bed and recliner. Bedroom offers king size bed. Kitchen offers full line appliances and four person dining table. Amenities include wi-fi, electric BBQ grill, washer/dryer, two bikes, two kayaks, beach chairs and bait freezer available for use. No Pets, No Smoking. Please note that Venture Out charges a one-time resort amenity fee upon check-in totaling $113.00. However this fee will be raised on July 1 to $125.00. The overflow parking fee for boat trailers is $5.00 for under 20 ft. and $10.00 of over 20 ft. per day. Due to the increase in overflow parking and the lack of space in Venture Out, several businesses are offering storage for boat trailers. Great place to chill

Always a pleasure staying in venture out. We've stayed at multiple properties over the years, but never the same one twice because something was always missing. This one was it, and we've already booked for next year.

Lynn was an excellent host. Very quick to respond to any questions you may have. The check in process with the resort leaves a lot to be desired. Security is not friendly nor very helpful. The neighbors we interacted with were very friendly.

House on canal

Other than the mile hike to front door, jk ( wheel chair ramp) the place was great. Plenty of room for docking my boat, clean with all the amenities. I would stay here again. Outdoor space is great on balcony and canal side. Its nice to be able to flush the boat engine after a day out and spray salt off as well. Thank you for the use of your home.

Annual vacation

This is our third time staying in this property and it never disappoints.. we absolutely love cudjoey key have been going since 2015 and have always stayed in venture out everyone is amazing we always have the best time. Thank you we will see you again in 2024

The property was nice and will be back. The only concern was the ghost ants that were getting into our food. I kept the counters clean but it didn’t keep them away. Everything else was nice.

Great location for exploring!

The location was perfect. We had a couple diving trips scheduled, a boat charter then 2 Beach days at Bahia Honda. Didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to where we needed to be. Looks like some places at Venture Out you can have a boat...so good for boat folks. The security staff were kind and helpful. We made use of the pool in the evening to relax after all the adventures. GORGEOUS sunrises from where the community store is. My only warning is to remember this isn't some fancy home. It is a bit outdated but that being said everything worked and we slept well at night! We would stay again!

Weekend in paradise

Very clean

It was very clean! Peaceful, quiet for morning coffee and evening relaxation! Close to Key West but out of the hustle of the city! Our stay is out of the high season so there weren’t as people and we certainly enjoyed our stay!

Loved our stay!

Truly enjoyed our stay. Place was very clean, bed was comfy, and had great amenities, such as bikes, paddle boards, and kayaks. Neighborhood was nice, friendly and checking was super easy. Neighborhood has a community store, heated swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and pickle all courts. Such a fun area and also only a half hour to keywest. My only regret is I wish we had more time to spend here!
