Piccola ma funzionale
Siamo rimasti 3 settimane con la nostra neonata di 8 mesi, ci hanno poi raggiunto anche i nonni. La posizione è abbastanza comoda per esplorare le montagne e i boschi intorno e non solo. La casa è funzionale e dotata anche di lavastoviglie e lavatrice, anche se lo spazio non è tantissimo. C'è una fonte d'acqua in paese, il signor Augusto gentilissimo è stato molto disponibile e ci ha dato tanti consigli utili. utilli

Einfache Ferienwohnung in landschaftlich schöner Lage
Leider war in der Wohnung nur ein Tisch in der Küche vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer befand sich nur eine Schlafcouch.Weiter fehlte der angegebene TV. Kaffeemaschine,Kaffeelöffel sowie Weingläser waren nicht vorhanden. Die Toilette war so klein das ich nur schräg sitzen konnte. Die Terrasse war uneben und die Stühle sehr wackelig. Alles in Allem sehr bescheiden.

UNA VISTA FANTASTICA
Una casa per 4 persone ben organizzata. Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza bellissima per la visita di una famigliola di cinghiali: papà, mamma e 5 piccolini che tutti i giorni ci venivano a trovare al di là di una rete che non permetteva l'entrata in giardino, oltre a loro abbiamo visto una mamma capriolo con il suo cerbiattino. Se vogliamo trovare una piccola pecca il giardino un pochino scosceso dove era poco facile stare seduti a prendere il fresco. Il proprietario una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile. Esperienza nel complesso positiva.

Conforme en tout point
Nous avons passé une semaine excellente. Nous étions 5 (2 adultes et 3 enfants - de 3, 10 & 14 ans), il y avait tout le nécessaire à disposition [manquait juste un micro-onde, qui peut être utile avec les enfants mais pas obligatoire non plus, on arrive toujours à se débrouiller ;-) ]. Tout était impeccable et simple ! Parfait pour passer des vacances. Le cadre est idéal et reposant, les vues et paysages sont magnifiques. Les sangliers venaient se promener dans le jardin en journée, mais aussi la nuit (tout comme les cerfs). Les enfants ont adoré et ont pu découvrir des choses qu'ils ne voient pas habituellement par chez nous, sur la côte bretonne. Nous avons pu visiter plusieurs grandes villes comme Bologne, Florence, Pise et Venise sans trop de mal car la maison est idéalement située. Nous devions aller à Sienne mais nous avons manqué de temps... Les magasins ne sont pas trop dur à trouver non plus, il y a quelques grandes villes à côté qui disposent de grandes surfaces. Nous étions un peu "coupé du monde" car presque pas de téléphone (nous nous limitions car tarif vers l'international), pas d'internet (le drame pour les ados accros...) et c'est un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement. Bref, une maison que nous conseillons sans souci et son propriétaire est vraiment très sympathique !!!

confortevole appartamento in antica casa nel verde
veramente una bella sorpresa! L'alloggio, posto in zona panoramica, circondato dal verde e dotato di un delizioso giardino ( dal quale si possono vedere talvolta daini e cinghiali che si aggirano tranquillamente nei dintorni ), risulta molto confortevole e corrisponde alla descrizione fornita. Parte di una antica costruzione del posto, è stato ben ristrutturato ed ben tenuto. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile. La posizione permette immediate escursioni a piedi, o di raggiungere in macchina in 40 min. le piste da sci a 2000 m.

"La maison bénéficie d''un cadre naturel très agréable avec vue sur la montagne et une proximité de la forêt (les animaux qui y vivent n''hésitent à venir dans la partie inférieure du jardin, on peut voir les sangliers de très près !). La maison est propre avec un équipement (vaisselle, électroménager...) basique. Il est préférable d''avoir un véhicule au regard de l''isolement de la maison et d''aimer rouler sur les routes de montagne. Granaglione est un village vraiment charmant et idéal comme point de départ pour rayonner en Toscane et Emilie Romagne. Des randonnées sont aussi possible (sentiers très bien balisés) mais nous n''avons pas eu assez beau pour le Mont Cimone (le plus haut sommet du coin)!"

"Si vous recherchez l''isolement total, cette location est faite pour vous ! Par contre, si vous souhaitez profiter faire un peu de tourisme dans les villes alentours et que vous avez le courage de descendre rejoindre la route (au travers des chemins sinueux), c''est un peu fatiguant. D''autant plus que bien que les transports ferrovières ne soient pas très chers en Italie, ils sont en effectif supra-réduit durant l''été !!! Le choix de ballade s''en trouve donc très appauvri, à moins que vous ne passiez votre temps en voiture (bien moins commode pour se rendre dans les grandes villes) Nous sommes donc déçus de ces vacances, mais si la vie d''hermite vous tente... foncez !"

Tutto era come è descritt...
Tutto era come è descritto nel sito. Il rapporto con il proprietario e con i vicini è stato ottimo e tutti si sono dimostrati molto gentili e disponibili. Il paese è molto tranquillo, forse anche troppo, ma il panorama e la natura circostanti sono molto suggestivi.
