At the heart of the Valley of the Castles and on the wine route, 5 km away from Chenonceaux, spacious cottage, bright, all mod cons, at the 1st floor of a house with 2 entrances, 1 at the front for the ground floor and 1 at the back on the garden's side for the upper floor, access to the cottage separated, preserved privacy. Land with trees with garden furniture and sun loungers, cottage on the hillside at the exit of the village, calm and rest guaranteed. 800 m away from the banks of the Cher and from the medieval town of Montrichard with its dungeon, shows, restaurants, caterers, cinema, pharmacies, and all the commodities, but also the beach to swim, pedalo and boat trips on the Cher, pool, and plenty of animations. Visit of the castles of the Loire. Chenonceaux, Amboise and the Clos Luce of Leonardo da Vinci, Blois, Loches, Chaumont, Cheverry, Chambord, Valencay, Villandry, and others.

Gite idéalement situé à 10 min de Chenonceau, 20 min d Amboise, de Beauval, petite plage sur le Cher avec pélo, jeux enfants, piste vélo.. La déco du gîte est un peu surannée mais c est tout ce qui peut être reproché. Il est parfaitement propre, bien équipé, piscine nickel. Accueil sympathique. On recommande ++

Blissfully calm
We stayed at maybe the loveliest time of year, with loads of spring flowers and birdsong in the mornings. It would be a lovely place in the summer too because the garden is shady with beautiful mature trees. Communication with the owner was perfect, she called to check what time we would be arriving and arranged for us to be met on arrival. The house is well-equipped with everything you need to cook for a family and there were copious amounts of clean towels for us and the beds were made up and even though the nights were unseasonably cold we were very cosy. There was loads of hot water. The bedrooms got the sun in the morning and the living room in the evening. The setting is perfect, there are fields opposite to admire or walk around, great birdwatching opportunities, amazingly tranquil but really close to major tourist attractions like Chenonceau and Amboise; we also visited Zoo de Beauval. Loads of great restaurants in the area. We had such a relaxing stay here and were welcomed so kindly. Thank you so much for a lovely break.

Le logemet est trés bien équipé et la piscine est trés bien (confort et sécurité) De plus le logement est bien situé, au calme et proche de beaucoup de lieux à visiter. Nous avons passé une trés bonne semaine. Je recommande !

Guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Burgentour an der Loire.
Da wir im Inserat keine Hausnummer gefunden hatten, war es eine kleine Rätselaufgabe, das richtige Haus zu finden. Die nette Vermieterin wartete bereits am Haus. Die Einrichtung war schlicht aber ausreichend. Mit Händen und Handy hat sich dann auch die Kommunikation geklappt. Als verwöhnte Großstädter weckte das WLAN Erinnerungen an die alten Modem-Zeiten. Die Lage war ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung mit vielen Schlössern und ein Supermarkt 400 Meter ganz in der Nähe. Für die ganze Familie war es rundum ein schöner Urlaub.

Charmant séjour au calme
Une charmante maison proche nature, avec un jardin fleuri et très paisible, ainsi qu’un accès piscine pour une détente optimale. De nombreuses activités et visites à faire dans un rayon de 30 km, nos journées ont été bien rempli et le calme de nos soirées très appréciable avec de nombreux animaux sauvages à admirer dans le champs juste derrière. Nous reviendrons sans hésitations et nous vous recommandons cette location.

Geniale Ferienwoche in gut gelegener ruhiger Ferienwohnung mit Zugang zum benachbarten Swimmingpool. Trotz Dachwohnung blieb diese bei Hitze kühl.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment had everything we needed and was lovely and cool on the hottest days. The garden, secure storage for our bikes and access to the beautiful pool were great bonuses too. The accommodation was beautifully clean and Madame Renard was extremely friendly and very hospitable, our only regret was that our French language skills were not as they were before covid, so we were sorry that we could not converse well. A very relaxing and enjoyable stay in a great location

Pratique, bien placé et très propre
Appartement très bien équipé. Tout est prêt à l'arrivée (y compris les lits). Tout le matériel nécessaire est fourni (y compris les capsules lessive et lave vaisselle). Il est impeccable également côté propreté. Très bien situé pour visiter amboise, chambord Beauval.... Et il est au calme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce gîte, au calme à la campagne, idéalement situé pour la visite des Châteaux de La Loire et le Zoo de Beauval. Propriétaire très agréable et disponible. L'appartement est très bien équipé et convient pour une famille. Nombreux escaliers mais une barrière de sécurité pour enfants est à disposition. Nous recommandons ce lieu.
