THREE KING BEDROOMS! You will love our Newly remodeled home with over 1600 sq. ft. This perfect desert retreat is located in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. You can always feel confident that the unit is super CLEAN! Soak in some sun or cool off at the community POOL and HOT TUB! We provide the pool towels and pool noodles. Enjoy plenty of PARKING for your trailers. With a large dining table, everyone can gather around and talk about the day's adventures! There is also a generous sized gathering room, a huge and very well stocked group kitchen so you can have many cooks, a cozy gas fireplace, a FENCED YARD, and an oversized 2 car garage with Foosball and a new Air Hockey table for the kids (or adults)! Take in the beautiful views of Moab Rim on the oversized back patio, and enjoy stargazing around the cozy GAS FIRE PIT in the evenings. Just 12 minutes to Arches.

The community pool and hot tub are just a short walk away!!

The stay was more than expected, better than pictures, neighborhood was nice and convenient to Moab. We appreciated such a well thought out rental and appreciate the host for that. We would definitely look forward to a return stay in the future.

Moab family spring break

Great property, the house was well-laid out and everyone had plenty of space. The kitchen had a nice assortment of pots, pans, utensils and spices. The house is located a few minutes drive outside of town, which wasn't a big deal for us. We'd stay here again!

Perfect / Quiet space to relax and play

This was a perfect space for us and our two small dogs to get away from the busy town to relax and unwind with so many game options and private backyard perfect for a group of adults or with kids. The host was very responsive to any questions and decor made us feel like home. Thank you

Wonderful Moab Rental

Beautiful, well stocked rental property with an amazing outdoor area for gathering as well as plenty of games and entertainment in the garage. Bedrooms were perfectly dark and the beds were incredibly comfortable, I slept far better here than I do in my own bed! Anytime I had an inquiry on the property before our stay the owner responded almost immediately. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again!

Great location

We had a great stay. Close to town and convenient locations to visit all the parks. It would be nice if when we arrived and throughout the day the thermostat didn’t reset to such a high temp that then took hours to cool off.

Midwestern Families Jeep Vacation

Our group of 6 retired adults enjoyed our stay at this very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and roomy condo. It was very well stocked with items in the kitchen and throughout the condo. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were able to get 2 jeeps into the garage. There were a couple items that needed attention and the host, Michelle, had someone fix them within 24 hours. I would most definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

The house is in a very nice neighborhood. There are more games and equipment than anywhere I’ve stayed. The bedrooms are all a very nice size, with ample bedding and pillows. The kitchen is nice and roomy, and has everything you would need, and more. The dining area has a beautiful table that will accommodate 8 as well as seating at the bar. Comfortable den area with a gas fireplace that would be great in the winter. We loved the outdoor space with the fire pit. Again lots of seating and amenities out there. A very well appointed, cozy, comfortable home, with lots of extras.

Great house and great location

Great house and great location for kids. Easy trip to Arches and up the mountains. Lots of great amenities too. Grill and outdoor seating along with fun activities in the garage. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

Beautiful Home

Great Vacation House

This was my third time at this vacation house and as always it was neat and clean. We had five adults this trip and there was more than enough room for all of us. The place is very homey and comfortable and the garage is a great asset to keep our dirt bikes and riding gear secure while away. I will stay here again in the future.

We are a family of 5 from Park City, Utah. Our kids all grew up dirt biking so Moab was a natural place for us to go for long weekends until we ended up buying this unit. We love having a home we can share with people who also enjoy the beautiful landscape of Moab!

Why they chose this property

We discovered Moab in 2003, and in 2007 decided we decided to buy a place. We bought the unit before it was built and had several custom features put into it as it was being built, making it an even more comfortable and unique space. It is at the far end of the street away from the highway and has plenty of street parking for trailers for your toys!

What makes this property unique

No need to draw straws for the king bed because we have three of them! Each bedroom has a smart TV, storage and 2 of the bedrooms lead to a private back patio. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a new walk in shower. You will not be fighting over bathrooms with 2 1/2 bathrooms!

You will love coming back to our home after a long day of adventuring whether it's to relax on the huge back patio with the fire pit, or gather around the cozy gas fireplace in the living area. You can have many cooks in our large, well stocked kitchen cooking a great meal! Then have your whole group gather around the large dining table to talk about the day's adventures! Or you can sit out at the outdoor dining table and enjoy the beautiful views of Moab Rim and even some party lights! Bring your favorite BBQ chef to cook out on the grill!

You can pack lightly because there is a full size laundry room, equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets, along with plenty of pool towels for everyone!

Take the kiddos to cool off at the pool with the provided pool noodles. If you want to get out of the sun, go inside the clubhouse and relax and watch some TV!
