Une superbe propriété. Une maison ancienne avec un immense terrain (plusieurs hectares). Nous avons séjourné à 10 personnes (5 adultes et 5 enfants). La maison est très bien équipée : cuisine très fonctionnelle et agréable, machine à laver le linge neuve. La propriétaire et les personnes qui nous reçoivent sur place sont supers sympas et prévenants. On s'est senti comme chez nous et avons eu un séjour calme, paisible et mémorable en famille. Il y a même une boulangerie-patisserie-gelateria à 500 mètres de la maison.

Authentic Experience
We spent the week with a group of friends on this amazing property, located near Arona. The villa breathes history, and is surrounded by a green environment, watching out on the Maggiore lake. I am recommending this location 100% and would love to go back there some day. Thanks for hosting us, Valentina!

AMAZING PLACE
Very cosy house, very quite and clean. You feel like you are in the countryside but there is also a bakery and a ice cream shop 10 min walking. The land is amazing with a stunning view of the lake.

-une belle location avec vue magnifique sur le lac.
-Une vieille maison de charme équipée de vieux meubles avec -les contenus (livres, jouets et autre). -la cuisine, partiellement modernisée est assez équippée. -Un grand parasol sur la terrasse serait un grand plus. -Avec une piscine la maison serait un endroit idéal pour passer leurs vacances en famille. -malgré qu' on ne pourrait difficillement communiquer à cause de la langue, nous avons bien apprécié les interventions du gérant et son épouse. Aussi la flexibilité et la préoccupation de la propriétaire nous a fait plaisir .

Ich kann jedem nur abraten, dieses Haus zu buchen. Wir waren angereist, sind nach der Besichtigung aber sofort wieder abgereist. In jedem Zimmer ist regaleweise Altpapier gehortet, richtig Messie-mäßig. Mir als Hausstauballergiker ist sofort die Luft weggeblieben. Es ist alles völlig heruntergekommen und dreckig, und es gibt keinerlei Komfort, noch nicht mal eine Kaffemaschine oder einen Fernseher. Obwohl mir zugesagt wurde, dass ich das Geld zurückbekomme, warte ich immer noch auf über die Hälfte. Leider musste ich hier einen Stern vergeben, sonst funktioniert das nicht, aber in Wirklichkeit wäre es minus 4 Sterne. Hier noch mal in englisch, damit es alle verstehen und gewarnt sind: This house is a nightmare. In every room there is lots of old paper, and everything is dirty and just stuffed with garbage. I am allergic against dust and I barely could not breathe. After seeing the interior, we immediately left and booked a different house. They promised to return the money to me, but I received less than half of the money. If you want to enjoy your vacation, do not book this house. I needed to give one star (no star was not possible), but in fact this should be minus 4.

Maison atypique remplie de souvenirs familiaux . Excellemment située pour visiter les lacs, Milan, Côme, le circuit de Monza. Certaines literies demanderai à être rénovées .

Excellent stay!
We really enjoyed it! The place is great! We loved the tennis court, bbq, table tennis, and the silence at night! Fantastic view! The beds are a little on the old side but nothing too serious.

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cette maison exceptionnelle, pleine de souvenirs de la famille qui l'a occupée. Idéalement située à proximité des lieux de baignade et des noeuds routiers, elle est une parfaite base arrière pour visiter la région autant qu'un havre pour de longues journées de repos dans le vaste parc qu'elle occupe. Un lieu formidable.

"La maison est très spaci...
"La maison est très spacieuse et bien équipée, chargée d''histoire avec de nombreuses bibliothèques, idéale pour 2 familles qui passent leurs vacances ensemble comme nous. Le terrain est immense et a fait le bonheur des 6 enfants qui ont couru, fait du vélo (avec ceux qui se trouvaient sur place) et joué au tennis (la chienne aussi s''est beaucoup plu là). On a une belle vue sur le lac Majeur de la terrasse. Le lac et ses îles sont particulièrement beaux. De là, on peut aussi aller au lac d''Orta, charmant, à celui de Côme ou encore au Mont Rose. Magnifique propriété, très bien située, nous la recommandons vivement."

"Die in der Mitte eines riesigen Grundstücks gelegene Villa hat ihren "flair". Wir haben sehr schöne und gemütliche zwei Wochen hauptsächlich am Haus verbracht mit Blick auf See und Berge. Sowohl eine Bäckerei als auch eine Eisdiele mit jeweils feinen Spezialitäten sind mit einem fünfminütigen Spaziergang erreichbar; ähnlich nahe in entgegengesetzter Richtung beginnt ein Naturschutzgebiet mit schönen Wanderwegen. Lohnende Ziele wie Mailand sind mit dem PKW gut erreichbar."
