The house in in a little turistic village called Geremeas II (about 120 houses), 15 km from Villasimius (a big turistic area) and 25 km from Cagliari (the main city of Sardinia island).
It is an indipendent house of abuot 60 sqm (all at the ground floor), with living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (4/6 places), garden with barbecue, parking. 300 meters from the house there is a wonderful sand beach. Bed linen, and towels are incluse. The prices are all inclusive

villetta con giardino vicino al mare

La casa era comoda, dotata di tutto il necessario. La cucina forse è un po' troppo piccola per lavorarci e andrebbero rivisti gli spazi. Il caldo eccessivo non ci ha fatto apprezzare i due giardinetti, dotati di sdraio e doccia. Se posso fare un'osservazione, la casa nell'annuncio è indicata nella mappa in zona Kal'e Moru, mentre in realtà si trova a Geremeas 2, dalla parte opposta della spiaggia. Purtroppo questo l'abbiamo scoperto solo dopo la prenotazione, andando sul posto. Sarebbe da "correggere" la mappa...

Das Haus ist von einem schönen gepflegten Garten umgeben. Die Küche war klein,aber es war alles vorhanden, allerdings könnten die Pfannen erneuert werden. Ein weiteres Manko war das Doppelbett,welches bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung knarrt,aber Marry hat uns gesagt, das es ausgetauscht werden soll.Auch befinden sich unserer Meinung nach zu viele private Sachen im Haus...manche stört es,manche nicht.Trotzdem haben wir die Zeit genossen.

Sejour très agréable

La maison est charmante et bien agencée. La terrasse extérieure est très agréable et nous y avons passé tout notre temps. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Excellent séjour.

Ferien am Meer - Haus in Strandnähe

Das Haus entspricht dem Online-Inserat. Mary ist unkompliziert und beantwortet rasch allfällige Fragen. Unser Late-Night Check-In klappte super. Haus passend für 4 Personen. Wir haben die Veranda und die Aussendusche sehr genossen. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist gepflegt. Wir haben den 5 - 10 min. Spaziergang durch das Wäldchen zum nahegelegenen Strand genossen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wonderful hosts & beautiful house

We stayed at Mary’s house for 5 days in August 2022. The house is really well maintained, clean, hosts a beautiful garden with thick grass and all amenities you may need (even an a outdoor shower!). We cook a lot and the kitchen was super equipped for anything we may need. The kitchen does not have a dish washer, but that did not bother us at all. Mary and Mauro, her husband, are really communicative and will respond to messages quickly with the right information. Many beautiful destinations of the south are only 20/30 mins away by car, some even less.. Overall - highly recommended.

Schönes, kleines Haus an wunderschönem Strand

Perfekter Strand fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr gepflegter Außenbereich mit Sitzgelegenheit und Außendusche mit Warmwasser. Haus sehr sauber aber einfach eingerichtet. Betten nicht sehr komfortabel. Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für eine Woche Sardinien eine guter Ausgangspunkt. Cagliari Zentrum in 40 Min zu erreichen. Mietwagen unbedingt erforderlich.

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus in Strandnähe sehr genossen. Hervorragend ist die Möglichkeit eine Dusche außerhalb des Hauses also im Garten zu nehmen. In dem Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden, ausser Geschirrspüler, was einem die Selbstversorgung ermöglicht.

Super nette Gastgeberin

Check in sehr unkompliziert obwohl wir uns verfahren hatten und viel zu spät wären sehr netter Empfang. Auch Check out ohne Probleme. Das Haus ist nicht groß, aber alles da was man braucht. Sehr angenehm wegen des wundervollen Sandstrandes war die Außendusche. Kleine Küche, aber komplett, überdachte Terrasse zum Frühstück super. Die Türen in den Schlafzimmern konnte man nachts offen lassen, da sie in einen geschlossenen Gartenteil führten. Kein Luxus, aber schön.

Tolles Haus, nette Vermieter

Wir (Familie mit 2 Teenies) haben 10 Tage in Marys Haus verbracht. Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Besonders toll ist die überdachte Terrasse mit den gemütlichen Sitzmöbeln und der schöne Garten. Der Strand ist zu Fuß schnell erreicht, er ist sauber und nicht überlaufen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, allerdings ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir würden wieder buchen.

Wunderschön!!! Tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Urlaub perfekt genossen. Unser kleiner Bub (2 Jahre) fand es auch super. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Außendusche wie auch der Grill Platz sind ein Highlight :-) Rundum würden wir nochmal kommen. Der Weg zum Meer ist sehr kurz und schön. Das fantastische ist das man auch einen Zugang zum Süßwasser Fluss hat, was für unser Kind toll war, weil er etwas Angst vor den Wellen hatte. Vielen Dank Mary für die tolle Unterkunft und das freundlich Auftreten Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder

Tolles Haus, herrlich in de mr Natur

Es handelt sich hier um ein gepflegtes schönes kleines Häuschen. 4 Personen finden locker Platz. Garten mit Aussendusche sehr gut nutzbar. Ein Besonderer Dank an die Vermiter, super freundlich und völlig unkompliziert. Top 👍

Séjour idéal avec des enfants en bas âge

Petite maison très fonctionnelle idéalement située avec la plage accessible à pied. La terrasse ombragée sentait bon le jasmin grimpant de part et d’autre en cette fin de mois de mai, c’était frais et parfait pour les repas en famille. Nos hôtes se sont montrés très disponibles et arrangeants ! Nous recommandons vivement.

le vacanze che cercavamo!!

La villetta è proprio come descritta. Abbiamo trovato locali puliti e attrezzati di tutto il necessario e proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. La sistemazione della villetta, immersa nella tranquillità (la mattina ci svegliava il cinguettio degli uccellini) e a pochi passi dal mare era quello che cercavamo anche per i nostri bambini. A pochi km, comunque, è possibile trovare anche altre spiagge stupende. Assolutamente consigliato

Toller Urlaub in einem schönen Haus mit sehr netten Vermietern

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer kleinen Anlage, die durch ein Tor gesichert ist. Fußläufig erreicht man in wenigen Minuten eine nette Pizzeria (hier auch mal die Pasta probieren). Den Strand erreicht man in 5 min. durch einen Pfad entlang eines Flusses. Am Strand gibt es eine sehr schöne Strandbar (ganz am linken Ende). Der Sand ist recht grobkörnig, was aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Wir sind mit unserem Sohn (2 Jahre) morgens immer zu diesem "Hausstrand" gegangen. Nachmittags haben wir meist die rund 20 minütige Fahrt zu unserem Lieblingsstrand in Villasimius auf uns genommen. Das Haus selbst liegt auf einem Eckgrundstück mit einem schönen sehr gepflegten Garten inkl. Außendusche. Hinter dem Haus liegt nich ein weiterer Kleiber uneinsehbarer Garten in dem wir meist die Wäsche getrocknet haben. An sämtlichen Fenstern gibt es Insektenschutz. Im Juli hatten wir aber überhaupt keine Problemem mit Moskitos. Die Küche ist recht klein aber man findet alles was man braucht. Eine nespresso Maschine ist auch da. Insgesamt ist das Haus gut ausgestattet. Allerdings gibt es wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten, da die Vermieter viele eigene Sachen im Haus haben. Einziger Wermutstropfen sind die Betten. Diese sind sehr hart. Insgesamt wäre es toll, wenn die Schlafzimmermöbel mal getauscht würden. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und gut erreichbar. Wir würden wieder buchen....

Tranquillità e confort

Villetta molto gradevole, pulita e curata con tutto il necessario per una vacanza rilassante. La sua posizione rispetto al mare è fantastica sia per la vicinanza, sia per il fatto che non ci sono strade con traffico di macchine da attraversare per raggiungere la spiaggia. I padroni sono molto cortesi, disponibili e hanno lasciato persino le loro biciclette a nostra disposizione. A noi è proprio piaciuto!

nice house with pleasant garden

practical house within walking distance from a beach, when we were there the wind was south en fierce so we only walked on the beach with is lovely. The house itself is practical and the owners, very nice people, clearly stay there themselves on occasion, therefor there are personal things in the house most of it you may use, but it would be nice if there would be less things and more space to put your own things while staying there. Outside is a lovely garden where you can sit either in the sun or in the shade. We stayed there in may and the nearest supermarket was at Villasimius (about 12 km).The location is good to explore this part of sardinia!

graziosissima e tranquilla, a due passi dal mare

Non possiamo che dare un giudizio molto positivo della nostra vacanza in questa casa.! Molto graziosa, ha tutte le comodità per un piacevole soggiorno: un giardino curato, un piccolo portico dove si può mangiare all'aperto e una praticissima doccia esterna. Si trova all'interno di un villaggio tranquillo e a poca distanza da una bella spiaggia che si raggiunge con una passeggiata sotto gli alberi. A fine giugno il market più vicino era ancora chiuso,ma a pochi km (Torre delle Stelle) ne abbiamo trovato uno ben fornito. I proprietari sono stati cordiali e molto disponibili: ci hanno persino lasciato a disposizione le loro tre biciclette! La zona è bellissima e ricca di spiagge indimenticabili. Suggeriamo una visita alla città di Cagliari, piacevole e con un bel centro storico.

Traumhaft

Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und gepflegt und verfügt über einen schönen Garten. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und das Meer ist traumhaft schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeit bei "Palmira" in Torre delle Stelle ( Strasse Richtung Villasimius) und das dazugehörige Ristorante/Pizzeria "Genn'e Mari, Tel. 320 94 39 365" lockt mit super feinen Speisen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

"Ottima sistemazione in residence, molto tranquillo. Spiaggia raggiungibile con breve passeggiata in pineta. il residence offre un minimarket spesso sfornito (ad esempio per i pannolini per bambini), Consigliata la macchina. Spiaggia abbastanza curata, mare cristallino. Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili."
