Perfect for 5 students on a budget ski trip
Exactly as described, amazing location and the apartment had everything we needed for a budget ski trip for 5 students. Patrick was extremely helpful beforehand and the agency were also great.

Parfait!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! L'appartement bénéficie de toutes les commodités nécessaires et est idéalement situé, au coeur de la station. Les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité. Mr Boudard est toujours disponible et d'une extrême gentillesse. Encore merci! Nous recommanderons ce logement à nos proches qui souhaiteraient se rendre à Val Thorens.

Lovely Apartment in a great location!
Lovely, clean and well equipped apartment. We were able to ski in and ski out. Patrick was friendly and quick to reply to our messages. We have visited Val Thoren 5 times now and we will be definately be booking this apartment when we return.

lovely apartment in great location!
This was our third time in Val Thorens but the first time without company! The apartment was perfect for us. Plenty of storage, very well equipped but, above all, clean and tidy. Entrance to La Vanoise is by the piste but can take a little finding. That said, it couldn't be better placed for restaurants etc. Overall, we had a great time and the apartment is on our short list for next year...

NOUS Y REVIENDRONS !!
Nous avons séjourné pour la deuxième fois dans cet appartement très propre et très cosy où rien ne manque et... l'on s'y sent toujours aussi bien !! Parfaitement bien situé au plein coeur de la station (Place Caron), tout près des commerces, location de matériels et restaurants, départ et retour skis aux pieds ! Les propriétaires sont toujours aussi charmants, très accueillants et très généreux pour plein de bons conseils... Encore mille mercis M. et Mme Boudard !!

Un séjour parfait
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement. L'appartement est très mignon, très bien situé. Il est très bien équipé et très confortable. Fantastic week in Val Thorens
This was our second visit to Patrick's apartment and we love it. It's location is fantastic with ski-in ski-out ability and in the centre of the village with all amenities close by. The apartment was clean and tidy with ample space for the 4 of us with a well equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. I would strongly recommend for families looking for a great, reliable apartment in a world-class ski resort. Pam

idéalement situé, et très agréable
L'appartement est idéalement situé, coquet et très agréable. Tout y est prévu - même les jeux de société ! Plein centre Val Thorens, toutes les boutiques et centre commerciaux à moins de 50m ! L'appartement est silencieux et donne sur la rue derrière la place. Petit bémol: mauvaise connexion wifi. Prévoyez une connexion 3G/4G qui elle est excellente. Ski aux pieds. Accès immédiat à toutes les remontées et connections des 3 Vallées. Propriétaire sympa et soucieux du confort. Même nos deux chiens étaient le bienvenu (à condition de couvrir le divan avec des couvertures/plaids pour éviter les poils).

Nous n'avions aucune surprise en arrivant dans cet appartement ! Dès nos premiers contacts, les propriétaires -vraiment très sympathiques- ont su nous donner confiance et mettre en valeur leur charmante "Demeure Terrestre" ;-)) Ils nous ont communiqué tous les détails utiles pour réussir notre séjour et passer de très bonnes vacances ! Appartement très propre et bien équipé, super cosy et agréablement décoré, super bien placé dans la station ! Super appartement au pied des pistes.
Petit appartement très agréable, bien équipé (outils, jeux de société, appareil à raclette... etc) située au pied des pistes, on a qu'a déchausser et rentrer dans la résidence! Le propriétaire est sérieux et nous fournir avec le bail des infos sur la station, ou se garer au plus près, ou trouver les guichets pour forfaits etc. Très satisfait du séjour.

Great for a week skiing

Excellent appartement conforme à l'annonce
Un emplacement parfait (tous les commerces, et les boutiques de location du matériel à proximité), un appartement offrant tout le confort (et avec beaucoup de cachet), et un propriétaire prévenant, offrant un maximum de conseils utiles et de suivi pour que l'arrivée et le retour se passent le plus sereinement possible. En conclusion, je recommande vivement cette location pour une séjour à Val Thorens !

Logement conforme à l'annonce
Point positif, bon suivi du propriétaire. Appartement situé en plein centre et à proximité des pistes. Malheureusement, nuisances sonores importantes dues à la proximité du bowling et de la boîte de nuit le Malysia, ce n'est pas la musique que l'on entend, mais les fêtards ivres qui restent sous les fenêtres et font du tapage nocturnes jusqu'à 4h du matin. Ceci était probablement dû aux températures très douces. Beaucoup de bruit dans l'immeuble toutes les nuits. Jusqu'à venir sonner à notre porte à 4h du matin. Le propriétaire n'est pas responsable, mais doit le signaler. Bref, appartement convenant aux personnes peu sensibles aux bruit.

très bon séjour
Bonne station, avec bon emplacement au centre de la station. on rentre ski aux pieds. Avec des enfants qui savent un peu skier, l'école de ski est facile d'accès à ski, sinon possibilité de prendre des ascenseurs pour se rendre à la garderie et/ou à l'école de ski Montana. Bon équipement de l'appartement(lave vaisselle, sèche serviettes, app à raclette..., rangements pour la cuisine et les chambres...) Propriétaire disponible et agréable.
