This house is very quiet, sea view 180 degrees in the countryside in a very protected site with no vis-à-vis.

The house is well equipped. It is located in the region of Es Cap 8 minutes from San Francesc and 5 minutes from Cala Saona. It is also close to the beaches.

The view is beautiful. The surroundings are reminiscent of the authentic and comfortable Formentera. Many holidaymakers have described their impressions in the "feedback" section.

Beautiful wild and rural Formentera
Beautiful and very charming property in the most fascinating area of Formentera. You can discover the real wild and rural nature of the island before the arrival of a great number of tourists. Secluded at the edge of a pine forest but not in its shade but completely in the sunshine and with a magnificent view on the south-eastern side of the island with the beautiful beaches of Migjorn and Arenals, the house of Patrice is supersilent, comfortable and full of all you can need to spend joyfully your time in Formentera without feeling the instinct of going outside. Anyway, everything is at 10/15 minutes by car (to be preferred to scooters), from the nice town of San Francesc Xavier to the most beautiful beaches of the islands, to some of the finest restaurants in the countryside. Patrice was superkind toward us and helped us in having a relaxing and funny vacation. Thanks Patrice, we have loved your house!

Das Haus von Patrice ist wunderschön und hat Alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt! Wir sind mit unserem 8 Monate alten Sohn verreist und es wurde sich um alles gekümmert (Babybett, Hochstuhl, Badewanne). Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat alles problemlos funktioniert! Wer sich erholen möchte und die absolute Ruhe sucht, der ist hier genau richtig! Ein Mietwagen ist dringend erforderlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank auch an Stefy, die sich vor Ort um Alles gekümmert hat!

The house is exactly as described in an excellent location with amazing views. All with excellent taste. We had an excellent family vacation and enjoyed every moment in this residence. The sky views at night are one of the most impressive images of all our vacations ans we have been in amazing places! Thanks to the owner and the staff in Formentera all worked very well. We had a great holiday in...
We had a great holiday in this house! It's quiet and comfortable, you feel immediately at home. It's fresh inside and outside, in the shade of the porch. The location is perfect for resting outside of the noise and at the same time it's easy to reach the center of San Francesc with its restaurtants and shops. As Formentera is a small island it's easy to reach all the beaches. Hope we can get back soon!

This is a wonderful house...
This is a wonderful house in an amazing location. It is extremely peaceful with incredible sea views. We love formentera and visit as often as possible and would 100% rent this house again. Everything about it is special and the owner has done a fantastic job of the interior and exterior. We especially loved chilling out on the drift wood covered terrace. The area is also one of our favourites on the island and we love the bar es cap. Thanks Patrice we will definitely be back to your beautiful house again asap.

The House is located in a...
The House is located in a very nice, quiet, area on Formentera. It is perfect for spending a quiet and relaxing time on this beautiful island. The house has seperated rooms, even with seperate entrances, perfect for couples and friends who wanna spend holidays together, but still like their own privacy. The various terraces are a nice plus, since one can use them (also the upper ones). Kitchen/sleeping rooms/bathrooms are in good condition. House was clean, housekeeper very friendly. We've spent two perfect weeks in this house, which we can hoestly recommend without any thoughts. Thank you, Patrice.

"La maison est typique des fincas traditionnelles de Formentera. Très bon relationnel avec le propriétaire et Stefy. La Maison mériterait un peu plus d''éclairage le soir en extérieur. Le plan est parfait si vous recevez car chacun dispose d''un espace et d''une terrasse privative. Nous aimerions bien la louer l''année prochaine. "La situation de la maison est tout à fait exceptionnelle dans l''île que nous avons visitée de long en large durant les trois semaines que nous y avons passé. Son authenticité comme sa simplicité, sa vue, ses terrasses suspendues, sa constante fraicheur et la compagnie des lézards de l''île tout cela ont fait de ce lieu une merveille. Isolée dans un petit chemin de terre à l''abri des regards mais proche de toutes les belles plages et criques de l''île, la maison est véritablement un lieu très unique. Le charme de son décor intérieur comme de son architecture, le soin apporté à tous les détails, l''accueil sur place, tout y est d''une grande beauté et douceur. "Très jolie maison tradit...
"Très jolie maison traditionnelle avec une très belle vue mer (surtout de la chambre au 1er). Simple et fonctionnelle, la maison est meublée sans luxe mais avec goût. Cuisine, salles de douches et sanitaires sont propres et récents En pleine nature, l''environnement est calme et apaisant, très aéré et surtout sans moustiques ! La terrasse devant la maison est très agréable mais pourrait être un peu agrandie et aménagée comme cela se fait beaucoup dans la région, mais c''est un détail. Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances."
