Wunderschön und sehr gepflegt

Dieses Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein extrem netter Kontakt mit der Inhaberin. Bei Ankunft waren alle Lebensmittel des täglichen Bedarfs sowie auch die Putzmittel vorhanden. Ausserdem gab es einen tollen Begrüssungskuchen. Das Haus hat eine hervorragende Lage, 200 m zum nächsten Strand. Sehr schöner Garten, gute Inneneinrichtung und alles extrem sauber. Die Küche war mehr als komplett ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, Handtücher, Bettlaken usw wurden natürlich gestellt. Ich könnte noch einen ganzen Roman schreiben. Kurzum, es war fantastisch.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Garten

Wir wurden herzlich von der Gastgeberin Mary empfangen, überall frische Blumen und ein Snack zur Begrüßung. Die tolle Lage des Hauses in Strandnähe,der ruhige Garten mit Liegen und Sitzoasen , lies uns sofort entspannt unseren Urlaub starten.Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet,sehr persönlich zum Wohlfühlen und es ist komplett ausgestattet! Wir können es sehr herzlich weiter empfehlen und bedanken uns bei Mary für Ihre Gastfreundschaft, die tollen Tipps für Ausflüge, Beate und Udo

Sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft

Tolles Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, moderne Küche und modernes Bad, großer Garten mit Obst und Blumen. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, wir wurden mit Kuchen und Cidre empfangen. Französichkenntnisse sind allerdings nützlich. Mehrere Strände und Küstenwanderweg sowie Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Wir fanden ein Auto nützlich für Einkäufe, Bäcker und Ausflüge. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft. Edith und Rainer, September 2021

Une location idéale

Un séjour plus-que-parfait depuis l’accueil de Mary et de son fils. La maison est idéalement placée, d’un confort, d’un équipement et d’une propreté irréprochable. Malgré un temps médiocre nous avons pu profiter des alentours et du très joli jardin. Une location hautement recommandable où nous aurons plaisir à revenir.

Sehr sehr schön. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Bretagne, das Haus, der schöne Garten, die Ausstattung (uns hat nichts gefehlt), die sorgsame und liebevolle Eichrichtung, die Umgebung, die sehr herzliche Begrüßung und sehr rührende Verabschiedung durch Mary, Ihrer Gastgeberin, der tägliche Gang zur Boulangerie, mit guten Backwaren und feinen Leckereien. Das sonnige Wetter und das "Bretagne" Wetter. Die Küste und die kleinen Badebuchten in unmitelbarer fussläufiger Umgebung. Einfach schön. Fahrt selbst hin. Wir tun es auf jeden Fall wieder.

Un petit coin de paradis

La maison est belle, très bien équipée, avec un jardin très agréable. Elle est très bien située (à quelques minutes à pied des plages et des sentiers de douaniers). L’accueil de Mary et de son fils était plus que parfait, merci encore !

Séjours de rêve

Chez Mary et ses Fils, tout est parfait en commençant par l'accueil aussi chaleureux que si nous faisions partie de la famille. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et est idéale pour une famille de 4 personnes. Le jardin est idyllique, à l'abri du vent et plein de fruits, la proximité de deux superbes plages (3 mn à pied), la tranquillité, les petits commerces à 10mn à pied. Il ne manque absolument rien. Le plus dur c'est de repartir sans avoir le coeur trop serré. Merci pour tout, on reviendra.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Ein sehr gepflegtes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit wundervollem Garten und Obstbäumen, deren Früchte man genießen durfte. Wir wurden mit Kuchen, Brot, Milch ,Butter, Saft und Cidre von Marie begrüßt, die uns alles sehr freundlich erklärte. Ausreichend Handtücher sind vorhanden, was leider nicht im Inserat stand. Die Strände sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar; bei Ebbe kann man in einer guten Stunde St. Malo fußläufig erreichen. Es gibt wunderschöne Wanderwege entlang der Küste. Solange die französische Ferienzeit noch andauert, gibt es gute Busverbindungen, z. B. nach Cancale, Die Bushaltestelle ist 300m vom Haus entfernt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Bretagne genossen.

Tout est si parfait ! C'est là qu'il faut séjourner.

Une expérience unique grâce à l'infinie gentillesse des propriétaires, et au soin très méticuleux apporté au travers d'une foule de détails et d'attentions. Mille mercis pour ce fabuleux séjour !!! La maison est très jolie et très agréable à vivre, parfaitement propre et parfaitement équipée: il ne manque absolument rien, et l'on s'y sent tout de suite chez soi. En outre, le jardin est un havre, l'on peut même y cueillir ses tomates et ses mirabelles. Par ailleurs, le secteur, calme et résidentiel, est doté de plusieurs plages dont deux, magnifiques, sont réellement à deux pas de la maison (3 à 5 minutes à pied), et le petit centre du Rothéneuf, également tout proche, est charmant et accueille tout ce qu'il faut de commerces, dont une très bonne boulangerie pâtisserie. Enfin il y a de très belles balades à faire sans même prendre nécessairement la voiture, en empruntant les sentiers des douaniers (vers St-Malo ou vers St-Coulomb). Il n'y a objectivement rien à redire, merci une nouvelle fois aux propriétaires, que nous n'avons vus qu'à l'arrivée, mais que nous ne sommes pas prêts d'oublier.

Wonderful

An extremely well-maintained house with full equipment (we didn't miss a single thing during our 10 days stay). Never had a nicer host at a holiday house! Very friendly welcome and detailed explanation to all facilities in the house (in French only though, fortunately my wife speaks French). We even received a delicious welcome cake! Walking distance to two beaches (5 mins and 10 mins), next boulangerie was 20min away in walking distance or 5min with the car. Large garden, enough space for our kids to play softball tennis or with a frisbee. Definitely recommended house & host!!!

Hautement recommendable / sehr empfehlenswert

Nous avons passé deux semaines au début de l'été dans cette maison. La maison est hautement recommandable et meublé avec goût. Particulièrement remarquable est la nouvelle cuisine qui est parfaitement équipée. Nous avons trouvé la maison très soignée et propre. En plus le jardin est un rêve, il y a plusieurs coins salon. On est à la plage et dans le petite village avec une boulangerie et un supermarché en quelques minutes à pied. La famille des propriétaires est incroyablement amical et serviable (nous avons été reçus avec une baguette et un joli gâteau et ...). C'était un séjour inoubliable et bien être. Nous reviendrons bientôt. Lisa, Stefan und Hannah Wir haben zwei Früsommerwochen in 2019 hier Urlaub gemacht. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert, geschmackvoll eingerichtet einschließlich einer tollen, perfekt ausgestatteten Küche. Wir haben das Haus extrem gepflegt und sauber vorgefunden. Der Garten ist ein Traum, mit mehreren Sitzecken. Es liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel und man erreicht in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zwei schöne kleine Badestrände, genauso den kleinen Ortskern mit Bäcker, Lebensmittelladen etc. Die Vermieterfamilie ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit (wir wurden mit Getränken, Baguette und einem tollen Kuchen empfangen!) und wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Schönes liebevoll eingerichtet Haus mit nettem Garten und 5 Minuten zum Meer

Wunderschönes Haus mit allem was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt. Sehr freundliche Vermieterinnen die uns mit einer Überraschung empfangen haben. Schöner Garten mit Früchten. Ein tolle Bucht ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar in der man sehr schön schwimmen kann. Ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße ohne viel Verkehr. Es war wunderschön und beim nächsten Besuch in der Bretagne gerne wieder.

Comme à la maison !

Idéalement située à proximité des plages et des commerces, la maison est spacieuse, lumineuse et calme. Le jardin, fleuri et accueillant, est un ravissement et permet de se détendre à toute heure du jour, à l'ombre des arbres ou au soleil, selon nos envies. L'équipement est plus complet que dans la plupart des locations et rend le séjour d'autant plus confortable. Mais, plus que tout, ce sont les attentions des propriétaires (toute la famille venue nous accueillir, fleurs fraiches, ...), particulièrement touchantes et sincères, tout au long du séjour, qui nous ont permis de nous sentir "comme à la maison, en famille". Et ce séjour restera dans nos coeurs. Encore merci à Mary, Germaine et Briac.

A great holidays: beautiful house with garden, close to the beach, excellent owner

We spent a very good holiday week in this house with its great garden. First of all it is a great location: just 2 min. walk from the very clean and quite Nicet beach, 10 min drive to Saint Malo' center and a perfect base for exploring the area (we visited Dinard, Cancale, Mon Saint Michele and Normandy beaches). In 10 min walk you can reach Rothéneuf where you can find a very good boulangerie, and other shops for all necessary. All rooms are very bright and conformable and lovely furnished and equipped with good quality appliances and all small things you can imagine. There is a room dedicated for a study, very useful if you need some private space for working or study. The garden was magnificent, with many flowers and plants all around and liked to spend long time on deck chairs or dining using one of the several tables avaiable. Also in the garden there were all needed accessories, including a barbecue set (carbon included!), confirming that the owners prepared our arrival with special care. In fact they provided the house with many food, detergents, other consumables, all brand new and good quality; we rarely found such a perfect set up in our past experiences with homeAway. The owners also prepared a folder with all useful information to live in the area: it was not a simple collection of brochure prepared by others: they added a unique set of suggestions and notes, including a map of the area with the best places. We followed the suggestions and we enjoyed a lot. Wireless internet connection was very fast and reachable in every corner of the house and the garden. So, in few words, the house was great, the location excellent but I think that only the special care and kindness of the owner rendered our vacation so nice and relaxing. Lorenzo, Ania and Marianna

Sehr schoenes Haus mit riesigem Garten

2016 verbracht. Das Haus ist huebsch dekoriert und man hat alles, was man fuer einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Neben allen elektrischen Geraeten ist zum Beispiel genug Geschirr vorhanden, so dass man nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit die Spuelmaschine anmachen muss. Ein Highlight ist der riesige Garten mit Grill und verschiedenen Sitzmoeglichkeiten, so dass sich jeder seinen Lieblingsplatz aussuchen kann. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Hervorzuheben ist ausserdem, dass die Vermieterfamilie Communal, die aus mehreren Generationen besteht, sehr freundlich ist und uns mit einem Kuchen, Cidre, Saft und Wasser willkommen geheissen hat. Die Lage des Hauses ist in einem ruhigen Vorort von Saint-Malo in Laufweite zu zwei sehr schoenen Straenden. Ideal fuer uns. Kleiner Tipp fuer Familien mit 3 Kindern: Es gibt in dem Haus noch ein ganz kleines Zimmer mit einer Schlafgelegenheit fuer eine Einzelperson. Da es wegen der Groesse wohl nicht als richtiges Zimmer gilt, geben die Vermieter es nicht mit an. Meiner Meinung nach kann aber eine Einzelperson gut drin schlafen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Ich habe auf Franzoesisch mit den Vermietern kommuniziert, aber sie sprechen auch Englisch.

Pour passer de bonnes vacances

Nous confirmons tous les avis précédents et notre entière satisfaction. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très agréable maison, parfaitement équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable. De plus, l'accueil des propriétaires est vraiment chaleureux et attentionné. Bref, l'on s'y sent tout de suite en vacances. La maison est de plus idéalement située (plages, gr et pour le côté pratique, près du bourg où l'on trouve tous les commerces vous facilitent la vie.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine à la Toussaint dans cette location qui est très agréable et bien équipée. La maison est propre et lumineuse, avec un beau jardin, et très bien placée puisque juste à côté des plages et du centre du quartier Rothéneuf. C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons avec nos deux petits garçons, et ce d'autant plus que nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par la propriétaire.

Coup de coeur

Nous confirmons les précédents avis : maison adorable, fonctionnelle, où l'on se sent vraiment chez soi; des propriétaires charmants et réellement accueillants, un environnement calme mais tout proche des deux plages de Rothéneuf, St Malo "intra muros" toute proche et accessible par le bus qui passe au bout de la rue. On aimerait bien revenir plusieurs fois par an.

Aktiver Sommerurlaub am Meer

Kleines gemütliches Haus (ideal für bis zu 4 Personen) mit französischem Flair. Das Haus liegt zwar etwas außerhalb von Saint Malos Stadtzentrum im Vorort Rothéneuf. Man erreicht die Altstadt mit Geschäften,Trubel und Restaurants aller Art und Preisklassen per Linienbus oder Auto jedoch in 10 Minuten. Dafür hat man in unmittelbarer Umgebung, fußläufig erreichbar, eine Auswahl kleiner Sandstrandbuchten, an denen man zuweilen bis mittags nahezu alleine ist! Jogger kommen auf den Laufwegen durch die Küstenlandschaft mit herrlichen Aussichten auf die Steilküsten auf ihre Kosten. Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Vermieter kümmern sich persönlich um Begrüßung und Einweisung. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit einer wunderbaren Torte erwartet. Für die erste Versorgung war der Kühlschrank bereits mit Getränken und Lebensmitteln gefüllt! So was haben wir noch nie erlebt! Nach einer Woche gefüllt mit sportlichen Aktivitäten,die bei sommerlichen 24 Grad möglich sind, Ausflügen in die umliegenden Küstenorte (Mont Saint Michel ist nur aus der Ferne schön.Innen zu viel Touristenrummel!) und erreichbare Städtchen im bretonischen Binnenland wurden wir ebenso herzlich mit einer Dose bretonischer Kekse verabschiedet! Toller Osterurlaub

Wir haben Ostern eine Woche in diesem netten Haus verbracht. Es ist praktisch eingerichtet, alles vorhanden. Der Empfang der Vermieter war sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich: ein toller Kuchen, Brot, Saft und Wasser waren für uns als Gruß bereit. Das Haus und auch der Garten waren sehr sauber. Mehrere Strände sind in unmittelbarer Nähe- da hat man die Qual der Wahl. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt für Wanderungen vom Haus oder Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Belle et confortable maison

Nous avons passé des vacances formidables en famille dans une maison où il y a tout le confort souhaité. De plein pied, les espaces sont très agréables et la maison baignée de lumière permet de s'y sentir chez soi. tout est très propre et bien entretenu. Propriétaires chaleureux. Le bourg de Rothéneuf est à 8 minutes à pied. Plusieurs plages, balades à pied. Sans oublier d'excellents restaurants, musées, Aquarium ou Saint-Malo intramuros à 10 minutes en voiture. Nous recommanderions cette location à un ami Un cadre rêvé pour des vacances.
