Exceptional location and view for this 100m² single storey place extended by a 70m² exotic wooden corner terrace with a pergola fitted with motorized blinds.
The terrace overlooks the large garden and the sea with breathtaking views of the wild island of Les Vieilles.
the accommodation includes 3 bedrooms, bathroom, shower room, 2 toilets, a large living room with open kitchen and video corner. Extremely silent and individual air conditioning per room, complete equipment: kitchen and audio / video.

It is the garden and sea level of a villa divided into 3 apartments. This apartment is well independent from the other 2. It is located below the road so very quiet, facing the sea and does not suffer from neighbors.
Ideal for a sea and mountain stay. Swim with fish, explore the caves of the island, but also bike and hike in the sumptuous Esterel massif.

A hidden gem dans la sud!

What a wonderful stay we had at Anthéor, such beauty and tranquility bordering the sea. An excellent experience from start to finish, the owner was an absolute delight and takes true pride in this lovely home! We will treasure our memories and hope to visit again!

Casa e posizione assolutamente consigliabili La casa è più bella di quello che sembra dalle foto, pulita con ogni utile accessorio, Impianto di condizionamento efficace senza essere rumoroso anche nelle camere, wifi potente, vista dal soggiorno magnifica. Il clima è stato eccezionale, dl 13 al 21 Novembre 2 giorni 30° 2 giorni 19 tutti gli altri 25/26°ha piovuto solo un mattino sempre sole. La costa Azzurra in questa stagione è fantastica pochissime auto qualche bicicletta ...tutta per noi.

Rückblick auf den Aufenthalt von 2 Personen vom 28.05. bis 11.06.2022

Dieses Haus findet sich in hervorragender Lage. Die angetroffene Realität ist noch viel einmaliger und schöner, als wie es hier auf den vielen Fotos bereits in korrekter Weise abgebildet ist. Die Ausstattung ist von hoher Qualität, funktional und konzeptionell ist sie bis in das kleinste Detail in liebevoller Weise gut durchdacht. Keine Formen der Abnutzung, alles ist gepflegt und in Ordnung gehalten - wird die Wohnung zwischenzeitlich doch ebenfalls vom sehr freundlichen und im Übrigen telefonisch und über E-Mail immer erreichbar gewesenem Vermieter für sich selber genutzt. Hier dient die Vermietung ganz offenbar nicht der ausschließlichen Erzielung von möglichst hohen Einkünften. Der Schlaf- und Sanitärbereich hat von der Sauberkeit und Ausstattung her die Qualität eines Fünfsterne Hotels. Die Küstenstraße hört man nicht, der Schlaf ist ungestört, Bettwäsche, Kopfkissen und Matratzen sind von bester Qualität. Die Klimatisierung der Schlafräume aber auch die des Wohnbereichs ist hervorragend. Der in den Wohnbereich integrierte durchgängig von uns genutzte Küchenbereich ist in hochwertiger Ausführung voll ausgestattet. Das elektronische Equipment, es ist ebenfalls umfassend vorhanden, kann nicht beurteilt werden, da der Blick aufs Meer ein deutlich schönerer ist. Der Außenbereich ist in Form der Terrasse einfach elegant konzipiert und auch mit den Sonnensegeln fantastisch ausgestattet. Er ist für uns jedenfalls der Ort des Hauses gewesen, somit quasi unser Wohn- und Esszimmer, an dem wir uns hauptsächlich befunden haben. Die Möbel sind ebenfalls so wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und sie sind sehr bequem. Die Polster sind sauber und nicht durchgesessen. Es ist ja ein 3 Parteienhaus, weder die Eigentümer, die direkt neben einem wohnen noch der Eigentümer, der im Obergeschoss wohnt, sind, sie sind ausgesprochen diskret und freundlich, in irgendeiner Weise in störender Weise bemerkbar. Wir haben sie, man ist sich durchaus über den Weg gelaufen, praktisch nicht bemerkt, aber dieses ist ihrem bewussten, freundlich höflichem Verhalten geschuldet, deshalb eignet sich dieses Haus sicherlich nicht für Mieter, die das Ganze als einen Urlaubsaufenthalt ansehen in dem sie befreit von häuslichen Zwängen gerne laut und vom gezeigten Verhalten her raumgreifend sind. Freizeit: sowohl das Baden hier unmittelbar aber auch an den verschiedenen Stränden wie auch Wanderungen im Esterel Massiv sind gut möglich. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Richtung Agay 2,5 .

Parfait : vue exceptionnelle jardin accès mer magnifique !

Parfait de la remise des clefs au départ : la maison est très bien aménagée de plain pied idéal pour des personnes âgées , la vue est à couper le souffle et le jardin avec un accès mer direct est jonché de belles fleurs. La terrasse est idéale pour profiter de la vue à 180 ° ! La réactivité du propriétaire ou de sa personne de confiance en cas de soucis est aussi fort appréciable.

You notice from the first contact that Pierre wants to give his guests an unforgettable stay. For a vacation on the Côte d'Azur we will always book it again. Absolutely recommendable!

Näher am Meer geht nicht

Die Aussicht aufs Meer hat uns völlig überwältigt und war noch schöner, als auf den Bildern. Beim einzigen regnerischen Tag oder wenn ein Abend kühler war, hat das Haus den riesigen Vorteil, dass die Sicht vom Wohnbereich vollverglast und daher fast genauso schön ist, als wenn man draußen sitzt. Die Einrichtung, insbesondere die Küche, Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie die Bäder sind auf einem sehr hohen Niveau und sehr stilvoll ausgewählt. Von der Küstenstraße hört man fast überhaupt nichts und die Nachbarschaft der angrenzenden Terrasse war völlig unkompliziert und freundlich.

Un magnifique séjour

Un très bel appartement les pieds dans l’eau, fonctionnel et une vue magnifique sur la mer et l’île des vieilles en face de la propriété. Cadre enchanteur, calme et bercé par le bruit des vagues. Petite crique sympathique avec un accès par des escaliers en bas de la maison. Le propriétaire Mr Pierre Michel fait tout ce qu’il peut pour vous rendre les vacances les plus agréable possible. Dream location and perfect accommodation

If you are looking for a quiet spot away from the madness of the Cote d’Azur’s bigger resorts, Agay/Antheor is where you want to be. Beautiful beaches, great cycling along the Corniche. And as far as the property itself is concerned we could not have dreamt of finding a better one. Clean, spacious, well appointed with lovely furniture inside and out. The terrace enjoys full sun from sunrise to sunset and the garden leads straight into the sea. Both the owner and his agent are very helpful, and I must say that for a first HomeAway experience this was a real winner. Any future rental elsewhere will have a lot to live up to.

Heavenly tranquility

I am selfishly almost reluctant to review this lovely place, simply because we want to maximise our chances of it being available the next time we book! Practical matters first: this is a spacious, airy and beautifully appointed apartment. Neigbours above and next door are unobtrusive - in fact the only time we were aware of each other's existence was when they or we went for a swim, as the garden and beach access is shared. You have everything and more than you need in terms of kitchen equipment, bathrooms and (very efficient) a/c. Bedrooms are small, but the beds are really comfortable and we spent most of our time in the main room anyway, from which there are unbelievably fabulous views. You have your own beautiful terrace, although it was too hot for us to spend much time on it this trip, and a lovely outdoor shower surrounded by bougainvillea. For us, the joy of our own access to the sea and the glorious swimming/snorkeling/diving from rocks around the Ile des Vieilles, cannot be overstated. It's a justifiably popular spot and the island fills up with boats during the day, but this didn't dent our fun and we could avoid them completely by getting out before 9 or after 6. Take swimming shoes for the rocks, and snorkeling equipment for the thousands of surprisingly colourful fish. If you like walking, please, please explore the area of the Esterel. We did two three-hour walks from a few minutes drive from the apartment which were just stunning, and we hardly saw a soul! Pierre, the owner, is very friendly and helpful, and spends time here himself when not in Paris. The local managing agent speaks good English. We will be back! Geves and John (with two of our teenagers).

Traumhaftes Feriendomizil mit unglaublichem Panorama

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, die großzügige Terrasse mit dem tollen Mobiliar und der Beschattung lädt zum Entspannen ein. Unglaublich schön ist der Rundumblick ob von der Terrasse oder aber auch von innen. Es ist noch schöner als die Fotos es darstellen können . Der Strandzugang ist privat, aufgrund der Steine sind Badeschuhe zu empfehlen. ( kleine Kinder können leichter nebenan im öffentlichen Bereich ins Wasser gehen) Die beiden Nachbarn, die noch im Ferienhaus wohnen sind sehr hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und absolut unaufdringlich. Das Feriendomizil ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Great location for a relaxed holiday!

The house and location is amazing! A modern house with a great terrace directly facing the sea located in a quiet area outside of St. Raphael. The perfect place for a relaxing holiday, but still close enough for daily excursions to Cannes, St. Tropez or even Monaco. The house is equipped with all you need, also the kitchen. The sea in the area is see-through and the house has a private access.

UN SUPERBE SPOT POUR AMATEURS DE TRANQUILLITE

Séjour du 27/04 au 11/05. Malgré une météo capricieuse (ce qui est rare pour la saison) nous avons passé 15 jours formidables dans ce lieu qui brille par son emplacement et sa vue à 180°C sur la Méditerranée. Outre le confort indiscutable du logement (cuisine HI-TECH, literie parfaite, sanitaire et douche de très belle facture), la gentillesse du propriétaire (dont le seul soucis est votre bien-être et la qualité de votre séjour), et l'ultra-disponibilité de son collaborateur sur place (hyper accueillant en plus), tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour passer des vacances parfaites. Un grand jardin agrémenté d'un petit accès menant directement à une, voir plusieurs petites criques, nous a permis de ne pas nous soucier des enfants (11ans et 16 ans), mais attention cependant car l'accès est un peu sportif pour les enfants de moins de 10 ans. Une très belle terrasse en bois (protégée par un système de toiles commandées électriquement pour gérer votre exposition au soleil) avec salon de jardin de très grande qualité et particulièrement bien fourni en coussins, véritable appel aux joies des apéritifs dinatoires, et puis ... cette vue, mais cette vue... sur l'île des vieilles, l'Estérel, et l'horizon. Petit conseil pour ceux qui en sont équipées, impérativement apporter une paire de jumelles pour observer le spectacle continu joué sur la scène de la mer Méditerranée (pêcheurs, paquebots, voiliers, vieux gréements, et hélicoptères aussi !!!). Nous étions venus chercher calme, sérénité, et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Un grand merci au propriétaire qui a la bonne idée de louer ce logement. Grande sensation d'être chez soi. Spot que nous ne manquerons de revenir profiter. Un client heureux de ses vacances.

A wonderful stay in a magical place

Wonderful stay in Anthéor in a magical and quiet place facing the sea and the Esterel. The apartment is very pleasant to live. Its lovely large wooden terrace, where we could enjoy our meals everyday, has a stunning view of the island of Vieilles. The place features a private access to a small cove allowing you to go swim whenever you want. The proximity of the Esterel offers beautiful walks or cycling in the heart of this exceptional massif. Une location idyllique

La situation est véritablement idyllique, avec cette incroyable vue sur la Méditerranée et sur les roches rouges de l'Estérel ! Les extérieurs de la villa permettent de profiter de cette vue en toute quiétude... Beaucoup de calme... On est en contrebas de la route que l'on n'entend absolument pas et les voisins, eux-mêmes propriétaires et qui ne louent pas, sont très discrets. On est vraiment "chez soi", et totalement hors de l'agitation de la Côte d'Azur l'été. La location était très propre et parfaitement équipée. La pièce à vivre, totalement ouverte, est superbe ! L'accès direct à la mer est un véritable atout... quel plaisir de se baigner ou d'observer poissons et coraux avec masque et tuba... à noter, nous étions avec 2 enfants de 5 et 8 ans, l'un nageur et l'autre avec des brassards, et cela ne pose pas de problème (avec des "chaussures d'eau" car le fond de l'eau est constitué de rochers). La petite ville d'Agay est à 3 min en voiture, avec une grande plage, des départs de magnifiques randonnées dans l'Estérel et tous les commerces + un hypermarché à 10 min en voiture. Nous avons loué les 15 premiers jours d'août et contrairement à nos craintes, cela circule tout-à-fait bien entre Fréjus et Théoule-sur-Mer. Agay-Anthéor est bien situé pour de nombreuses excursions - en partant tôt au mois d'août :o) (Nice, Grasse et arrière-pays niçois, St Tropez en bateau, vieux Fréjus, lac de Ste Croix...)... Bref, nous recommandons chaudement cette location !

MAGNIFIQUE

Un immense plaisir que de se reposer dans un endroit serein et calme, les pieds dans l'eau. Un appartement chaleureux, très propre et parfaitement équipé, que du Bonheur ! Idyllique est le mot parfait pour décrire un endroit magique ou l'on se croit coupé du monde moderne. A ce sujet, le seul point négatif ... si on le considère comme tel ... est le fait que le réseau mobile est quasi inexistant, mais dans mon cas, je dois préciser que c'était un pur luxe. Je recommande particulièrement ce magnifique RDC et suis convaincue qu'il ne sert à rien de partir à l'autre bout du monde, alors que le paradis existe à Anthéor.

tel un tableau

Je pourrais vous faire part de tant de superlatifs liés à cette maison, mais rien ne pourra décrire avec exactitude la caresse du vent sur la peau au tomber du soleil, le son de la mer qui vous berce dans le canapé sur la terrasse et le privilège d'être assis au premier rang pour contempler la beauté sauvage de cette belle mer méditerranéenne et ses rochers sans jamais s'en lasser. Pour revenir à la maison, elle vous offre tout le confort que nous pouvons espérer et le tout conçu avec praticité qui facilitent le séjour ( grande cuisine avec un îlot central, 2 salles de bain, un accès direct à la mer, etc) Notre séjour était fort agréable et nous avons pu fabriquer des souvenirs inoubliables. Certes nous étêtions 3 adultes et nous n'avons probablement pas les mêmes besoins qu'une grande famille en vacances, mais nous recommandons cette maison sans hésitation à ceux désireux de retrouver un peu de luxe, calme et volupté....que Baudelaire m'excuse d'avoir emprunté ses mots.

Rare sur la cote d azur, les pieds dans l eau!

Un endroit incroyable litterallement les pieds dans l eau. Dans La maison avec une immense terrasse on se sent comme sur un bateau ! Nous avons passe une semaine formidable avec un couple d amis, la villa tres calme est bien equipe et le soir apres la baignade au bou du jardin la massif de l esterel offre de superbes ballades .
