Excellent situated, very nice house, cosy interior, wonderful terrasse. Only neg. issues: hotwater supply and bedmattreses didn’t match house standard.

Haus mit toller Lage und schattiger Veranda

Wir haben hier mit unserer Familie drei sehr schöne Wochen verbracht. Hervorzuheben sind der freundliche Empfang und die tolle Unterstützung durch den Hausverwalter Valerio, die großartige Lage am Hang mit grandiosem Blick auf Meer, Strand und den Ort mit den schönen Häusern, die überdachte Veranda auf der man den ganzen Tag im Schatten faulenzen kann und die beiden oberen Schlafzimmer mit den Klimaanlagen. Mit den beiden Stränden am Ort und den vielen anderen darum herum hat man eine große Auswahl, je nach Vorlieben. Die beiden kleinen Supermärkte sind gut sortiert und decken den Bedarf problemlos. Insgesamt eins unserer schönsten Häuser bisher.

Beautiful Villa, fabulous views

The property manager sent us a pin on WhatsApp and we found the villa straight away, on the side of a hill up a steep dirt track. The property is very clean, with simple but relaxing furniture and decoration. The kitchen is well equipped although we didn't use cooking facilities very much as there are several local restaurants to eat out. I would highly recommend for couples and families with older children (because of the steps and stairs).

Traumhaus auf einer traumhaften Insel

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern übertroffen. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll und sauber. Es ist bestens ausgestattet, sogar mit Schirmen für den Strand. Die wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht wurde zu unserem Lieblingsplatz, den wir sogar jedem Restaurant vorzogen. Valerio, der sich um das Haus und die Gäste kümmert waf äußerst freundlich und immer sehr gut erreichbar. Unseren Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen und können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Leider sind unsere zwei Wochen viel zu schnell vergangen und wir hoffen bald wieder Urlaub in Torre delle Stelle machen zu können.

Wunderschöne Umgebung und Strände aber das Ferienhaus hatte ein paar Mängel

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön situiert an einem Hang mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht und Blick auf die Bucht. Man kann toll hier abends Spazieren gehen und es gibt viele tolle Strände in der Umgebung. Praktisch ist dass es 2 Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Umgebung gibt. Minuspunkte gab es einige am Haus. Wir hatten nur gutes Internet/WLAN für die ersten 5 Tage, danach musste man selber mehr Geld drauf laden. Das war nervig weil das nur in einem Tabak Laden ging, der Kilometer weit entfernt war. Am Bancomat beim Supermarkt hat das nicht geklappt mit dem Aufladen. Es wäre hilfreich gewesen wenn Bruno uns diese Infos alle aufgeschrieben hätte, es gab deswegen viele Nachrichten hin und her. Der Oven hat nicht funktioniert und es kam daraufhin zu einem Kurzschluss im Haus. Es roch auch immer wieder aus den Duschen nach Gulli und die untere Dusche ist nicht gut abgeflossen bis wir Rohrfrei Flüssigkeit gekauft haben und das Problem behoben haben. Es wäre auch schön gewesen mehr als 2 Weinglässer zu haben und die Küchenaustattung war OK, aber die Kaffeemaschine hat gefehlt.

Rien à redire. Vue magnifique sur la mer depuis la terrasse et la cuisine. Bonne climatisation. Matériel suffisant. Peut-être un bémol au niveau des douches trop étroites. Très bon accueil de Valério

Torre Delle Stelle

Ein super schöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sauber nur der Herd hatte leider Schimmel. Daher könnten wir den Ofen nicht nutzen. Zudem war die Dusche im Bad viel zu klein. Lieber Bruno, bitte hier eine etwas größere Dusche einbauen. Sonst alles perfekt nur wenige Treppen bis zum Strand und schöne Sonnenuntergänge haben wir sehr genossen.

Schönes Haus, super Blick über die Bucht

Wir waren zu fünft (3 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) und haben uns in dem schönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer unten hatte zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber das war Anfang Juli kein Problem. Ansonsten ein schönes Haus mit einem super Blick über die Bucht, da nimmt man gerne die Treppen zum Strand in Kauf. Ansonsten hilft Valerio, wenn man es braucht, sofort. Bei uns war dies aber auch nur einmal nötig. Ein schöner Urlaub und wir freuen uns auf ein mögliches Wiedersehen. Michael

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Treppe zum Strand liegt etwas versteckt am Ende der Straße . Alles in allem eine wunderschöne Lage mit sensationellen Sonnenuntergängen über der Bucht von Caliagli. Der Verwalter Senior Valerio war sehr nett und auch wenn er wenig Englisch konnte haben wir uns bestens verständigt.

Graziosa villetta in residence abbastanza attrezzato

Villetta molto graziosa ed arredata con gusto. Terrazzo con splendida vista è facile accesso alla spiaggia. Tranquillità assoluta. Molto belle le due spiaggie del villaggio è la costa ricca di insenature ...da favola.

het uitzicht was mooier als het appartement zelf

- aardige en behulpzame beheerder - douche op eerste verdieping werd niet warm ook niet na interventie van de beheerder - keuken inventaris erg karig en pannen waren krom , we hebben wat geimproviseerd met aluminium folie - er viel veel regen en het dak lekte boven de aanrecht en in de open haard - de badkamer op de eerste verdieping stonk gruwelijk naar het riool ook nadat we de syphons als ze er al waren hebben laten vollopen - de hoofd zekering is een paar keer uitgevallen met veel regen en onweer ( er zit kortsluiting ergens op de verlichting van het overdekt buitenterras - de tv werkte slecht en er was geen internet verbinding mogelijk - het was schoon - de beheerder had een papier waarop stond dat we tot 2 mei hadden gehuurd en we hadden een contract tot 4 mei , dit is in overleg opgelost - we ver zoeken om contact ivm de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding Ymke van Griensven

Une annonce enjolivée, un séjour décevant

Nous avons été déçus par la maison. Certes la vue est magnifique mais beaucoup de points sont décevants. L'annonce est très enjolivée. Pas de rideaux a l'extérieur comme sur la photo, du coup pas de petite touche romantique. Mais les points les plus ennuyeux: pas de wifi comme prévisé sur l'annonce ce qui a gâché les vacances de notre ado et les nôtres aussi par voie de conséquence. J'ai demandé au propriétaire de rectifier son annonce. Pas de cafetière électrique (juste une cafetière italienne dont on ne sait pas se servir) pas de four micro-ondes, dur dur pour réchauffer les plats du bébé. Sur les trois chambres, l'une est en sous sol avec une petite fenêtre borgne en hauteur, de type saut de loup. De même la seconde salle de bains est en sous sol avec une fenêtre saut de loup. La maison fait 150 m2 mais une immense pièce au sous sol de la même taille que la pièce à vivre est inutilisable et inutilisée. Les chambres sont par conséquent très petites. Le sèche cheveux etait absent, j'ai du le demander et pas trace du fer et de la table à repasser indiqués dans l'annonce. La plomberie renvoie une odeur très nauséabonde. Impossible de louer cette maison sans véhicule; la route d'avcès est très pentue pas goudronnée avec des trous, des pierres,de la terre et beaucoup de poussière (comme du reste dans beaucoup de rues du village.) La supérette restaurant pizzeria sont à un Km et non 500m comme indiqué, impossible d'y aller à pied comme nous l'espérions surtout avec une poussette. La plage accessible par les marches n'est pas adaptée aux petits enfants: gravier cailloux beaucoup d'algues et l'eau est tout de suite profonde; les photos de la plage qui figurent sur l'annonce ne sont pas celles de la plage que l'on voit depuis la maison. Nous avons préféré la seconde plage du village mais il fallait prendre la voiture. Aucune animation dans ce village pour les jeunes. Il fallait aller à Villasimius à 30mn. Les points positifs: la vue depuis la grande terrasse et la vue depuis la cuisine Conclusion: si vous avez des enfants ados ou des jeunes dans votre famille, préférez une location à Villasimius. Si vous avez des petits enfants cette location n'est pas adaptée (beaucoup de faux niveaux dans la maison et donc d'escaliers)

logement très agréable avec une vue superbe

nous venons de passer 2 semaines très agréables dans cette maison. tout nous à convenu et la vue est magnifique. il faut avoir un véhicule, car les escaliers et le soleil sont parfois un peu durs à affronter pour aller et revenir de la plage. la personne qui s'occupe du menage est adorable et le voisin parle un peu français.

Wonderful house

We had a great week in this wonderful house. We stayed with 2 adults and three teenagers. The view from the kitchen is beyond beautiful, the beds were comfertable and to keep us warm in the evening we sat down by the cosy fireplace. Very beautiful house with a stunning view

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house. We stayed here with 5 persons including 3 teenage children. The house is comfortable, nicely decorated and has a lot of space. We have never been in a kitchen with such a great view! The terraces outside are big, well furnished and are offering amazing views on the bay, the sea and the mountains. The surroundings of the house are very quiet. Within a couple of minutes walk you reach the beautiful bay and beach by taking the long stairs downhill. There is a supermarket with a good restaurant nearby, it takes a 10 minutes (up- and downhill) walk or a few minutes by car. The beaches and the blue water are really beautiful. If you want to visit some of the nice attractions and cities/villages you will need a car. The only (little) disadvantage we can think of are the dusty roads to reach the house. We really enjoyed our stay in this house and hope to come again!

una casa tra le stelle in una laguna blu

abbiamo gradito molto il nostro soggiorno a Torre delle Stelle, la sua casa ha una bellissima esposizione che nonostante il caldo le permette di essere fresca e areata anche nelle ore più calde e alla sera sembra di essere veramente tra le stelle. Gli appunti che possiamo fare sono la mancanza di zanzariere assolutamente necessarie vista la quantità di zanzare , il boiler ha difficoltà nel mantenere l'acqua calda durante la doccia e non si possono fare due docce contemporaneamente, una luce per la sera nel patio un pò buio per mangiare e dei lettini per il sole più comodi . Certo il bagno nel seminterrato è meno piacevole di quello al piano di sopra soprattutto per l'odore comunque cucinare con vista mare e monti è forse il pezzo più unico della casa. Un grazie a Giannina per la sua cortesia e disponibilità , penso che sia un ottimo punto di riferimento per la clientela. cordiali saluti da tutti noi Claudia

Lovely house, wonderful country !

Dear Bruno, thank you for a wonderful holiday in Sardinia in your beautiful home! A huge beautiful porch with stunning sea views, cozy rooms, green garden, shops and restaurants within walking distance, friendly neighbors, good beach - we liked it! There is no noise, it is a place for lovers of quiet relaxation. For the more active guests - use the car, as we did. We hope to return !!! Galina, Moscow.

Klasse Unterkunft

Wir waren mit unserer 17-jährigen Tochter im Oktober 2014 hier. Das Haus hat eine tolle Panoramalage. Es ist individuell eingerichtet, die Küchenausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Die Betten sind ok, die sanitären Anlagen ebenso. Das Haus erstreckt sich über 3 Ebenen, so dass Treppensteigen dazugehört, uns störte es nicht. Die Umgebung ist ideal für Strandbegeisterte. Ein Auto ist unerlässlich. Wir können eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen und werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Torre delle... 5 Stelle!

Mia moglie ed io abbiamo trovato la località, la casa (sia per la collocazione che per struttura, l'arredamento e dotazioni) nonché la gentilezza della Sig.ra Giannina adeguati alle nostre necessità e corrispondenti alla descrizione pubblicizzata. Il panorama è davvero capace di riarmonizzarci con la vita; inoltre Torre delle Stelle è fornito anche di servizi (market, ristorazione) che non ti aspetti. Giusy&Stefano

Una bellissima esperienza!

Abbiamo trascorso a Torre delle Stelle un magnifico luglio. La casa e' stata perfetta, spaziosa e curata nei dettagli. Vista impareggiale dallo spazioso terrazzo con tramonti da sogno! La spiaggia più vicina si raggiunge facilmente con una scalinata. Insomma è stata una vacanza magnifica che speriamo di poter ripetere un altr'anno! Propietari e persona in loco molto disponibili per qualunque esigenza. Assolutamente da consigliare!!!

Lovely house

We stay in september/october 2013 for 2 weeks in this house with our family (2 adults, 3 children 17, 15, 12 years). We were warmly welcomed. The owner and his friends in Sardinia are all extremely kind and professional. The house was very clean und the equipement was very lovely. The view from the kitchen and the terrace is wonderful. We don't see the sunset in october from the terrace. The third bedroom has only one upper window and no day light come inside, but you sleep well. The second bathromm smells a little. We liked this hous very much. It was big enough for 5 persons and we would come back again. In Torre delle Stelle,there are sports fields for football, tennis and basketball. But unfortunately, it has no other people to play in the fall. Thank you for all. Claudia

Location très propre et s...

Location très propre et superbement située avec une vue exceptionnelle de la cuisine et de la terrasse. Accueil chaleureux et convivial. Seuls petits inconvénients : la route d'accès n'est pas goudronnée, il manque un micro-ondes et une cafetière électrique, l'accès à la plage est contraignant (200 marches). Malgré tout, cette villa nous a permis de passer de très agréables vacances. A recommander.
