The village is just a few steps away from the promenade along the shore of the lake and adjacent to the famous Viandante path, an ancient road connecting with the Valtellina. It can be reached from the Dervio exit on the Lecco-Colico super road.
Consisting of two-storey buildings, free internal parking, video surveillance cameras in common areas, panoramic terrace and area reserved for animals.
The apartments have balconies or terraces. All apartments have free Wi-Fi.
The village has a wonderful and wide view of the center and high Lake Como from which you can admire beautiful sunsets between the high mountains surrounding snow.
Dervio and its surroundings boast attractions for bathing, water sports: biking, sailing, windsurfing, boat and boat trips, wonderful walks along the well-equipped lake where fishing is possible. Ideal location to reach ski slopes with which the village has an agreement for special discounts.

Der Aufenthalt hier war sehr schön, die Wohnung war in ordnung und hat für einen kleinen Kurztripp ausgereicht. Die Dame von der Rezeption war äußerst freundlich und kümmerte sich um alle unsere Anliegen.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin und das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Sehr schöne Lage.

Die Anlage an sich ist schön, jedoch leider teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Teilweise liegen kaputte Stühle rum und der angrenzende Pool ist leider defekt. Man könnte wieder mehr aus der Anlage machen, doch vermuttlich hat Corona da auch seine Spuren hinterlassen und das finanzielle Loch muss erst wieder aufgefüllt werden. Die Anlage kann ich trotzdem empfehlen da die Lage sehr schön ist und im Grunde alles da ist was man braucht. Ist nun mal kein 5 Sterne Hotel.

Tranquilidad, perfecta ubicacion

Un buen complejo de apartamentos, muy tranquilos, apartado del centro de Dervio. Muy cerca del lago con playa de hierva. La ubicacion es perfecta para visitar todo el lago y hacer todo tipo de actividades.
