Very nice City appartment

Very nice and clean city appartment in the old town of Cadiz. A small kitchen with every thing you ned. Very friendly persons. Nothing left to say .....5 stars

Great location

Roomy, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We chose to use the bed in the loft and used the lower bedroom as our dressing room. The HVAC system works very well taking a short time to cool the apartment down even though we left it off while we were out exploring the town. Many tapas bars, restaurants, coffee shops in the area. Excellent communication with the friendly owner and ease in accessing the property.

Our holiday in Cadiz!

Really loved staying in this property! Wonderful location in the heart of the old town, with Plaza San Antonio a few minutes walk away and a Carrefour supermarket at the end of the street. The property was ideal for our stay - a family of five. Very clean and modern with photographs on display taken by Joaquin, the owner. Very appreciative of the warm welcome from Joaquin and his daughter. We shall hugely miss Cadiz, a fascinating city full of character and charm where we spent a lovely family holiday!

Nos alojamos 5 dias,todo ha estado genial,tanto Joaquin como Rocio han sido muy atentos,el apartamento muy confortable,limpio me llamó la atención el buen olor de la ropa de cama y toallas. Ubicado en una zona tranquila,cerca de la playa. Nada malo que opinar,si volvemos a Cadiz repetiremos Gracias a Joaquín y a Rocio.

Pleasant comfortable stay

Lovely and clean apartment, well equipped with all you need. Very comfy beds. Felt a little small with young children but otherwise perfect. Easy and fast communication with host. Highly recommend.

Apartamento muy acojedor

Nos a encantado este apartamento en todos los sentidos... Empezando por el propietario el sr. Joaquín y su hija rocío súper amables y nos aconsejaron como movernos por Cádiz ver lo más bonito y nos dijeron el parking más cercano y barato. El apartamento ideal para una familia con dos niños, súper limpio todo igual que se ve en la foto y tiene todo el menaje necesario en la cocina y en las habitaciones para pasar unas vacaciones excelentes. Esta situado en todo el centro de calles, plazas con bares, tiendas, heladerías, súper mercados, playas.... Lo aconsejo 100x100!!!

Una vez mandada la solicitud de reserva, nos mandaron email para comentarnos que había subido el precio 30 euros con respecto al precio de reserva. Teníamos pocas opciones por haber poca oferta en la zona para esa fecha... hacer esto es impresentable...

ESPECTATIVAS SUPERADAS

Si bien el anuncio es fiel a la realidad, una vez allí descubres que es todo a otro nivel. Desde aquí puedes caminar a cualquier sitio del centro de la ciudad en unos 10 ó 15 minutos. Rodeado de grandes sitios para comer, cenar, tomar una copa y poder comprar cualquier cosa que necesites para disfrutar de tu estancia en este fantástico apartamento. Si viajas con coche, hay un parking cercano con un bono semanal de unos 16 euros, si vas a pasar varios días merece la pena ya que todo es estacionamiento regulado y está muy concurrido. No dudes en consultar cualquier cosa que necesites a Rocío o Joaquín, ¡son fantásticos!

DECEPCIONANTE

Rocío encantadora. Nos gustó la zona y era cómodo para moverse por la ciudad, ya que estaba céntrico. Resultó ser muy caro, para ver después como estaba por dentro. Nada que ver con que salía en las fotos.

Apartamento ubicado en pleno centro de Cádiz. Acceso fácil y perfecta atención por parte del propietario. Recomendable 100% para pasar unos días y disfrutar de Cádiz. Servicios de todo tipo a pocos metros.

Many small things

Your website gives ticks at 6 items: First Aid Kit - there was none, Emergency Exit - there was none and not mentioned to us, Fire station contact - there was none and not mentioned to us, Police contact - there was none mentioned to us, Fire extinguisher - there was none, Exterior lighting - we found it ourselves. Also - stated this it slept 5 - this included a double bed upstairs where someone taller than 1m75cm could not walk (I am 1m90cm). 1 wine glass for 2 people. 1 toilet roll for us for 2 weeks. we had ask for a bedding change which was done same day but we should not have had to ask. wall paint peeling in 2 places. Floor skirting not even nailed to the wall in 1 place. a chip in the crockery. partly broken clothes airer. no information pack. badly in need of renovation. There was no kettle to allow us to heat water for tea or coffee and also across the courtyard (approx 10 metres) there were 2 dogs who barked quite a lot. Photos of the floor skirting and the peeling paint are available.

cette petite maison typique aevc patio et terrasse de toit pour le linge, est situés dans le vieux cadiz 5 min de tout, supermarché parking plage parc... les propriétaires sont très dispos, une très bonne adresse

au coeur de Cadix

petit appartement de famille situé dans les petites rue du cadix "ancien" ou la vie est permanente, une chambre en mezzanine avec lit 2 pers. et l'autre fermée avec 2 lits 1pers. Situé dans un patio en retrait de la rue l'endroit est au calme mis à part la porte en fer de l'entrée qui claque à chaque fois qu'une personne y passe c'est le seul bruit que nous entendrons. Propre (pas de caution demandée !) bien arrangé avec une petite salle d'eau wc inclus. Joaquin le propriétaire est attentif ainsi que notre plus proche voisin Enrique. Un bon séjour et un endroit à recommander pour sa proximité à 10mn à pied de presque toute la vieille ville (sans se perdre 😁) ne compter pas laisser votre voiture seul les parkings vous tendent les bras et le porte monnaie, mais sur conseils de Joaquin nous avons laissé l'auto pour la semaine au parking reine sofia au port à 6mn à pied.
