The apartment is located in the land surrounding La Gianna farmhouse.

The farmhouse is located in Tuscany on the hills between Viareggio and Lucca in an ancient village called Nocchi near Camaiore.

The property stretches on to a land with olive trees and wineyards. There is a large common garden (in addition to the private one) with a beautiful swimming pool and nearby a woodoven a barbeque and a laundry. The pool area is equipped with sun-umbrellas and deckchairs.

There is a vegetables common garden and orchard open to everyone where you can hand pick you fruits and vegetables.

The farmhouse is in a ideal geographic location for a relaxing holiday close to historical cities (Lucca, Pietrasanta, Camaiore, Pisa) and Versilia coast.

From Nocchi you can reach the top of monte Prana from where you can have a nice panoramic view of Apuane Alps and Tirrenian Sea.

By car you can reach the popular beach of Viareggio, located 14 km from Nocchi. While in Viareggio you will have access to a private beach club, where an umbrella and two chairs will be available for you. This service is included in the price of the apartment rent.

The beach club is equipped with windsurfs, surfs, surf school, catamaran, canoes (additional price will apply for these additional services).

Erholsamer Urlaub
wir waren eine Woche in Nocchi und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Anwesen von Angelo ist wunderschön, überall grünt und blüht es. Man darf von dem leckeren Obst und Gemüse, dass reif ist essen. Der große und sehr gepflegte Pool hat und auch gefallen, besonders die Kinder hatten ihre Freunde dran. die gegend ist sehr ruhig und man braucht zum Strand ungefähr 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Zur Ferienwohnung gehört auch noch an einem privaten Strandabschnitt ein Schirm und 2 Liegen. fanden wir ganz praktisch, nur die Parkplatzsuche war etwas nervig. sehr zu empfehlen ist noch der eigens hergestellte Wein von Angelo. sehr lecker.

Super séjour chez Angelo
Un cadre superbe (on est entre les vignes, les oliviers et les lauriers), un accueil chaleureux, la proximité de la plage avec transats et parasol, réservés. Et l' endroit est un excellent point de départ pour aller visiter Lucques, Pise, Florence... Un séjour parfait alliant détente et visites culturelles dans une Toscane magnifique ! Merci Angelo !

Einfach traumhaft
Wir haben traumhafte Ferien auf Angelos Farm erlebt. Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig, sehr schöner Pool, rustikale gemütliche Wohnung, schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Umgebung. Die für die Bewohner reservierten Liegen im Bagno am Strand von Viareggio überzeugen zusätzlich, genauso wie der Garten, aus dem man sich bedienen kann. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Buon Viaggio
For what this property offers, it is a fantastic option. We enjoyed the pool, wandering the grounds and picking fruit, and sunset dining from the front porch. The beach club is a fantastic bonus! The location is close driving distance to many Tuscan cities (Pisa, Lucca, Florence, etc.) and La Spezia (Cinque Terre). It's a country farmhouse (which is what we were looking for), not a 5 star resort, so set your expectations appropriately. Shopping and restaurants are close by in Camaiore, and there is even a restaurant within walking distance in Nocchi. Be aware the drive from Nocchi to La Gianna is very narrow! Our only complaints were about the mosquitos, and no wifi in our unit (it was the farthest one from the main house). We hope to be back soon!

Traumhafter Aufenthalt
Ich war bereits vor 15 Jahren einmal Gast in dieser Unterkunft und es war erneut eine traumhafte Zeit. Die Ankunft war durch den Gastgeber, Angelo, perfekt organisiert. Er kümmerte sich während unseres Aufenthalts um jede Kleinigkeit und ich bin ihm ausserdem für die wertvollen Empfehlungen hinsichtlich Ausflügen u.ä. ausgesprochen dankbar. Aber auch für seine Herzlichkeit, die den Aufenthalt nochmals mehr als besonders gemacht hat. Das Anwesen ist von der Schönheit her kaum zu beschreiben.... Sehr gepflegt, wunderschöne Obstbäume und ein Gemüsegarten ohne gleichen. Die Unterkunft selbst hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick, ist ausgesprochen individuell und charmant eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist phänomenal und sowohl für Kulturinteressierte als auch als Ausgangspunkt für Strandliebhaber ideal. Außerdem gibt es immer noch die Möglichkeit einen Tag am großen Pool, nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt, einen Tag einfach nur zu entspannen. Ich kann mich nur ganz herzlich für diesen traumhaften Aufenthalt bedanken. Ich komme sehr sehr gerne wieder und freue mich schon jetzt darauf!

Außergewöhnlich schön gelegenes Grundstück mit Ausblick, ruhig. Wohnung zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Großer Pool mit hervorragender Wasserqualität (Tiefe ca. 1,50 m!). Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Obst und Gemüse dürfen geerntet werden. Zum Strandbad in Viareggio 20 Min. Autofahrt. Zu beachten: Zufahrt über eine nur 2,20 m breite Brücke. WLAN nur im Außenbereich des Hauses des Vermieters, aber guter mobiler Empfang in der Wohnung. TV war defekt. Einkaufen nur per Auto, aber eine tolle Osteria in 10 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt für uns 2 Wochen im Paradies; wir kommen gerne wieder!

Prachtige locatie met appartement wat Voldeed, heerlijk groot zwembad en fantastische moestuin met de meest lekkere groente en kruiden. Op 20 minuten van het strand waar je 2 stoelen en tafel kunt gebruiken. Heerlijk

La location est très bien située au milieu de la campagne toscane à 20 Minutes de la plage. La propriété et la piscine sont très bien. Le plus, nous avons accès au potager: que des légumes frais. Un vrai coin de paradis !

Schöner Urlaub
Sehr schöne ruhige Lage perfekt für den Urlaub mit Kindern. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Kinder dürfen sich in der gesamten Anlage frei bewegen. Der Pool ist nur wenige Schritte von den Wohnungen entfernt, sodass Kinder die sicher im Wasser sind, auch selbstständig baden können. Toll ist auch, dass man sich jederzeit von den Früchten des Gartens bedienen kann. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr einfach aber ok. Der Strand in Viarregio ist sauber und nicht zu voll, prima dort jederzeit einen Sonnenschirm und Liegen zu haben. Insgesamt ist es unserer Meinung nach ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Fantastic
We spend one week at Podere la Gianna in April 2014. It is more beautifull then the pictures showed! Truly a little paradise. Lovely big garden, with a large variety of plants and herbs, and where children can play. A stunning view over the hills and towards the mountains. Very quiet, you only hear birds whistling. There was even water in the swimming pool at the end of April and the weather allowed us to swim. Mr. Sodini is a welcoming and very kind host. Supermarket in the village of Camaiore and a good bakery on the road towards the village. The location offers everything for a joyfull and relaxed holiday: beaches, culture, mountains, and very good restaurants in the neighbourhood. One suggestion would be to purchase some new bikes and ask the guest to store them in the garage, but it is also possible to rent bikes in the villages near the beach. We would certainly like to come back, and we recommend Podere la Gianna to friends and family.

Beautiful place near the ...
Beautiful place near the beach and Tuscan sightseeing towns. The swimming pool is large, the vegetables that grow in the garden are very tasty. Little minus: the furniture in the living room and childrens bedroom has seen better days and the 2 showerrooms are very small (little showers with curtains). We've enjoyed our holiday on the farm. It is also very nice to have two chairs with umbrella available on the beach of Viareggio. Angelo, the owner is kind and if there is a problem, he is very helpfull!

Un petit paradis... du pu...
Un petit paradis... du pur bonheur. Logement et environnement sont parfaits. L'accueil de Luciano est sympathique et décontracté. Ici le mot vacances prend tout son sens. Le jardin est extraordinaire et a permis de faire de bons repas. Nocchi est proche de la mer mais donne l'impression d'être en moyenne montagne. Pisa et Lucca sont proches en voiture et l'escapade à Firenze en train est faisable dans la journée. Enfin, la pizzeria en bas du chemin mérite que l'on y passe une soirée.

"Celle location est très bien située, au calme, dans la verdure. Le propriétaire est charmant et parle plusieurs langues dont le Francais. La piscine à débordement est un plaisir. "L’endroit est tout simplement paradisiaque, bucolique, magnifique et calme. M. S., notre propriétaire, est très charmant, discret et à l’écoute de ses locataires. Notre séjour a été très reposant, la piscine est grande et entourée d’oliviers et de lauriers en fleurs. Le potager gigantesque offre aux vacanciers multitude de salades, tomates, haricots, raisin, figues … Les 2 salles de douche sont pratiques, le logement est propre, conforme et de qualité. Viareggio est tout proche de Nocchi, il est donc très facile de se rendre à la plage. Nous sommes revenus enchantés de notre séjour à Nocchi."
