Tenuta Il Pino is a tourist complex consisting of 5 apartments, immersed in the nature of eight hectares of land planted with vineyards, olive groves and orchards. Surrounded by the green of the Pisan hills, the estate has around a large park full of plants where there are spaces for sporting activities, nature walks, relaxing by the pool, playing with children and eating in the open air. Typical Tuscan apartment, completely renovated, consisting of large living room with fireplace, TV corner, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
In addition to the restaurant with typical Tuscan cuisine, there are 2 swimming pools, one for adults and one for children.
The property is 70km from Florence (1h), 25 / 30km from Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and the sea.

Schön gelegenes aber in die Jahre gekommenes Landhaus mit einigen Mängeln
Insgesamt gesehen würden wir dieses Objekt nicht wieder buchen. Zwar schön in den toskanischen Hügeln eingebettet, ist das Objekt sowohl äußerlich als auch technisch in die Jahre gekommen. Zum Ende hin entdeckten wir dann auch noch Kakerlaken in der Küche. Und da war es bei den Damen ganz vorbei. Eine extrem sturzgefährdete Treppe im Obergeschoss ist fast schon als lebensgefährlich zu bezeichnen. Vermieter spricht nur italienisch und etwas französisch. Darauf sollte man sich einstellen. Der Pool ist kaum gechlort. Eines unserer Kinder hat jetzt eine Ohrentzündung (muss aber nicht zwingend damit zusammenhängen). Bei der Ausstattung in der Küche muss man sich darauf einstellen, dass es keinen Backofen, keinen Wasserkocher und keine Kaffeemaschine gibt. Alles in allem kann man sagen, dass der Vermieter mit minimalem Aufwand noch möglichst viel Geld damit machen möchte.
