On the wonderful gulf of PINARELLO, e few yards from georgous La Ruscana Beach and about a hundred yards from the lively sea village and its shops, yield to the comprehensive comfort of a very agreable, fully equiped and nicely adorned modern villa: a large living-room facing the sea, two bedrooms opening on the shady terrace and the garden with its refreshing lawn.
At your disposal, you will also find a semi detached large studio (completely independant from the villa) for up to three persons, with bath room and fully equiped kitchen and its superb terrace shaded by olive trees.
This ideally set villa is the perfect place for dream holidays...

wunderbares hide away

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt absolut genossen! Der Garten ist einfach traumhaft. Der naheliegende Strand mit einer kleinen Strandbar ist auch wunderschön. Es geht seicht ins Meer und für Kinder perfekt zum stundenlangen Planschen. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants die alle zu Fuß erreichbar sind und eine kleine Bäckerei. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Lovely property in gorgeous location

Unser persönliches Highlight: wenn man Lust auf Schwimmen oder Schnorcheln hat, geht man mal schnell an den Strand. Danach kann man sich auf seiner privaten Terasse entspannen. Es war ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub.

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. We were staying as a family of four with a five year old and a one and a half year old. I chose the villa as we wanted a toddler friendly environment with plenty of room to be comfortable in as we knew we would be spending quite a bit of time there and it didn’t disappoint. The living room is a very generous sized open plan space and it, along with both bedrooms, open on to the patio with a great view towards the beach and out to sea. We really enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch there whilst looking out on boats as well as seeing lots of wildlife including many different birds and even a couple of tortoises wandering through the garden. All the facilities worked well in the villa. We used the dishwasher and washing machine quite a bit and we also used the WiFi which worked well. The location of the villa is a massive plus point. It is just a minute’s walk to the beach or the boulangerie and selection of restaurants. Despite this, it was incredibly peaceful and quiet with no night-time noise. Although the village has a number of tourist residences, it doesn't feel over developed. The beaches in the bay of Pinarello are all really lovely. The one in front of the villa is deep and long - good for sandcastle building. Around the corner in front of the hotel and restaurants there is almost no breeze or waves - perfect for paddling and exploring the rock pools. Both beaches have lovely soft sand and a very shallow shelf, so are perfect for young children. A cold bottle of Corsican rose awaited us on arrival which was a really nice touch - although a couple of spare toilet rolls would have been handy! (This was easily solved with a trip to the local Spar supermarket in Saint Lucie though.) In conclusion, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook in the future.

traumhaftes Haus mit Meerblick

Der Ort Pinarellu ist klein und beschaulich. Dafür ist der Strand wunderbar. Das großzügige Haus hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Ausstattung war gut, die Lage top. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Der Preis ist für September allerdings gehoben.

Merveilleuses vacances

La location est en tous points comforme a la description, propre, tres agreable a vivre pour une famille de quatre personnes, et bien aeree ce qui est appreciable. Nous avons aime le grand sejour ouvrant sur la terrasse avec une formidable vue sur la mer et le beau jardin. Un plaisir a tout moment de la journee. A quelques pas de la magnifique plage, eau cristalline et sable fin, pas de meduses, et moins frequentee que la grande plage de la pinede. Un vrai luxe de pouvoir aller nager a tout moment sans avoir a prendre la voiture. Boulangerie toute proche, epicerie a 10 min, et le choix des restaurants avec pizzas a emporter, SPA de l'hotel Le Pinarello, le tout a pieds. Le village de Sainte-Lucie avec supermarche et boucherie a 3 km, les belles piscine naturelles du Cavu a 10 min en voiture. Un endroit merveilleux, proprietaires tres sympathiques et discrets, nous recommendons vivement cette location.

Magnifique séjour !

Très belle villa, très bien équipée, décorée avec goût,à deux pas de la plage et de toutes les activités nautiques.Le jardin arboré est superbe. La vue mer depuis la terrasse, on ne s'en lasse pas... Nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires aussi charmants que discrets. Nous avons hâte d'y revenir.

Un petit coin de paradis

Ein sehr schönes Haus in Pinarello

Wir habe eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus in Pinarello verbracht. Es handelt sich um ein sehr gepflegtes Anwesen mit einer spektakulären Sicht auf die Bucht von Pinarello. Der Strand ist nur ca. 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Zur Ausstattung: zwei Schlafzimmer verfügen über Klimaanlagen, Grillplatz, Terrasse und ein sehr schöner und großer Garten. Von Vermietern wurden zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt. Vielen Dank und viele Grüße!

très agréable séjour

situation idéale à 50 mètres de la plage de Pinarello (sable fin, pente douce, pas trop fréquentée en juillet). Villa très agréable, facile à vivre, parfaitement entretenue, vaste et décorée avec goût, idéale pour une famille de quatre personnes. Boulangerie et restaurants à 100 mètres. Mention spéciale pour la terrasse face à la mer, ombragée, ouvrant sur le joli jardin, où l'on a pu prendre tous les repas sans souffrir de la chaleur. Propriétaires accueillants et discrets. A recommander vivement !

semaine de rêve

Après une semaine particulièrement agréable , dans cette belle villa au jardin verdoyant , située à 3 minutes de la plage,nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir pu y rester davantage..la maison est très correctement équipée ,et les propriétaires charmants et très discrets .petit bémol cependant : comme il a fait particulièrement chaud , la climatisation aurait été souhaitable la nuit. Nous reviendrons.

Maison très calme très bien située

le village de Pinarello est très charmant et les restaurants à 100m de la maison la plage à 100m de la maison est très accessible. La maison est bien entretenue y compris le vaste jardin Mais n'a qu'une seule salle de bain; ce qui peut être un frein pour 2 couples

"The house in Pinarello i...

"The house in Pinarello is gorgeous and probably the best vacation home wie ever rented. It was very well equipped, in a very good location, just one minute walking distance from the beautiful sandy beach. The garden is great and a wonderful playground for kids. The view from the terrasse is also breathtaking. The village of Pinarallo is charming with a few very nice oceanfront restaurants and a little harbour."

"Lovely villa with great ...

"Lovely villa with great views over the beach to watch sunrise. Could not imagine getting closer access to great sand beaches and close walk to small village with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Large, bright open plan villa and patio with views to the beach was great for our toddler to run about in. Modern kitchen had all that was needed to fix meals. Good launch pad location for day trips to Porto Vecchi and even Bonifacio and drive up through the mountains."

"La loro casa è ottimamente posizionata sia rispetto alla nella spiaggia sia rispetto ai ristoranti. E'' circondata da un giardino all''inglese perfettamente coltivato. La casa e la terrazza sono state progettate e arredate con molta attenzione. All''interno non manca nulla e si respira la passione e la cura dei loro proprietari. "
