Pieds dans l eau

Endroit enchanteur. Vue imprenable et calme absolu. Rien de manque au niveau de l appartement qui répond aux attentes (Propreté, aménagements, emplacement..), sans parler de l accueil du propriétaire et des conseils prodigués.

Très belle vue. Appartement bien aménagé.

- Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillant. Excellent contact. - Magnifique vue sur mer depuis la terrasse, mais aussi l'une des chambres. - La chambre en question est aménagée avec goût (les deux autres sont un peu plus basiques, mais cela convient parfaitement pour une semaine de vacances). - Bel escalier en bois blanc, menant aux chambres (situées sur deux étages). - Cuisine bien aménagée et bien équipée. - Séjour fonctionnel et assez agréable. - Place de parking avec box. - L'endroit est tranquille et correctement situé par rapport aux commerces alimentaires (un Carrefour contact à 10 minutes à pieds). A un quart d'heure de l'intra-muros de Saint-Malo en voiture. Aux pieds de la plage (assez grande et pas excessivement fréquentée). - En résumé, de quoi passer une semaine (ou plusieurs) agréable(s).

Sehr schöne Lage, gut ausgestattet

Direkt am Strand, toller Balkon, windgeschützt, gute Ausstattung, Küchenausstattung vorbildlich. Wer nachts mal raus muss, es gibt nur eine Toilette im unteren Geschoss. Keine Toilette im Badezimmer. Deshalb keine 5 Sterne, sonst alles top.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour (avec en plus le soleil). L'appartement est conforme aux photos, moderne et bien agencé. Nous ne nous sommes pas lassés de la vue depuis la terrasse (et donc depuis le salon et la chambre en mezzanine) : vue sur Saint Malo intra-muros et ses îlets, l'animation de la plage en ce début d'arrière saison. Après un accueil chaleureux, le propriétaire s'est montré disponible. Nous n'avons qu'une envie : y retourner!

Traumurlaub garantiert!

Phantastisches Appartement mit einem sensationellen Blick über die Bucht mit Blick auf das alte Saint-Malo. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos geklappt und wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Das Appartement verfügt über alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub so braucht und der Strand ist direkt vor der Haustür. Nach dem Aufstehen französisches Frühstück mit Meeresrauschen...besser geht es nicht! Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Logis moderne, chic et charme, face à la mer

Séjour hivernal de rêve à Saint-Malo, dans ce logis ultra-moderne, chic et charme, avec accès direct à la plage devant la maison. Accueil chaleureux et attentionné, appartement très soigné où rien de manque. Design et propreté impeccable. Vue imprenable sur la mer. Le calme dans un environnement superbe, avec toutes les commodités tout près. Que peut-on rêver de mieux? Revenir!

Tolle Aussicht, ruhige Lage und doch zentral

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr modern eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war traumhaft, es machte unheimlich viel Spaß, dem Treiben am Strand zuzusehen. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit dem Besitzer. Die Lage war sehr gut, man konnte prima parken, in 15 Minuten war man beim Bäcker und Carrefour. Nach St. Malo konnte man in gut 1 Stunde zu Fuß am Stand entlang gehen, bei sonnigem Wetter ein sehr schöner Spaziergang. St. Malo gefiel uns sehr gut, von dort aus viele Ausflüge in die Region möglich. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Appartement et vue splendide

Appartement magnifique pour passer de merveilleuses vacances. L' équipement est moderne et fonctionnel. Le quartier est calme, la plage est très belle, les commerces sont rapidement accessibles. Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables : les repas en terrasse, les balades sur la plage, le réveil avec les vagues... Un accueil très sympathique, une petite attention du propriétaire. En bref, un véritable coup de cœur!

SÉJOUR PARFAIT

Appartement de toute beauté aménagé avec gout et vue magnifique sur la mer. Les photos sont conformes au lieu. L’appartement est lumineux et chaleureux , très fonctionnel. Lieu calme et paisible réveil au bruit des vagues. les pieds dans l'eau, un bon point de départ pour de belles ballades à pied aux alentours. Accessible en voiture , parking et seulement à 2 mn en voiture des commerces , bonne boulangerie, boucher et epicerie a roteneuf, petit café en terrasse! le proprietaire est sympathique , accueillant et vous donne des bonnes adresses! on y retournera ! jessica et damien

Que du bonheur!

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine ensoleillée dans cet appartement rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Très propre, bien aménagé et une literie confortable. Le plus: la terrasse où il fait bon prendre une" bolée" en admirant la baie de St-Malo, la mer d'un bleu azur , le vol des mouettes s'amusant avec le vent ainsi que le coucher du soleil. L'accueil par le propriétaire est très chaleureux. La région plaira aux amateurs de culture, de gastronomie ou encore aux sportifs. Et faites un petit tour à
