The condo was very neat and clean and had everything we could need. There was even a welcome gift that was much-appreciated to help us get settled. The complex was lovely and very well-maintained, and was within walking distance to local activities and incredible beaches and boardwalks. Our host was very friendly and accessible. We would definitely recommend it!

Long Term stay without a car found luxury apartment very accommodating.

We prefer a king bed, good wifi, easy flat walking access to beach and groceries in a safe quiet neighborhood. This exceeded our expectations. This is a very well-maintained unit with not a speck of dust or decay. This is a luxury apartment with security and the grounds are very well maintained. There is a bar/restaurant on site. The marina and boardwalk are nearby and bus access is super easy to figure out to visit all of the nearby beaches. Rosa the property manager greeted us speaking perfect English, answering all of our questions. The heater/AC/dishwasher, washing machine, and outdoor grill worked perfectly. We complained about feeling the springs in the bed and a nice pillow top cover was provided immediately. Cleaning was provided weekly. Shopping roller bag and beach umbrella /beach towels were provided.

Great Location!! Nice touch with the welcome goodies after a long day of travelling. The bed needs to be replaced, very lumpy no box spring, not ideal for seniors.

Beautiful and comfortable condo

This condo was well equipped with everything you would need and want while on vacation. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stovetop, dishwasher, and washing machine. The dining and living room were open and comfortable. The bedroom was sizable and bed very comfortable with black out blinds on the window. The bathroom with bathtub and bidet was appreciated; there was always lots of hot water. The air conditioning kept things cool. There was a sizable patio with bbq and table and chairs that had views of the ocean and overlooked a beautiful pool area. The condo was about a 5 min walk to the marina, a 15 min walk to old town and the beach and a great grocery store. Our host was very responsive to questions and on arrival there were fresh buns, butter, beer, wine, milk, coffee and tea which was so appreciated after a long travel day! I highly recommend this property! Thank you so much for everything!!

The condo was exactly as listed, including the estimated distances from the beach, marina, old town and grocery store. The condo is very clean and organized. The pool area was spotless Maltides Restaurant located on the 1st floor was very good.

Compared with the property we stayed in last year in the old town with “character” This was heaven on earth, relaxing, amenities not too far away, just a lovely modern apartment - we WILL be back again

Great apartment, exactly as advertised. Rosa and Debbie were great to deal with! Enjoyed the goodies that were left for us,,a very nice surprise. Excellent location 10 min walk to beach, 5 minutes to marina area and 15 minutes walk to old town.

Heerlijk verblijf in de Algarve

Prima appartement in een schoon en goed onderhouden gebouw. Fijn zwembad bij het appartement en het strand is ook dichtbij. We hebben het hier erg goed gehad en kunnen dit adres dan ook aanraden.

Clean, well equipped apartment in a fantastic location

We have stayed before and re-booked after our stay in 2018 and again we were very happy with the cleanliness of the apartment with lots of facilities including pool and bbq. The apartment balcony is very private and receives the sun for the entire day as well as having views of the sea and town. Apartment is located a stones throw from the marina and beach so ideal for families like ours needing a pram. A high chair, travel cot and play mat was provided for our baby and he slept brilliantly. Would definitely consider a 3rd stay in the near future.

Espectacular

La ubicación excelente. Nos dejaron un pack de bienvenida cerveza, agua, etc que la verdad fue un detalle muy bueno y nos vino muy bien tomar esas cervezas fresquitas cuando llegamos. El apartado muy limpio y con todo tipo de detalles leche, te,sal,. azúcar vamos de todo Teníamos aparcamiento que eso cuenta mucho, aunque como todo está tan cerca no hace falta el coche ni para la playa ni para ir al centro de lagos. En conclusión si quieres ir a conocer el Algarve este apartamento es una muy buena opción. La piscina poco puedo hablar ya que la utilizamos muy poco, preferíamos ir a la playa que por cierto es una de las mejores playas que conozco.

Wir haben sehr gute Erfahrungen mit diesem Appartamenti gemacht. Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100 % der Online-Beschreibung (inklusive Meerblick vom großen geräumigen Balkon) . Great vacations

Very good apartment with all the conditions to a great vacations. The apartment was very clean. Rosa that receive us was top, give us all the instructions. My thanks to Debbie an Susan for all the help and the welcome pack the bread was delicious. Just want to inform that the apartment have a dinner table inside, didn’t find in the photos. The pool was great and we stopped the car and made everything by walking, beach, Lagos center, shop and marina. All was perfect

Location is 10 minutes to beach and grocery store. Also close to Lagos

Lovely apartment.

We travel to Lagos 2 maybe 3 times a year. The apartment is in a good location, very clean and up to date, would certainly like to stay there again.

A most enjoyable and relaxing fortnight.

A most enjoyable and relaxing fortnight and good value too. The location is good especially for the Marina and railway station. The old town is a fair distance but at least it’s a level walk until you get to the town centre. The Pingo Doce supermarket is fairly close by, but the shopping trolley provided was very useful when doing a big shop, especially buying bottles. The condominium itself seems to be well run with the outside common areas and gardens kept clean and tidy. The security arrangements are adequate and the checking-in arrangements excellent. And the lifts work properly! The condo staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment offers good space for two people and for the most part it is comfortable, although it would be a tight fit for more than two adults. The kitchen is well equipped and met our needs. The welcome grocery pack was well-balanced - just right for us. The linen was spotless and in excellent condition. There’s no table to eat at indoors - would have been useful as it was a bit fresh outside at breakfast time. We didn't find the bar stools a satisfactory substitute. The booking arrangements are straightforward and the communication with the owners is first-class. Our special compliments to Susan for organising transfer taxis for us - they were brilliant. A minor but persistent irritant was other people’s tobacco smoke when we were on the balcony; an unfortunate consequence of being housed in a block. We didn’t use the barbecue, but residents of other apartments did and the smell of drifting smoke was occasionally quite obtrusive.
